Drone footage and 360 tour was also available. Previn utilised various online platforms to ensure the property reached a broad audience, which resulted in a high number of viewings. In negotiations, I believe all parties were happy with price The entire process was handled with utmost professionalism. We put our property on the market last October and within 3 months we had a buyer at the asking price. Unfortunately, due to a new community ruling in letting, the sale didn't happen. This had nothing to do with First 4 Property. In July we sold our property and the whole procedure was conducted, by Previn, in a most professional manner.

Muy buena experiencia en la compra de nuestra casa. Previn es un buen profesional del sector, siempre atento para solucionar cualquier duda. Muchas gracias.

I can recommend Previn, who sold our townhouse in only three months. He is experienced, professional, and trustworthy.

Previn has been extremely professional at all times in finding our property for us. He goes above and beyond in helping you at all times , a very caring estate agent . We would highly recommend him.

Encantados con la compra de nuestra casa, trato excelente. Gracias Previn.

Great service and very trustworthy. They take care of both, sellers and buyers. Previn’s expertise and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I can honestly recommend Previn of First 4 Property Group S.L He was extremely professional and helpful from the first moment we met. We decided to place our apartment for sale in October. Previn viewed the property and took excellent photos, did a very detailed description of the apartment and put it out online. We immediately had a viewing and a buyer! The sale was completed yesterday!!! He has advised us from the onset and my husband and I cannot thank him enough.

In addition to Previn's professional competence, he exhibited a genuine passion for helping people find their perfect homes. I recommend Previn to anyone in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional. Thank you Previn for your outstanding service.

I recently used First 4 Property Group to sell my villa which had been on the market for quite a while. I was very pleased with the results and the professionalism in which the team conducted the whole processes. Highly recommended!

Previn sold our old apartment. The sale was well presented with a neat signboard. He also assisted during the transaction process to the successful conclusion. Purchasing my new home in Benalmadena with Previn at First4property was like a breadth of fresh air. Previn was the 1st agent who had listened to my needs, gave me solid advice & was clearly more interested in finding the right property for me, which he did. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell unlike other agencies I had been looking through. The other agencies sole interest was for me to purchase a property with added sales pressure seemingly irrelevant of my criteria. The whole purchase was very smooth with completion in a matter of weeks. Previn gave me recommendations for legal services & also renovation contacts which I used with great success. I will definitely recommend these to others. Previn was always available and attentive. First4property must be the best agency on the Costa Del Sol. First4property will be my 1st point of call for any future property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently sold my penthouse apartment in Horizon Golf with First 4 properties. To say I was impressed with Previn all the way through the sale is a huge understatement… From the very start, his advice & support helped me navigate me through the whole process. Previn was always quick to contact me whenever I needed advice. From marketing my property to eventual completion I couldn’t recommend First 4 properties & especially Previn highly enough.

Fantastic helped me and gives good advice

Superb experience dealing with Previn. Full of useful advice, very knowledgeable and was always happy to answer as many questions as we had, highly recommend.

It was a great pleasure to search for my new home with Previn. Having given him my parameters, he gave great advice and suggestions. He wasn't in for the quick sale but for fulfilling my needs to the market's best opportunities. In the end my new home was Previn's suggestion which wasn't on my radar. Previn's expertise doesn't end with the sale; support in aftersales such as lawyer, architect, craftsmen, and designers complete the package. Thank you, Previn, for all your experience and support.

During our search for a property in Spain, we reviewed quite a few property companies, after a couple of brief phone calls with Previn it was clear he was the agent for us. With very little details Previn knew our exact requirements and we have now purchased our dream holiday home. Previn was a delight to work with and is also helping us in other areas related to the property.

Great experience from start to finish. Previn was professional, reliable, helpful and friendly, going above and beyond by recommending other trusted professionals I needed around the purchase. The whole process was swift and smooth. I'm very happy with my property.

A real estate company providing excellent service. We highly recommend! Thank you Previn for your professional help.

The property was sold within 2 weeks at a reasonable price. Previn, the owner of First 4 Property was very proactive and helpful. All in all, very satisfied.

We had an excellent experience with Previn. He was so helpful and full of good advice. He made the whole process of buying extremely easy . Would not hesitate to use him again

We have just completed the purchase of an apartment following an exhaustive search and along the way we have come across some very questionable sales tactics adopted by agents. However, we soon found out that Previn was honest and hard working. He dedicated a significant amount of time to help us on our journey and I’m certain that without his efforts we may well have given up on our property search. I would highly recommend First 4 Properties if you want a first class property sales experience.

Our experiance with First 4 property has been extremely positive. Previn has been really helpful and attentive and I can only recommend him and its company to any international investor who is planning to find a new home in Costa del Sol.

After 27 years of the family owning a property in Fuengirola it was finally time to sell the 4 bedroom apartment. Covid also came along to hamper the situation. So we needed to find someone who we could trust! After researching local companies (checking reviews etc) we narrowed it down to just three who could represent us and take control of the sale. Each one came and spoke about the property and what they could do. It became evident that one person met our needs who spoke with passion , professionalism and was realistic in expectations. Previn made assurances and kept to each one. He offered impartial advice and guidance which was precise and always very helpful. Constantly staying in contact and following up with others when necessary. He has a good sound knowledge, knows the area and has a good contact base to exploit. Would I recommend Previn and his company. That would be an absolute certainty. We could have dealt with lots of agents which would have made the process messy and possibly confusing. Previn was dedicated to our sale and even secured the top price. His recommendations of a Solicitor and Currency Direct rounded off the complete process with the minimum hassle. Congratulation Previn on another successful sale.

We had dealt with Tom from First 4 Property before, so knew we would be getting a first class professional service. Previn gave us his undivided attention for two whole days while we were searching for the right property. He took us to an eclectic mix of house types whilst he narrowed down what we were really looking for, and Bingo, the last house we saw was just perfect! Previn is friendly, professional and will help with any problems you have while looking for a property and after! Previn put us in contact with a lawyer for our purchase, and we have subsequently used her for other issues. Previn also gave us the number of a gardener who is so great, we've passed his details on to our friends. Previn provides great service, we would highly recommend First4Property.

We used first 4 property about 2 years ago for both sale and purchase. Our sea front apartment sold within 3 months. Found them to be extremely efficient with a great knowledge of the area.

I have been in Spain for almost 20 years and have bought and sold 17 properties ranging from £20.000 to £500,000. Having also seen or heard of hundreds of other property sales, l think I can tell a good agent from a poor one. I have always found Previn and his team to be attentive and professional with a good eye for detail. Thinking about it, yes, they are the only agents l would currently recommend on the Costa del Sol.

We have used First 4 Property for the sale of two of our properties and purchase of one property and have been impressed and totally satisfied with the service and professionalism of Previn and his great team, he kept us informed throughout the process of both sales and purchase and I look forward to using them again in the future.
