Our property sold within 2 weeks of meeting Liam.I would highly recommend using them.

I would highly recommend this property group when choosing your property in South of Spain. Liam (Irish like myself) answered all questions, found me my ideal property in Marbella, jelled me secure a mortgage with Spanish bank, put me in touch with great solicitor, even helped with advice on broadband and furnishing plus painting. The whole process has been seemless when you would expect few blips if you don’t speak Spanish at all! I cannot recommend this company enough even if you find your ideal property online with other agent Liam and his company can speak to that agent on your behalf, secure the property for you. Thankyou so much for making this an enjoyable experience and very excited about my future home from home 😄

We are the couple that thought we knew exactly what we wanted and then bought the exact opposite! Liam has worked with us for more than six months now. He showed us a number of different properties while we were in Spain. We thought we wanted a new build and in the end chose an older property in an established neighborhood. In the meantime, Liam was kind enough to do video showings on a number of properties for us since we were abroad during most of this process. He has been very helpful, answering any questions and concerns we had along the way. We were looking for a property in La Cala de Mijas for a number of years. On a visit to La Cala we called to Liam Cronin’s office, part of The Marbella Realty Group, and discussed the type of property we were looking for. When we returned home Liam kept in contact with us about the types of property that were on the market. He viewed and recorded videos of the properties that we showed an interest in. We then visited a number of these properties however for various reasons a sale did not result and then Covid interrupted our search. As soon as it was possible to view properties again Liam resumed the search. In recent months Liam viewed and video taped a property that we now own. Looking for a place to live we visited the costa del sol. In Calle de Mijas we passed by Marbella Realty group, doors were open and we had a nice relaxed talk with Liam and Suzanne. About a year later and decided to go for the Costa del sol, I contacted Suzanne by email (I was still working somewhere in the world). She was great in helping me to start. Through email and by phone she found me a set of houses fitting my wishes. We came over and visited the whole list of houses together with Suzanne. She listened well to our comments and found some more choices. We picked a house and Suzanne did the negotiations for me (my request). She got me a wonderful deal, I am still smiling! She helped to find me a good lawyer to finalize the deal. Thereafter she helped me for long time to get me settled. This is what I call a professional estate agent. Suzanne thanks for all you did.

Suzanne worked with my partner and I over the course of a few months to find the house we were looking for on the Costa Del Sol. After a great deal of looking we finally found our dream home all thanks to Suzanne and the Marbella Reality Group. Really helpful from start to finish. Highly reccommended team. Even through the tough times with Covid etc, they always set out and did all they could to help us as we were still in the U.K. There knowledge of the area was really usefull for us to not waste loads of time looking for property that didnt suit our needs.

Can't say enough about how helpful they were. Would definitely reccommend. Went above and beyond to help us when we were back in the UK and things were progressing here. Always available on the phone with any advise we required. Once they have found the property for you the help does not stop.

Suzanne was very helpful and kept to her word about letting us view the property first as we were the first to enquire, even when we had to wait about 3 weeks to view it due to the owner not being about to get to Spain with the keys because of Covid. The process was easy and simple and she was quick to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with.

Hace unos meses alquilamos un piso que para empezar no mostraban interés ninguno por nosotros, el piso tenía plaza de parking, pero da la casualidad que nuestra plaza estaba ocupada pero ellos no sabían por quien, teníamos que jugar a averiguaron .. Al final descubrimos que el coche era del propietario del piso, cosa que ellos ya sabían. La solución que tuvimos fue alquilar otro garaje. Hasta ahí todo más o menos bien. Por motivos de Covid-19 nos quedamos sin trabajo y decidimos dejar el piso para no perjudicar al propietario y no estar sin pagarle, nos costó la vida recuperar uno de los meses de fianza, ya que la inmobiliaria sólo liaba más el asunto para no devolvernos ni un duro. El segundo mes lo recibimos 2 meses más tarde y nos restan una penalización por el garaje alquilado del cual no tenemos nada que ver dicho por el mismo propietario del garaje, 256e de luz por dos meses cuando nunca estábamos. Cabe destacar que para que nos quedáramos el piso le dimos 100€ de más de fianza a la inmobiliaria como extra para convencer al propietario

Irresponsables en todos los sentidos, problema con los arendatarios, llevo mas de 3 meses para recibir la fianza de el inmueble que ellos me alquilaron y dicen no saber nunca nada ni hacerse responsables. Por no decir que me alquilaron una plaza de garaje con un coche aparcado, todo increible 😂 Ahhh se me olvidaba decir, que la chica que nos alquilo el inmueble le ofrecimos 100e mas por su negociacion que los cobro y no se responsabilizo ni de meter un servicio de limpieza en la casa, porque daba asco.

We were introduced to Marbella Realty Group after my wife and l appeared on the TV programme "Place in the Sun". We offered on an apartment in Miraflores on the programme but the deal fell through. However Liam and his team came to.our rescue by finding us another better property on the same complex and helping us to get an offer accepted and introduced us to a solicitor in Spain. We are in the process of purchasing an apartment off plan at Celere Cala Serena in La Cala De Mijas. I went in to the office by chance in June 2018, and met with Joanne Bradshaw and she and the team have been very professional and so helpful. The assistance went far beyond discussing and advising us about the property we are purchasing, this included help with legal advisors, opening bank accounts and liasing on my behalf with the sales team at Cala Serena. Without being prompted Joanne has continually sent photos of the on going building work and helped find answers to any questions I have had.
