Booked for my parents for a 10 night holiday. Joanne went above and beyond to find the right property for my dad who has health problems as well as arranging transport to and from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble, even though I inundated her with emails, would definitely recommend for a professional experience. This is not the first time we have used Mijas Rentals and certainly won't be the last

Please DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. After visiting them to advertise my villa for sale or rent I found the the lady to be condescending, total dishonest and who lies constantly. She does not answer messages and says customers are interested when she hasn't any. They listed my property without viewing it and my pommition but didn't get that corrected and told it was a two bed when it's actually four bed grrrr. She even lied saying they had covid so couldn't visit me, this was a big lie too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡😡😡😠😠😠

Very Professional and friendly Service provided by Joanne, unfortunalty we had to return to the UK early and we were dealt with in a very understanding and sympathictic maner. I would highly recommend Mijas Rentals and Sales and when return next year we are looking forward to booking our holiday home with Joanne again.

Joanne and David have had some great holiday lets available over the years which we have really enjoyed using when visiting Mijas. When we moved to Spain they were invaluable in helping us find the perfect long term rental. They have been helpful, efficient and everything you would want from property managers and estate agents.

We listed our property with Mijas Rentals and Sales end July 2020 and were delighted when an offer was received and accepted a few months later. All went well and we completed the sale mid-December. Joanne and David were fantastic throughout - communicative, helpful with some of the issues that crop-up in Spain (return of internet box and keys etc). They made the transaction as smooth as possible for us. Thoroughly recommended - and two lovely people as well!

Had a fantastic week in mijas in May staying at La Fuenta opposite BP garage . We had a problem with our original apartment with work being carried out. Joanne did a fantastic job sorting out an alternative apartment which saved and made our holiday.We will definately use Mijas Rentals and Sales for our future holidays in this beautiful village.Thanks again Joanne and her team.

We have recently found a really nice apartment through Mijas Rentals and Sales. David and his team went above and beyond instead of just being an real estate agent. Just signed a new winter rental contract with Mijas Rentals - many thanks to Joanne and David for their great service. Their responsiveness to any query during my last rental period and their willingness to go the extra mile has encouraged me to take on a new seven month contract.

“Renter beware and look elsewhere" We have recently had to cancel our holiday booking with this company due to medical reasons and the agent have refused to refund our 1,300 euro’s deposit/fee. I have point out to the agent that they only told us that the deposit was non-refundable after we had made the booking. Hence in my opinion, this is not a company that treats there customer fairly and should be avoided at all costs. They have also stated that because we were planning to stay for a few months, we are therefore not covered by “under Decree 28/2016 governing holiday rental properties” I am currently seeking advice on this matter - but please do not make the same mistake as us! I have now read the agents response and even though they didn't tell us that the deposit was not refundable until after we made the booking - This Agent thinks this is an acceptable way of doing business - thankfully some agents feel the need to inform you before you make the booking and I think this is a much fairer way of doing business the right way - Don't You!!! This agent only seem to look after the property owners and themselves, even though you pay them for there services! The insurance company was open, honest and upfront when we took out the policy and told us what was and was not covered prior to taking out the cover, which is the right way to doing business and therefore I have no issues with them. " Please look for another agent who believes in Doing Business in the Right Way and look after your interests too"!
