ONEEDEN TRUST WORTHING COMPANY??? NO !! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! THIS COMPANY BOUGHT FROM THE CAIXA BANK APARTMENTS IN ESTEPONA WITH TENNANTS LIVING THERE WITH SOLID CONTRACTS. IN MY CASE!!! MY WIFE HAS BEEN GIVEN WRONG MEDICINE IN COSTA DEL SOL HOSPITAL AND AFTER ONE WEEK SHE DIED. I WENT TO RECOVER TO MY DAUGHTER IN HOLLAND AND AT THE SAME TIME ONEEDEN BROKE INTO MY APARTMENT, STOLEN EVERYTHING WHAT WAS IN IT, AND NOW THEY ARE SELLING IT FOR PLUS ONE MILLION EUROS, NICE PROFIT THEY PAID JUST OVER 200.000. I LOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING ALL BELONGINGS FROM MY WIFE WHOM DIED. MY SECURITY CAMARA TOOK PICTURES FROM THE ONEEDEN MANAGER AND PEOPLE IN MY APARTMENT AT NIGHT TIME. WITNESSES SAW THEM LOADING ALL MY STUFF IN LARGE VANS. BUT ONEEDEN SAYS, WHE DID NOT DO THIS, WE ARE RESPECTFUL COMPANY. ALSO FROM OTHER APARTMENTS THEY BOUGHT TENNANTS WHERE FORCED OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT. THINK ABOUT THIS IF DOUNG BUSINESS WITH THEM.

So they win a reward 🤣 Shame they have no regards for local residents that are suffering with dust and fumes and noise and no compensation for extra water we have to use to try and keep our properties clean in my opinion One Eden don't deserve any rewards until they look after those that are suffering. Also we were asked to submit our extra cleaning costs to this company 12 months ago have we received anything NO our road outside the house is constantly covered in dirt stones etc and they don't even clean up. The company is a joke. Yet they have the money to sponser golf tournaments? However, they cannot clean the road to their building site which is a main contribution to the dust in our properties. And the speed of some of the vehicles is week in excess of 30kph the road used to have speed humps until they re tarmacked the road and have never been replaced!!!!! Also the workmen use our driveways to eat there lunch and park outside our propertys when there is little parking and yet there is plenty of space on there site !!! I spoke to the lady in the show house about the state of the road she wrang somebody but as usual nothing happens ALL US RESIDENTS OPPOSITE YOUR SITE IS FOR THE ROAD TO BE CLEANED AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK AND COMPENSATION FOR THE COST OF THE EXTRA WATER WE ARE USING TO CLEAN OUR DWELLINGS And they can't even get the pin in the right place on Google maps 😂😂😂😂😂
