Ok

I highly recommend their real estate services in Marbella. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping me find the perfect home.”

Asked all agents I worked with to take the listing of my apartment down when I changed my mind about selling and rented it out to long term tenants. GR8 were the only ones who ignored my request. It was brought to my attention months later that the listing was still on in idealista with GR8 - even though I didn’t receive one phone call from them all this time! (So they knew the apartment was not for sale trying to trap potential customers with false advertising or just collecting listings they do not follow-up on for more than 6 months?!?!). After explaining and demanding that the listing is taken down by exercising my legal right and giving them a heads up that I will write a review to this effect if the listing is not taken down immediately, I am now asked if “it is ok to keep the listing with them off market”. No it is still not ok! Delete it immediately from all sales platforms you are using!

Outstanding Service! I had a fantastic experience with GR8. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. They truly listened to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend GR8 Real estate to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled real estate agent. Thank you for the excellent service!
