Emma is the best! We met Emma a couple of months ago as she took us on a tour of our soon dream home in Malaga. Since we got back in the US to prepare our move, Emma has been amazingly helpful along the way from Spain assisting us with first the security deposit then the down payment on the property, answering all our questions in details, getting us in touch with a local mortgage company who is now financing us a loan, being prompt at communicating with all parties involved while tailoring our needs. She is simply the best at what she does! Plus, she is not only a brilliant real estate agent, she is very sweet and fun!

We are in the process of searching for our dream home. Pedro T is amazing!!! He is our advocate, guide and negotiator. Pedro has local market knowledge, strong communication skills. He is experienced and a good listener. We trust Pedro 100% and will work with no one else. He is honest and shows integrity. Pedro is also networked and resourceful. We travel back and forth from the United States to Spain as we search. In the meantime, Pedro is patient and advocates for our best interest on price, inspections and terms.

They are not transparent with their pricing; they raise property prices overnight. The intermediary agent sent the price on a Monday and wanted to book the property for us in less than 48 hours. However, when the documents arrived, the price was already over €7,000 higher. After we pointed this out, they have not responded to us since. (agent: ISAAC) Update: After I wrote the review, they were able to call me almost immediately, asking me to take it down. I told them that this was not fair and that we should find a solution—I would have even been open to a compromise—but they never responded to this email either.

As a man in his mid fifties living in England, I'm not used to doing references for Absolutely Amazing Out Of This World CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Most families have their ups and downs and ours is no different. So when my sister received notice that my Aunt was back in Britain 🇬🇧 in a council run home for dementia, we were all surprised. My Aunt had moved to Spain just before the pandemic, but hadn't informed the family. We were a little concerned when my sister hadn't been in touch for some time. So back from Spain, in a home and not much further information, except that there was a container full of their worldly goods. How did they get back to Britain, who moved their belongings,how long has she had dementia???? My family were trying to put the puzzle together when I got involved. I had an email address for what we thought was a solicitor in Spain. It was and I called the firm, spoke to him and that's when we started to realise just how amazing people had been!! I was also informed that a lady called Taryn from Bromley Estaes had helped with everything. I rang and spoke to this earthly Angel 😇 and wow how she had looked after total stranger's! Bromley Estates sold my Aunt her penthouse, but was concerned for their welfare and kept in touch. Not just the occasional call, but like a fantastic friend 😊 visiting taking groceries, helping with setting them up and spending fun time's with them 😀 Their mental health was getting worse and my Aunt decided to sell up (not telling family) and Taryn sprung into action arranging everything. During this another sales agency tried to muscle in, using their mental conditions to try and take advantage and I believe would have stolen their money 💰 Yet again Taryn came into her own and informed the solicitor and they stopped the power of attorney transfer and saved our Aunty. If it hadn't been for Taryns quick action's, God only knows what would have become of them. All their life savings may have been stolen!! And that's not all..... Taryn then arranged the flight's and for the packing and removal back to Britain alongside Wayne Beck and Jo his wife(amazing people,but that's another epic story). Taryn and Wayne made good the penthouse, packed up everything and moved their belongings safely to Britain. But no, that's not it either ! With the mental issue's my aunt was experiencing my Aunt forgot her jewellery, Taryn itemized the jewelry with photographs, kept them in a safe secure facility so she could send it only when it was safe to do so. Taryn was stopping off in London at Christmas, before spending time with family in Dubai. We arranged with my niece ,who lives in London to arrange with Taryn to meet up. With limited time and distance between them, they managed to meet and we received the jewellery! There's more, but I can't write a book 😊 The compassion, professionalism, humanity and kindness that Taryn has given goes beyond any I have ever experienced, or would have ever expected 😀 I would not hesitate to recommend her & Bromley Estates in every aspect. You will never be in safer hands ✋️ 🙌 🙏 Our whole family are indebted and will always hold a place in our collective family heart's 💖 Thank you xxx

**I Would like to update my post (18.4.24) to say I am only back form Costa del Sol and want to give a special shout out again to Yuri. I had another meeting with him and yet again I cannot say how helpful and how very pleasant he was and he couldnt do enough to help us. my daughter had to go to the Hospital while I was there and he actually came to the Hospital for the meeting and he could not do enough to help us. He is really one of the best and we are lucky to have met him to help us with our property acquisitions** Previous.... We are working with Yuri in Bromley estates and are buying a new property from the plans. All I can say is that Yuri is amazing and we are more freinds than business asociates.I could not recommend Yuri and his team enough they are all so helpful and genuinely lovely people .

Our experience of dealing with Bromley has been outstanding. Ben helped us with ideas for properties before we travelled from the UK and was incredibly knowledgeable about areas and urbanizations. Wij kwamen in contact met Bromley en wij hadden het geluk met Anke op stap te gaan. Ondanks onze hoge eisen en het moeilijk parcour, zeker nadat we elders een nieuwbouw gekocht hadden die dag, bleef Anke zeer professioneel en kalm. We had the pleasure of working with Anke Parijs for our search for an apartment in or around Estepona. Due to the many choices on agency's she was not first on my list but still she was very helpful in providing all the information I needed. She is very knowledgeable of the place, the possibilities, and what is happening. While she is Dutch speaking which helps to get into some of the details, she also is very good in Spanish which allows her to really get all the information you need from the Spanish real estate world.

