Staying at Bahia Playa was fantastic! The apartment was great; modern and clean and being able to walk straight out to the pool area was super convenient. It had all the amenities that we needed for a 1 week + stay and the check in/out process was really easy and flexible. We even caused an issue with one of the roller blinds which Sarah saw to straight away. 100% would recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This is the third year that my husband and I have rented a holiday apartment through Ultimate Estates, staying in La Cala and as usual the staff have been so friendly and very responsive. The apartment we used in Arruzafa Playa 2 was excellent, very convenient for the town, shops, restaurants and the beach. Pick up from the airport continues to be a great option, special mention to Jeanette :) . We will certainly be using them again in the future.

For anyone looking for help in applying for a NIE number or TIE, (first time residency application or renewal), consider the supplementary services offered by Ultimate Estates, La Cala de Mijas. We were lucky find Emma at U.E who had all the knowledge and experience to complete an application in a straightforward and painless manner. Emma was brilliant in every aspect, and accompanied us all times for face to face appointments. Totally recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment. Waking up every morning and looking out at the sea and the beach from your bed is my idea of heaven! The location is just perfect. 5km walk/jog every morning to Calahonda followed by a sea swim, followed by Breakfast, followed by a swim in the pool, followed by lunch in the Chiringuito Los Morenos and a glass of Cider. I just can't wait to go back. Abi and the team at Ultimate Estates are fantastic to deal with. We had made an error with our dates, no problem to sort it. We needed somewhere to store our cases before our departure, no problem. They are a credit to the industry and I wish them the best of luck!! Kevin

Stayed at Bahia Playa in Riviera. Perfect location on the Costa del Sol, nicely decorated and modern apartment with everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Spain. Plenty of space, lovely views, exceptionally clean and all the kitchen utensils you can think of! Beautiful pool area, exceptionally well kept. Lovely hosts who made our stay super easy and welcoming. Everyone lovely a respectful around the pool and at night. Could not recommend this place or Ultimate Estates any more!

Booked our apartment last year through Janette. We received a very efficient service from the whole team at Ultimate Estates , everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble with any questions we had. Our Apartment was in Arruzafa Playa and was exactly as described on their website. We have already booked again for March and November 2026 and also March 2027. The Location of these apartments are absolutely fabulous directly on the beach and boardwalk. We wouldn't use anyone else now and recommend them very highly. The apartment was great with easy access on foot from the door to all amenities. The views from the balcony are stunning day and night. The sound of the sea is fabulous. The apartment was exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room. The one star reduction was due to the steps as we are getting a bit older and our knees just about held out. We will hopefully be back.

Just rented an apartment in Mijas for a week. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a great clean 2 bedroom apartment. 1 min walk to the beach and plenty of supermarkets, and restaurants to choose from. Also just 1 minute from a bus service that can take you all over the local area. Gets the sun in the balcony until midday. Good WiFi and TV with access to Netflix etc

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ultimate Estates - I’ve rented a property for the winter months 2 years running now and have re-booked for the next 2 years. Whenever anything goes wrong (which of course it does over the course of 3 months in the flat) a WhatsApp message is responded to immediately and someone appears to sort the problem out. Very professional and helpful. Should you need, airport transfers are arranged which is great also.

They looked after my arpartment for next 10 years.then because health reasons I had to sell.it was put in there hands. I was in Spain for only 3 weeks. They sold it in 2 weeks. And for the 10years I was there they looked After me and nothing was To much trouble, they meet me at airport and took me my apartment,that was sparkling.clean.Took me back to airport when going home.over the10 years I had many problems with health.they treated me like family they would do anything for me, ultimate is run.by my Julie-Anne Fullbrook and her 2 delitfull daughters Abi and Emma.all with great experience and Look after after there clients with the care we look for. I wouldn’t rent with anyone else, I have returned year after year to Ultimate Estates. A family run business with friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. Airport pics are no problem, taken right to your holiday home, all explained on arrival. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We are returning for the first time since lockdown, me and my family cannot wait.

We would especially like to mention Joan, who from the first minute was attentive and professional to our desire to find a property in the area of La Cala de Mijas and the surrounding areas. The very next day and within two weeks, she had 3 to five views a day. Accompanying us in the agency's car, she carefully listened to all our wishes and was guided by them in the next selection. the worst company ever! we made an offer but prefer to not deal with it to obtain a direct client and not share commission. Obviously they were not interested in letting know the vendor because they had to work a little bit to move some furnitures. They did not present the offer to the vendor, did not answer to the offer within 1 week, they lied saying that they received another offer and cannot sign within 3 months, information unknown but invented, which is unfair and unrespectful. Not recomendable for buyers nor vendors. The only objectives they have is covering commission. They do not know what services means.

I higly recommend them! Close to you, to your needs and dreams. Not only a real estate agency but friends. They listen to you and look for best options.

We had a lovely holiday in Arruzafa Player 1 it was a large 3 bedroom apartment beautifully furnished inside although outside furniture a bit old and mis matched. Its a pity i can't say the same for the agent we booked it through Ultimate Estates, they dropped us off outside with a key and left us to it. No customer service skills even verging on rude.
