She took the time to show us the property, answered every question with honesty, and was a total shark when it came to negotiations—fierce, strategic, and always looking out for my best interests. But what truly set her apart was her follow-through. Whenever I had inquiries, she immediately followed up with the sellers and got back to me quickly with clear answers. She even made occasional trips to the property to personally ensure that everything the sellers promised was being delivered. Despite being a tough negotiator, Ruth never pressured me—she kept things real, gave me space to make decisions, and was always available via text whenever I needed her. I discovered and learned this profession in Switzerland, where the rules are much stricter. I loved doing this job, and even though there have always been and will always be disagreements regarding commissions, the most important thing has always been making the client happy. For the past two years, I have been in Marbella, and I no longer enjoy this job not because of the clients, as I will always love serving them and seeing them happy with their future purchase but as you rightly point out, the profession of agent in Marbella is not regulated, and it is a real jungle. After 3 years and numerous agents trying to sell our house we were introduced to Kévan. He brought more clients in a few weeks than the other agents had brought in years. He was very professional but also friendly and not pushy at all. Our house was sold in 4 months at a price we were very happy with. He updated us throughout the sale which ran very smoothly. Nefasto trato. Llame el 4 de mayo para poner una vivienda en Banus en venta. Ya la sensación en la primera llamada fue negativa ya que la persona que me atendió tenia prisa en colgar el teléfono, y no me gustó el trato de la señorita Le envié todo lo que me pidió, el dia después Ante la no publicación volví a ponerme en contacto con la agencia para haber que sucedía 15 dias después vía mail , y me dijeron que me llamaba al día siguiente, y lo publicaban. Han pasado ya 10 dias de la última llamada y casi un mes de la primera y sigue sin cumplir con su palabra. No recomendable. Vende imagen, no fidelidad, ni honestidad. Y pensar que a este tipo dé personas les depositamos nuestras viviendas para que las gestionen. Que pena. Mucha imagen poca seriedad

Visited their website only. Compared to other real estate sites, theirs offer much more profound info of different costs. If you are looking to buy place to live in south Spain, they will be absolutely worth the visit.

Muy buenas fotografías, gran profesionalidad y amabilidad en sus equipos comerciales y fotógrafos, los mejores, muy activos a la hora de poner carteles en mi vivienda, los únicos, .... pero no he recibido clientes de su parte....por eso no puedo poner más estrellas.
