Fantastic company. Always go the extra mile for you with a smile .Rob Wynne is the best salesman in the Nerja area.Nothing is ever too much trouble and they really care you get the right deal to suit you whether it be sales, purchases or rentals. Thoroughly recommend Rob and Miguel. They are a company that really cares and a great team. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I’ve dealt with them for 23 years.

Our group booked two rooms here after a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately we had nothing but problems. The place is not child friendly and service by the property company was not near good enough. One family had two buggies with them and were given a property on the top floor. There were two small flights of stairs to traverse to get to the room. They had told us they would supply travel cots, both of which did not work and were so filthy and stained with urine that I wouldn't let a dog sleep on them. When we contacted the company to resolve this they berated us that we had messaged them at 9pm at night. We had only arrived at the apartments from the airport at 6pm! The following days we had more issues, with the rep telling us we can't talk on our balcony as it would disturb other apartments. We didn't spend one evening on the balcony. At the pool the staff told us the babies were not allowed inflatables, and they are not to make noise around the pool. This was also told to the3 other families around the pool. Other people also got told off for thing as ridiculous as drying a t-shirt on the wall beside them or for staying in the pool up until 6pm. Needless to say I do not recommend this place or the company.

Dear Sir; We are very sorry that your stay in one of the apartments was not to your liking and we apologize for any mistakes we have made. We have been working with many clients for many years and we have never had a client so dissatisfied, quite the opposite, as you say we have only received good recommendations from clients, we will take note of your comments and try to do things even better in the future. In our defense and without being used as an excuse, we would only like to add that with respect to the crib that we offered you free of charge, because it is not a service that we usually offer, as soon as you told us that it was not in good condition we inmediately located a shop late in the evening and bought a new crib and delivered it directly to your apartment within an hour of hearing your complaint. Regarding the urbanization pool, as the pool staff informed you, which was not us, the community of owners of the urbanization there are some basic rules of use so as not to disturb other users and that everyone can enjoy of the swimming pool as it has been done with enormous success for the last 30 years and that is why the urbanization is possibly the most popular and attractive in Nerja. Once again we would like to apologize for the mistakes we have made. A cordial greeting.