Sounds strange, but we acquired a house via Bromley online (without visit the house), Pedro Tome was very proactive and help us filming the propoerty (all the details), checked everything and in less them 24 hours we closed the deal. Pedro was fantastic from the first contact up to keys hand over (with a great beer). For sure, I recommend him to everybody interesting in Real State in the region.

Since the beginning of 2022 we have been looking for a new apartment in Estepona. Through a befriended relationship I came into contact with Bromley Estates and Anke Parijs. From the first moment I know Bromley Estates and certainly Anke Paris as a very reliable person/company in the search for a new apartment. Knowledge and experience in the housing market in particular made me decide to do business with Anke.

De afgelopen week ben ik met Anke op stap geweest om een geschikte woning voor mij te zoeken. Voordat we op stap gingen had ze telefonisch al een hele inventarisatie gemaakt. Ze liet me direct enkele interessante opties zien, maar ze merkte dat ik nog steeds geen helder beeld had van wat ik wilde. We hebben daar fijne verdiepende gesprekken over gevoerd. Voors en tegens werden afgewogen. Ze gaf me inzicht, geen druk. Zo kwamen we tot een steeds beter beeld en kon ik mijn verwachtingen afstemmen op de realiteit. Anke is in staat je door dit proces te leiden, deskundig en professioneel, kennis van de markt, groot netwerk, actief zoekend en bovenal ze stelt je gerust, maar vraagt kritisch door. Zo'n makelaar wil je toch hebben. Hier heb je echt iets aan. We zitten in de afrondende fase. Ze heeft mij perfect ondersteund. Naast de zakelijke houding is Anke bovenal een fijn mens. Wij komen er wel uit.

We acquired our apartment in Estepona via Anke Parijs who first gave us a thorough lay of the land in the region over a long weekend. Once we made our decision, Anke constantly went the extra mile to facilitate the acquisition, introducing us to banks, notaries, etc.. for a smooth acquisition. But she did not stop there and today she continues to work relentlessly to help us solve tiny and common post-acquisition issues as we are not (yet) local residents. To us, this is invaluable. Buying a property in a foreign country is not that easy. After a long distance search with average results we got the chance to be connected with Broomley and Anke. It all changed in a second. Anke spent a lot of (positive) energy to understand our real needs. She proposed several goods and organized our first trip to the area. We never felt pressed for quick sign. Collected our keys this weekend and couldn't be happier. Came out in April and saw the sign for the Bromley offices on the way back to the airport. I made contact on my return home and Ben was very professional and efficient, sending us a good selection of properties. We arranged to come out in May, was put in touch with Steve, who again, worked diligently to find properties in our preferred areas and price range. Unfortunately, we missed out on a property we wanted to offer on as it sold whilst we were there. Howver after another visit in July we purchased our dream holiday home. Did a lot of on line searching via different agents so that we had a list of properties to view during our week’s stay in Mijas Costa and would very highly recommend Bromley and in particular, Ben, Taryn and Chris for the following reasons; Prompt and efficient response to queries and requests to view properties Professionalism at all stages; for instance, we were given window cards for each property visited which was a bonus. Taryn, with whom we viewed many properties was delightful- friendly, courteous efficient and personable - nothing was too much trouble for her and she had a wealth of knowledge about the area. What can I say, our very first visit to Spain property hunting and we made a purchase. Igor helped me buy my son an apartment in Marbella. But he not only provided an excellent service and got us a great deal on the apartment, but he became a close friend of my wife and I! He is a great agent, previously I would never trust one, but he changed the way I saw things. Wij hebben na vele bezichtigingen met verschillende makelaars via Igor ons appartement gekocht. Very friendly and very helpful staff, superb knowledge of area and how far your money goes, I couldn't recommend anyone better in the area, thank you so much!

They do a good search and sales jobt in termsnterms of properties that that fit your requirements and tell you a good story. However later on you find all that they have said is not necessarily true or accurate. Generally if they call you it's because they don't want to put it in writing so that they cant be held to account at a later date. Once they have the deposit you are somewhat abandoned. The developers/ builders are paying their fees so you clearly know who's side they are on.

I approached Broomley Estates on may 2019 to discuss purchasing a villa in the Marbella area. My experience with Broomley was excellent due to the friendly professional attitude of Gary. He met myself and my friend on day 1 and immediately put us at ease. He really listened to our specific requirements and selected appropriate properties for us to view. Nothing was too much trouble !!!! Eventually I purchased an amazing villa in Resina Golf Resort and I am over the moon. Gary was with me every step of the way “ even when I got cold feet.” He is a personable, professional enthusiastic young man and an absolute credit to your company. If you want your time wasting on an inspection trip to the Costa Del Sol, book exclusively with Bromley estates Marbella. We have just returned from a 4 day inspection trip and were shown 6 properties that loosely fitted our criteria in 4 days !! A complete waste of time and money. Then again we only had 200k to spend so perhaps Bromley Estates are not interested in dealing with the " Poor " !! Worst thing of all is they aren't bothered !!
