In summary Francisco and Alex were incredible at every stage of supporting / advising us in the purchase of our amazing home in Benamara. They did all the normal things quietly / efficiently but beyond that they were proactive and really great communicators with all parties (owners, other agent, surveyor, lawyer etc) joining all the dots to facilitate / expedite things. But really importantly great proactive communicators with us which was important as we were in the UK for much of the time and they guided us through not just the core process but also really helping us regarding all the extra bits we hadn’t considered or experienced before. Honestly as we sit here (see pic) in our amazing house we have Alex and Francisco to thank for navigating things and also reassuring us when things felt a little scary in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend them and please see the image we now wake up to each morning.
