Puedo decir que la operación pudo llevarse a cabo pese a la poca profesionalidad y las trabas de la agente (Marcela Lako). Desde tener que insistir para ver la vivienda, hasta no llamar a la notaría, falta de conocimientos básicos sobre operaciones de compra-venta, no facilitar nota simple, no comprobar facturas para cambiar titularidades, ni que las llaves funcionasen...

Muy muy mala experiencia. Los agentes insultan sus clientes por motivos de nacionalidad. Llamamos al agencia para ver una casa y he dejado mi nombre. En una hora me llaman de agencia y dicen que no van a enseñarme la casa porque mi nombre parece a ruso. Soy de otro país pero me han insultando mucho! Y claro que después de este escándalo no quiero ver nada con estes agentes tan no profesionales. En cada país hay personas buenas y malas, da igual son de Rusia, España, Alemania o Morocco. ES NO PUEDE SER ASÍ!!!

We have found the experience with E&V professional and extremely helpful from the start. Buying a property abroad when we can’t actually visit the site could have been nigh on impossible but Jason has been attentive and helpful throughout. 100% recommend.

My parents wanted to move to Spain, Engel & Volkers were fantastic. The property they have moved to in Marbella is a dream house. They have always wanted to retire abroad and now they have. Fantastic treatment from the team, great insight and will be forever grateful. The property is over looking the sea, the swimming pool is fantastic and the kids love going to visit.
