What a fantastic family run company C&G Inmobiliario are. We used them 17 years ago when we bought our house through them as buyers agent then again 7 weeks ago when we asked them to be our selling agent . Less than 24 hours after it going live we had our first viewing booked for the following week but surprising 4 days later had a call asking if we could have a viewing same day. Potential buyer came and within 40 minutes we agreed a sale then 6 weeks later we completed at the notaria. Fantastic service all round kept us up to date each step of the way. Could not ask for a more pleasant and friendly experience . I would definitely recommend then with no hesitation.

Touristenabzocke! Wir waren eine Woche in einem von CG Nerja rental betreuten Objekt und fanden eine in die Jahre gekommene Innenausstattung vor. Die Möbel waren ranzig und der Fernseher hatte einkaputtes Display. Es fehlte ein zweites Paar Schlüssel, welches wir auf Nachfrage nicht bekommen haben. Da wir nicht zu Beginn die ganzen Mängel genannt haben, hatte uns niemand drauf hingewiesen, wurden wir beschuldigt, den Fernseher kaputt gemacht zu haben. Uns wurden 300 Euro für einen kaputten Fernseher aus der Steinzeit abgebucht. Auf sämtliche Beschwerden unsererseits wurde nicht eingegangen. Auf der Homepage steht, dass 200 Euro Kaution geblockt werden, die feinen Herren haben aber direkt mal ohne Einverständnis 300 Euro von der Mastercard abgebucht. Das ist eine Touristenfalle!!!

We recently purchased a house through CG Real Estate. Christian provided a fully professional, courteous and efficient service as we negotiated the purchase, arranged the move in and undertook significant refurbishment. We have bought and sold many properties in many countries in the past and we can say that Christian and CG's service has been second to none. We highly recommend them if you are considering selling, purchasing or renting Nerja property.

I have to share the absolute nightmare my family and I experienced with CG Rentals/Real Estate Nerja, especially dealing with their agent, Ian. Despite thinking we were making a good choice by renting through a local agency, our holiday turned into a disaster. When we arrived, the cleaning staff rushed out, leaving us to discover a filthy house. There were dead bugs on the kitchen counter, dirt and hair in several places, and even the bedsheets in one bedroom smelled awful. The air conditioning on the first floor wasn't working, which was especially tough with little kids. At first, Ian seemed helpful, but everything changed when we pointed out the issues. He promised to fix things but never did. Despite his promises, we never received the new sheets he assured us. Apparently, they were out of clean sheets. We had to find another place to stay through a different agency, which was a total relief compared to our terrible experience with CG. On the phone, we agreed to pay for the nights we stayed, excluding the cleaning fee. However later on, Ian refused to refund the cleaning fee as promised. We tried reaching out, sending pictures of the mess, but they ignored us. We even asked for his boss's contact, but that went unanswered too. I want everyone to know how badly we were treated. I believe renters should be treated with respect and fairness, but CG Rentals/Real Estate Nerja, especially Ian, failed miserably in that regard. Please think twice before renting from them. It was a heartbreaking and frustrating experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. After reading the reply to this review it is sad to see the twisted narrative which is completely inaccurate. Using children and insinuating other things to twist a story and construct a coherent story. Thats the way to convince people Ian! =) Let me be clear, the booking was made in the morning where our current stay at a very good hotel ended. Initially we were going to another town but decided to stay in Nerja for a couple days more. Unfortunately, the hotel we were staying at was full for the coming days (VG Hostal Boutiqe - really great!) so we booked this place. We arrived at the house in the afternoon and not straight away as falsely claimed in the response. At time of booking we were told that the cleaning staff would be there in the afternoon to clean the garden and pool, and that the inside already was cleaned. I will let the pictures talk for themselves, please read other reviews on booking that also point out issues other guest have had. Especially problems with cleaning and air-condition. I would like to add, we have still not received a response to the pictures, neither contact information to Ians superior. Avoid these people.

When we became serious about purchasing a vacation property in Nerja, we knew exactly who to turn to. Our trusted friend had previously purchased a property there and had come in contact with many real estate agents, and she was so totally satisfied with Christian at CG that we got directly in touch with him from our home in Sweden before our visit. To start with, I can’t imagine that you will find anyone who is more knowledgeable about the area. Contact prior to rental was good and quite efficient. The apartment we rented in Nerja was good although quite minimal in furniture, cutlery, bedding et cetera. The internet did not work, even after many phone calls and visits by the owner this was not fixed, quite disappointing.

Først bliver man begejstret for at de kan tale dansk. men finder hurtigt ud af at det er penge det hele handler om. Først lejede vi et hus, som vi ikke kunne blive registreret i, da det var en hestestald. Vi kunne ikke være i haven pga. stank fra det nedenstående kloak anlæg som vi ikke var blevet oplyst om. Indenfor lugtede der af hest. Og det er til genudlejning igen. Bagefter lejer vi en penthouse lejighed så vi kan have ro og tørvejr, resultat bygge plads dagen efter vi flytter ind samt vand i både soveværelse og bad. Jeg kan kun advare andre imod at bruge dette firma!
