The Swish team made oir first stay in Marbella a great memory. It was kind of last minute, but they were the most reactive and organized upscale company among those we contacted. Reservation, procedures, dedicated concierge and arrival information where well streamlined. The apartment we rented was located in Puerto Banus. Spacious, well equipped, and in the heart of all the action! We also got great recommendations for restaurants in the Marbella area, which saved us a lot of time!!

Simplemente pregunté por la gestión que ofrecen y sus comisiones, y me respondió de forma cortante, diciéndome que enviara un email. No esperaba ese tipo de trato en una agencia que presume de exclusividad y excelencia. Por suerte, ya he contactado con otra empresa en Marbella que ha respondido con toda la amabilidad y claridad desde el primer momento. Unfortunately we were scammed by a villa advertised on Booking dot com and were left without anywhere to stay for the first two days of our trip. This is when we contacted Swish and by some miracle they had a beautiful villa available due to a cancellation! Villa Auriga was absolutely stunning, my family and I all had the best time and found it so luxurious and relaxing. It was well equipped, clean and to a very high spec. The outdoor area and pool was simply amazing. Five stars all the way. They went above and beyond. We traveled with a toddler and infant and Swish made the place ready to go before we got there so we could enjoy our time from the moment we got there(high chair, cribs etc). The responsiveness you will get during the booking process carries through during your entire stay, with the team available via Whatsapp to answer questions, make recommendations and help with any reservations(for us that spanned grocery stores, restaurants, beach clubs and tennis). The owner of Swish personally even helped us in finding child care during our visit. We would happily work with Swish again.

They are professional, deal with all kind of questions or requests or in some cases problems (both caused by myself or for unknown reasons) immediately both over the phone and on site, service with all world-class amenities. Stunning villa in an exclusive location, very close to the beach and all amenities. The service from Swish was excellent, Luis was always available and willing to help. My only gripe is the lack of maid service included in the price. We were informed when we arrived that maid service would be an extra cost. At a villa of this standard and price we would have expected a maid service a couple of times a week to be included and pre-arranged. Apart from that everything was perfect and we had a fantastic holiday. We would definitely use Swish again 😊

We absolutely loved this apartment! Such a beautiful interior with a wonderful living room and kitchen area, two amazing terasses and a stunning master bedroom. The walk in closet was all You can ever dream of with a huge mirror area! Lighting in each room was beautiful and lighting on the terrasses was exceptional. Automatic lighting in the bathrooms was genius! Puente Romano area is truly great with wonderful restaurants like Nobu, Thai Gallery and Chiringuito and a super nice atmosphere. The location of the apartment is perfect next to the beach and tennis and close to the restaurants. Communication with Selma from Swish was impeccable and she helped us instantly with everything we needed in a truly professional way. Thank You for this wonderful visit to Marbella, we will be back!

Even the smaller details were looked after: from the organized pick up and drop off from and to the airport, to the swish personalized high quality towels, bathrobes and slippers, to the refined personalized soaps, to the wine kept in the seller, to the fully filled fridge, to home and cleaning services, to technical support when needed, to Conciergerie bookings and recommendations and many others. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Swish to anyone. We rented Villa Aloha 171 through Swish. We rented the house for two full months, May and June 2022. The stay was supposed to be a getaway for our small family, consisting of two adults and two kids. Aloha 171 was advertised as a "luxury" house to us, with heated pool and jacuzzi. Since we have kids, and we were coming end of April, it was extremely important for us that the house had a heated pool. We expressed this to Karen Ayat Issa, CEO of Swish, before coming - and agreed to pay 5000 EUR extra for this. Immediately upon arrival, we understood that this stay would not be what we imagined. 1) When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was not heated. Swish told us the heater would be fixed "the next day". Then, we were told it would be fixed "this week". Then "next week". As the days and week passed, Swish finally caved in and admitted it could not be fixed at all, because the villa had too little power supply. Of course, Swish must have known this before renting the house out to us - but they were too interested in securing their commission to warn us ahead. 2. The limited power supply caused extremely frequent power outages, approx. 15-20 per day. The power cuts when the water pump for the shower is turned on, causing you to fumble out of the shower in total darkness. The power also cuts when you prepare food, cook water or even in the middle of the night, because of the AC being on. At this point, you have to get up in 3 AM in the night to turn the system back on. 3. The house has serious problems with ants, cockroaches and spiders. On our very first day, we found a large cockroach in the living room and ants all over the kitchen. There were dozens of spiders in the curtains all of the bedrooms. 4. From a perimeter security perspective, the house is very unsafe. There is direct access both from the golf course and over the relatively low front yard wall. The doors can be lifted open with a screwdriver. During our stay, we had two (!) burglaries. The first time, they came at night and stole values for nearly 20 000 EUR whilst we were sleeping. One month later, they came back. They came at 23:15 and snuck in under the broken laser perimeter fencing (the security system of this house is installed wrong and the burglars in Marbella knows it). My wife, who was alone with the kids at the time, woke up from the sound of breaking glass. With our 6 year old daughter on her arm, she went into the living room and found a ski mask-wearing burglar standing inside our living room. Both my wife and daughter started to scream, and the burglar jolted. The police arrived after a few minutes, but my wife and daughter was left traumatised - and still are to this day. 5. In addition, the house suffers from many smaller errors, such as the shower floors not being built correctly, causing water to get everywhere. The floor becomes slippery and dangerous. The fact that this house is advertised as a "luxury house" is laughable. 6. Lastly, the closeless to the golf course, coupled by the lack of any kind of security shielding, means that 5-10 golf balls are shot into the pool every week. Our kids played in the pool when suddenly a golf ball shot past and landed 2 meters away from the head of my son. The house is a death trap waiting to happen and should not be rented out to anyone. In summary: Aloha 171 is clearly not a luxury house. We have not gotten the product which was advertised, and which we paid for. As a small compensation, we tried to negotiate a reduced rent with Swish. Swish said they would "communicate" the matter to the landlord, but of course, we never heard back from anybody. In general, Swish never makes any admissions or provides any real information, except "we will look into it". Then you never hear back. Swish might look good on the surface, but unfortunately, it's all show and no substance. They took our money and ruined our vacation. Don't let the same happen to you.

Why book a hotel when you have an agency that is THIS good and you get infinitely better options! Highly recommended.

Superb service - hands on at all time!

It is the first time I am renting from Swish. It is the most client oriented service I have encountered in the property rental business. Not just in Spain. Issues like cleaning, technical maintenance are taken care of by Swish and taken care of FAST. It was unusual to enter the property and see fresh clean towels, bathrobes, slippers... with "Swish" logo on them. As if you are in a 5-star hotel. Karen and Alexandra helped me with documents delivery, renting the gym that is not readily rentable, restaurant reservations, local business contacts(!) and other local services. I doubt there is another company in Marbella area that does anything like that. Karen, the star behind Swish, is not just a professional... she is a person with integrity and heart. It is not surprising Swish is successful.

I rented an apartment in Puente Romano through Swish Marbella. The whole experience with the agency in the process was very positive: they are professional, straight forward and flexible. The apartment was superb, better then I expected: sparkling clean, very well equipped, had everything a family needs on a vacation. Concierge service was very quick to answer and helpful. I would use Swish Marbella next time I travel to Marbella!
