Another great trip to La Cala de Mijas with La Cala Sales and Lettings. This is our 3rd visit booking through Emma in the last year and another quality exeperience. Out at Navigolf this time and a lovely spacious, well appointed apartment. Very secure and an easy walk into town and the beach, even in high temperatures. Emma is used to solving any issues that crop up quickly so the holiday went smoothly. We Love our time here and wouldn’t use any other agency. From basic advice to organising transport or cleaning the team offer a first class service. Already booked our next trip in February. Can’t wait.

We are a family of 5 and we really enjoyed our stay in Navi Golf. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It’s a lovely location and just a short walk into La Cala. Emma has organised accommodation for us in La Cala for several years now. There have been odd problems over the years (hot water /oven /TV issues) and whilst I am always very reluctant to disturb anyone 'out of hours', Emma has always been very approachable and successfully resolved issues in a timely manner. It's good to know you can rely on her and her business.

Have used LCSR for a number of years now and the service they provide, principally Emma, has always been 1st class. Nothing too much trouble excellent communication…if you are think of renting in La Cala area I highly recommend using LCSR…👏👏

We rented an apartment in La Cala for the winter -24/-25 through La Cala Sales and Rentals. We had already previewed the apartment the previous year, so we knew what we would get. In fact the apartment was better than expected; light, warm, spacious, silent, walking distance to amenities and the beach. If we had some questions or requests, Emma and her team were very helpful. We can really recommend this family owned real estate agent for renting a property in La Cala and surrounding areas.

We have recently returned from a six week stay at a property in Cala Mijas, arranged through La Cala sales and Rentals.,The property was excellent, though new to the rental market and had a couple of teething problems which were quickly resolved by Emma and Andrew…….indeed the whole family were always on hand to help.

We recently returned from our fifth annual, extended, mid-winter break in La Cala which have all been provided by Emma and Andrew at La Cala Sales and Rentals. I cannot speak too highly of this courteous and professional family run business which approaches sales and customer care with equal importance. The service which we have received on each of our visits has been exemplary and we are looking forward to yet another booking which we have made for next winter. Highly recommended and cannot praise them enough.

Dealing with Andrew was perfect from start to completion on our property sale. He priced our home correctly for the market and his marketing of our property was pitched perfectly. We immediately had several viewings and accepted an offer within 2 weeks of our initial discussion. We were advised on a great lawyer, with perfect English as well as German and Spanish. Contact with Andrew was easy and responses were very quick throughout the process. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We had a great 4 week stay in La Cala organised by Emma. Our apartment in Santa Maria at La Bombay was first class. Beautiful location for using the boardwalk or strolling into town. Really well appointed and spacious with a stunning terrace overlooking the garden pool and frontline to the Med. Emma organised our pick up and return driver and a team to clean once a week. The entertainment system was fantastic and the whole apartment well furnished. Only lacked a bread in🤣🤣 The service from Emma can't be beaten .We have stayed in La Cala often but this was easily the best experience and we have booked another two visits. We rented a fantastic apartment in a great location through La Cala Sales and rentals. The booking process was simple, they arranged a transfer from the airport with key delivery and when we needed to contact them during our stay they were responsive and helpful.

Excellent apartment In fabulous location. No hesitation in recommending or returning again in the future.

Large apartment comfortably accommodating 5 adults. Apartment had every facility that were needed for a comfortable vacation. The pool area does not have sunbeds but the apartment provides sun lounger chairs that were really appreciated. The check in and out process was seamless. Great support from the local representatives Emma and Nathan. A 5 to 10 minute walk to major supermarkets and cafe bars, 10 to 15 minute walk to main restaurants and beach.

My experience with La Cala Sales and Rentals has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the get go and throughout the process of purchasing an apartment in La Cala de Mijas, there were multiple instances of poor communication, negligence, and unprofessional behavior. From the outset, the agent failed to inform us about crucial deadlines regarding customization options for our apartment. This resulted in us being unable to choose materials according to our preferences, leading to significant disappointment with the final outcome. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues through formal letters and legal means, the agent has shown a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability. Even after a final reminder was sent, there has been no effort from their side to acknowledge or resolve the situation. He is more interested in buying apartments for his own business & renting them instead of helping his customers, creating an obvious conflict of interest. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. As a result, I cannot recommend this company La Cala Sales and Rentals to anyone looking for professional and reliable real estate services in Spain.

Vid inflyttet 2 november var endel skåp låsta, ( inte då vi besiktigade lägenheten 9 månader tidigare), underlakanen i den bäddade dubbelsängen var smutsigt, slängdes bort! Handukställningarna i badrummet reparerad med tejp som lossnar. Tvättmaskinen undermålig, ingen spisfläkt, kökslådornas skenor söndriga, TV’n med fullt utbud av kanaler fungerar mycket bra såsom duschen, vattentrycket mycket bra samt varmvattnet. Området välbevakat och snyggt ligger bekvämt vid den långa strandpromenaden, bilparkeringen trygg och fungerar bra. Vi kommer inte igen till denna lägenhet.

We stayed in a two bed apartment in la Cala 700 euros for a week of hell.The noise of which was almost unbearable from early morning until late night into early hours from across the street which allowed little rest or enjoyment it was tiny with no room to walk around the double bed which was pushed against the wall n felt cramped On top of this the place was filthy and outdated with dirt in both bathrooms which has a stained shower curtain and it felt grubby in general so made for a very unpleasant stay Agents were not interested in how dirty or noisy it was and only interested in taking money without giving a good service

A small, private company giving a really personal service, way beyond the norm. This was the definition of the full service from finding a property and convincing us that we should look at it ( he was right , we bought it ! ) sorting the purchase, recommending excellent professional input and walking us through every aspect of moving to and gaining residency in Spain. Andrew and Emma are a breath of fresh air. We've used them for rentals a number of times for the past few years. They've always been friendly, honest, hardworking and couldn't do enough for us.
