I contacted a guy named Greg, for a house in Torrox Costa he told me that the owners don't want people with children but with dogs there are no problems... I was disappointed but I answered ok! I ask him if he has other houses and he answers me until October I have nothing more. 3 days later, my wife answers an ad on idealista for a house in Torrox, and he doesn't answer my wife! I write to him on whatsaap and he doesn't answer me… I don't know who this arrogant little man thinks he is, I am Swiss from Geneva, I have been a consultant for 15 years for a large company known throughout Europe, I have my office in Malaga, I am the owner of a house with tenants, I have land in Andalusia! My wife is a teacher and a singer who has participated in famous TV shows. I have never received such treatment from a person on earth. I don't know what this little xenophobe Greg has as a problem with me and my family? You are frustrated because I earn more money than you?! What is your problem little man?! I will denounce this behavior to qualified people I know people here I have lived in this country for 8 years! He selects people according to his mood and his desires, and he never answers his phone, he has a disproportionate lack of professionalism! If you come from a country other Switzerland, USA, Germany, etc, and that you are not from Andalusia, never contact them! They already have their client lists, and they have personal problems and inferiority complexes, especially little Greg!

I would recommend Karen and all the team at Villasol without hesitation. Every query was acknowledged and answered so promptly and professionally, and the local knowledge of Nerja and the surrounding area is second to none. Villasol are top of their game.

For the second time in 5 years, Mark, Mariola and Karen came through with the perfect long term rental arrangement for us. We landed here in November 2020 (remember COVID anyone?) and Mark went above and beyond to help us during town to town lockdowns. We have recently bought a property in Nerja and could not be happier with the service we received from Villasol. The sale involved numerous challenges (all out of Villasol's control) and ended up taking a total of 18 months. Karen remained communicative and supportive throughout, which was much appreciated given the complexities of the sale. We went back to visit the property a number of times during this period and viewings were always facilitated without issue. Special mention to Terry, who was very patient, flexible and helpful during each property viewing. From our experience, Villasol provided us with a personal and tailored yet professional service and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property in Nerja or surrounding areas.

Ik wil graag mijn ervaring delen na mijn recente ontmoeting met uw bedrijf. Toen ik uw kantoor bezocht voor informatie over verhuurmogelijkheden, had ik een gesprek met een medewerker. We planden een afspraak waarbij een inspectie van mijn woning zou plaatsvinden om meer inzicht te krijgen in het verhuurproces. Een paar dagen later arriveerde een medewerker om foto's te maken van mijn huis. Ik vroeg echter om eerst informatie te verkrijgen alvorens mijn huis in de verhuur te plaatsen. Helaas begreep deze medewerker niet mijn behoefte aan duidelijkheid en gaf zonder mijn huis te bezichtigen al een prijsindicatie. Deze prijsbepaling leek willekeurig en voorbarig. Wat de situatie verder compliceerde, was het gebrek aan professionaliteit toen de medewerker weigerde zijn vuile schoenen uit te doen, die vol zand waren. Dit wekte niet alleen irritatie op, maar gaf ook de indruk dat er weinig respect was voor mijn huis. Deze ervaring heeft me ernstig aan het denken gezet over de geloofwaardigheid van positieve recensies over uw bedrijf. Ik ben bezorgd dat de oprechtheid van deze recensies in twijfel kan worden getrokken. Het is mijn hoop dat deze gedetailleerde feedback helpt om verbeteringen aan te brengen in de klantenservice en de benadering van potentiële klanten.

Villasol, all I can say is first class estate agents based in Nerja. From the initial enquiry to signing of the contract. I was very given great advice by Terry from start to finish. I had a very prolonged sale due to probate in the UK however the buyer's and villasol were very patient in waiting and the sale completed around a year after they agreed to purchase my apartment. Having known Terry and Karen for over 12 month's now I class them as a good friend's who I hope to visit again next time I'm in Nerja. Highly recommend, don't hesitate to give them a call. I have nothing but praise for VillaSol Real Estate for the way in which they found me a spacious apartment to rent in Nerja. In the summer I sold my inland property and planned to move to the coast, preferably to Nerja. I rented a wonderful villa in Torrox in April 2021 from Villasol. I found them to be extremely professional and helpful. I would 100% for sure use this firm of estate agents for along term rental again.

Despite the Covid pandemic we have just completed a property purchase (from afar). We dealt with Villasol - who minded us every step of the way including recommending a really thorough solicitor locally. We couldn't fault them at all - in really difficult circumstances. Think it would be preferable to have a section where you could enter your requirements and bring up what was actually available. Obviously things must work differently in Spain as I still don't understand why the site states "this is not an availability site." Apart from that very happy with the service received.

Me and my boyfriend are renting a property in Frigiliana from Villasol, any problems we have they get sorted right away. We have dealt with Caroline most of the time, she has been great and so have the other staff we have spoken to. Villasol was the only real estate office in Nerja offering 12 month rentals. The first property they showed us was our dream home and we moved in 5 months later. Actually one star is also too generous. I have sent numerous enquieries to them regarding (seemingly) interresting properties for sale and for lomg term rental. However, on 100 % of the cases, the properties are not available. With regard to rental objects, they are not willing to answere anything about for how long they are rented, etc. Their website is merely loads of "baits" to make you contact them, and then the story repeats itself with a lot of questions, regardless of what you have given of info in connection with the enquieries: what is your budget, what kind of property, what rental period, what region; even sometimes; what is your income (!). The standard answere from them is that their website is not an availability site! What the f.... are they doing for the money the make? This is just simly cheating potential clients.I have tried to call them to ask the same questions as I made with my enquieries, but they just strangle me with continuous talking, absolutely unwilling to listen, whatever method you try; polite or inpolite, I wonder, in their upbringing, if someone ever told them that the customer is always right? I have only one advice; KEEP AWAY!!

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Villasol. Mark found me a place to rent while I was still back in the UK. Caroline was professional, efficient and friendly when I had a couple of teething problems. Terry also showed me a beautiful apartment which I bought. They are just superb people who are very experienced in sales and lettings. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

There is better agencys to go to, these are only interested to get you to rent or buy something.. then you are left in the cold.

They are not helpful and not professional, they show you the place for a few seconds and then you are on your own.. no information where to go when something is broken or fails..

Unprofessional and arrogant.

The Most unprofessional agency I have ever been in Contact with. The owner is totally selfish. When I was in trying to speak to one agent, Caroline, the owner Karen started shouting across the office that Caroline or them didnt have time to talk. Caroline had more important things to do. This was urgent though. When Caroline was showing the apartment we started renting, it took 30 seconds and we got no information about who to Contact when we had problems or issues. The apartment was in very bad condition and some things were broken when moving in. At one point when we had big problems with the apartment, we called at the Office hours but never got an answer. Tried writing on whatsapp and got an answer back that they didnt have time to answer. We recommend that you never rent or buy anything from Villasol Real Estate Agency. Stay away.

The team at Villasol have been excellent. They explained in great deal the process to purchase our property, helped us to speak to all the people we needed to and gave us plenty of help all the way through to completion. All queries were answered quickly and it was definitely better than any experience I have had in the UK!

Our experience with some agents has been negative to say the least until we found Karen Ashton and her team at Villasol. A professional team who helped us enormously with our long term rental. If you want good service and communication these are the people to see.
