Fantastische begeleiding bij onze woningaankoop in Nerja Wij hebben onlangs via Casa Select een woning gekocht in Nerja en zijn ontzettend blij met het hele proces. Vanaf het eerste contact zijn we super goed geholpen door Monique en haar team. Ze zijn professioneel, transparant en enorm betrokken. Monique nam echt de tijd om naar onze wensen te luisteren en dacht op alle vlakken met ons mee. Ook tijdens het papierwerk, de afhandeling en zelfs na de aankoop konden we altijd bij haar terecht met vragen. Dat gaf veel vertrouwen, zeker als je een woning koopt in het buitenland. Zeer aan te bevelen. Vriendelijk team. We hebben ons huis verkocht via hen mei 2025. Ze hebben een hecht, klein team en de begeleiding is dan ook zeer goed en persoonlijk. Duidelijke contracten die ook uitgelegd werden. Zelfs nadat alles was geregeld en betaald, staan ze altijd bereid om achteraf nog te helpen (bij ons was dat om te zorgen dat de kopers een 211 formulier leverden). Hun selectie is niet al te groot (vandaar Casa Select) maar ze zijn bereid indien nodig samen te werken met andere estate bureaus. Dank Monique en Team.

Ver boven verwachting! Casa Select heeft ons enorm goed geholpen met het vinden van een appartement in Nerja (Spanje). Ze nemen echt de tijd voor je en zorgen ervoor dat jij geen overhaaste beslissing neemt. Wij waren maar een week in Spanje en konden toch veel appartementen bekijken. Makelaar Heidi nam ons mee op pad om diverse appartementen te bekijken. Ze had op basis van onze input een selectie gemaakt. Ze kent het gebied heel goed en weet veel extra informatie te geven. Na een aantal bezichtigingen waren wij al helemaal verliefd op een appartement. Heidi vond dat we de tijd moesten nemen om nog een aantal andere appartementen te bezichtigen. Hier had ze helemaal gelijk want ze kwam met een nog leukere op een betere locatie! Heidi had geregeld dat we beide appartementen voor een tweede keer konden zien voordat we een keuze maakten. We zijn super blij met het appartement dat we nu hebben mede dankzij Casa Select!

Nooit meer Casa Select ! Een duidelijk reserveringscontract. U krijgt uw geld terug bij niet rondkrijgen financiering, problemen bij juridisch onderzoek danwel bij gebreken uit technisch rapport. In dit geval een duidelijk technisch rapport met duidelijke gebreken. Na een keurig afrondingsgesprek zonder vooraankondiging (laf om dit niet te bespreken maar een briefje te sturen) een bericht dat 6000 EUR op ondeugdelijke gronden (zie technisch rapport) niet worden teruggestort. Na maanden van persoonlijk contact geen taal noch teken maar een briefje. In reply op review Simone D word aangegeven dat er een gesprek mogelijk is en dat de afloop van het reserveringscontract de reden zou zijn ?😂. Wat een onzin gewoon afhandelen zoals contractueel overeengekomen en terugstorten dat geld. U ziet ga bij Casa Select geen reserveringscontract aan want u ziet uw geld niet meer terug en ineens is het persoonlijk contact ook verdwenen !

Absoluut niet Casa Select! Pas op! Lijkt mooi omdat ze Nl spreken maar…als huis niet op orde is, krijg JIJ je geld niet terug! Ze laten je reserveringscontract tekenen maar houden zich niet aan afspraken. Technische keuring van het gereserveerde huis was negatief. Huis bleek vol gebreken. Uiteraard grond om van koop af te zien. Het was goed onderbouwd met technisch rapport van architect die adviseerde niet te kopen. Maar ze blijven vertragen en niet terug betalen. Echt onbetrouwbaar!

Doordat Casa Select zowel de makelaar van ons als van de verkopende partij was konden we snel toeslaan voordat het appartement echt op de markt kwam. Dit alles onder perfecte begeleiding van Heidi en Monique. Aanrader!

De deskundigheid en vriendelijkheid is zo fijn. Je hebt gelijk gevoel van vertrouwen en dat maakt een aankoop veel makkelijker. Zelfs na de koop de aandacht en de behulpzaamheid is geweldig.

Casa Select helped us in the purchase of our Penthouse flat in Nerja. I would highly recommend this agency as they were very professional and guided us every step of the way. Their customer service was excellent and the whole process only took six weeks until completion. Their knowledge and expertise in making it easier to understand the step by step process involved was a great help to us.

We worked with the Casa Select team on the sale of our property in the ‘campo’ between Frigiliana and Torrox. The team, led by Monique, plus Dennis and Heidi, were excellent. Initial communications were very clear, so we understood the process. The preparation of promotional materials was first-class and the way the property was presented online was super-professional. The virtual tour and the drone footage were brilliant. Viewings were organised efficiently and communication throughout the sale period was very good. There are a number of estate agents in Nerja and one of the challenges we had was getting a response from them given the remoteness of being in the UK. This was not the case with Carolien at Casa Select. She has been helpful, friendly and very proactive from the moment we first contacted them. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a property in Nerja that you call Casa Select first and foremost and that you ask to speak with Carolien. You won't be dissapointed.
