Lets in the Sun | La Cala Blue

I've been using Let's In The Sun for years, never let us down, and always sort everything out for us. Accommodation is great. Never had any issues at all. Everyone is really friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend

We had such an amazing time. Alison was so helpful to deal with before, during and after our trip. The apartment we rented was perfect - spotless clean. Check in and check out was so easy and Alison made check out so easy for us considering we had a small baby on the trip. Would 10000% recommend and will definitely use Let’s in The Sun next time we are back. Thanks again Alison

We've been using this company for 9 years and can't speak highly enough.....they're a credit to the industry. We always use them to arrange our accommodation when staying in La Cala. Nothing is too much trouble, they arrange everything for you from the accommodation to the taxi transfers to any added extras you may need, including things like beach towels and loungers - seriously nothing to a problem to them. They always reply promptly to any emails you send. The instructions they provide regarding key collection is very clear and easy. all staff are very welcoming. Never ever had a single issue, it's organised like clockwork. We would highly recommend, we wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks for everything over the years xx

From the booking to the arrival everything was flawless. The apartment was in a great location and spotless. The local office were so helpful with arranging for the taxi transfers and day trips to Gibraltar. Looking forward to returning next year!

Se desentienden de todas las cuestiones relativas a la reserva y solo responden "es un tema del propietario". Reservamos un piso que incluía plaza de garaje y hasta el último día de estancia no nos proporcionaron el mando de acceso. Cuando llegamos la plaza estaba ocupada y nos indicaron que era un tema habitual porque había visitas de familiares en la urbanización, lo cual no tiene sentido ya que es un aparcamiento privado del apartamento. Además, cuando hicimos la reserva, solicitamos cuna de viaje y trona. Nos confirmaron que no habría problema pero el día antes de nuestra llegada les escribimos un recordatorio y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando nos indicaron que no tenían disponibles y que llevásemos una nuestra. Al final, tras ponernos muy serios, consiguieron tanto trona como cuna pero el estado de la trona era vergonzoso, sucísimo. Escribimos un WhatsApp al teléfono que te proporcionan para "urgencias" un sábado a las 5 de la tarde y nos contestaron el lunes a las 10 de la mañana, incluso tuvimos que ir a la oficina un par de veces presencialmente a solucionar el tema de la trona y de la plaza de garaje. No repetiremos ni lo recomendamos.

Un horror de apartamento, sucio, las escobas fregonas cubo de basura, cubiertos, nevera, cocina, suelos, baños, terraza, etc, por ahi no habian limpiado desde hacia meses. Muy mal la atencion. Tuve que buscar una casa en la noche con dos niñas pequeñas. El jueves por fin hable con La española que nos devolvio el dinero finalmente. Pero tuvimos que pagar mas por la otra casa. Desde luego que una experiencia horrible.

We have just come back from our Carribean Cruise booked through Olivia who I can highly recommend great professional service and she also recommended upgrading to the Yacht Club which was an amazing experience, would not hesitate to book a cruise again in the future thank you

We checked in on 14/08/2023. We had to wait until 16h to check in (pretty standard for short term accommodations) and then it all began: the remote for the carpark gate didn't work, our parking space had someone else's car parked in (we left a note on the car and it did not move during our 9 days stay so we had to park on the street), we were given no key to access the carpark from the lift. Once we got in the apartment there was broken glass on the floor and the rug was full of dirt and bits, there were stains in both bathrooms, loos and sinks (clearly they had NOT been cleaned and disinfected), showers were full of hairs, the sofa (fake leather falling into pieces) had a cover on which was very dirty and covered in hairs, there were bits of nails on the terrace floor, in the oven there was a tray with food leftovers... We had to spend the first day cleaning and disinfecting everything. I called the emergency number for the agency and it was turned off, I sent them an SMS and there was no reply. Then I contacted them through the site we booked explaining every single problem we had and all they said to us was that the cleaners had been the previous day in the apartment and they had spent a good amount of time in it... If that was the case: what on earth did they do during that time and, why did they make us wait until 4pm to check in? they knew we had been in the area since early in the morning that day... Extremely disappointing.

Apartamento en frente de la playa, en el centro de la Cala, bien cuidado, con un balcón muy agradable.

La mejor agencia de alquileres con la que hemos contratado. Impecable limpieza en los apartamentos. Trato perfecto y la zona de las mejores de Málaga. Volveremos segurísimo. :-)

Not one to complain but would Never Ever use this company again . I have been coming to la cala for many years for all that has gone wrong with apartment they have offered no help no interest . Four days lef of holiday and im spending today looking for another place to stay . A party of 4 ladies 2 of which are in 70s In top floor penthouse with a broken lift since friday And cant manage the stairs . Not their fault not their problem !!

The service we received through this agency was outstanding. We highly recommend it. They went above and beyond to help us. The apartment was spotless.

Rented a 3 bed ground floor apt through Villas Away in UK who sent us to their agent in La Cala Lets in the sun. The apt was dirty had mold in various places and no one came to see it and the were 3 mins away. Both Villas Away and Lets in the sun told lies and were dreadfully to geal with. STAY AWAY FROM VILLAS AWAY AND LETS IN THE SUN

Wij hebben de woning geboekt voor een periode van 4 weken in de winter 2014-2015. De woning is op zich prima, maar de service is verschrikkelijk! Bij aankomst geen beschrijvingen dus we hebben de eerste avond kou geleden omdat nergens stond hoe de verwarming werkte. Er was geen kinderbed en kinderstoel aanwezig ondanks dat dit was afgesproken (en voor betaald), WIFI deed het niet, het huis was smerig, er was geen afstandsbediening van de poort van het complex, de televisie deed het niet, de keuken was incompleet en vies….kortom geen goed begin bij aankomst. Omdat we vrijdagavond laat aankwamen konden we pas maandag het kantoor bereiken om de problemen te melden. Het noodnummer dat we kregen was alleen voor medische noodgevallen dus wederom geen service. Nadat we de problemen hadden gemeld hebben we na 3 dagen zelf een campingbedje moeten halen bij een ander appartement, kregen we na 1,5 week een kinderstoel, op de laatste dag van de vakantie deed wifi het, en aan de rest van de problemen is niets gedaan, ondanks herhaaldelijke verzoeken van onze kant, maar altijd zonder reactie. We hebben gevraagd om compensatie maar is ons niet gegeven. Als klap op de vuurpijl zeiden ze dat ze onze borg niet konden terugstorten omdat hun systeem geen IBAN rekeningnummers met letters erin accepteert!!! Gelukkig hadden we kennissen met een Spaanse bankrekening waar ze het naar konden overmaken anders konden we ook nog naar onze borg fluiten!!! Kortom: boek hier niet!!!!!!
