Que decir que es una inmobiliaria cercana y familiar , así me he sentido yo y mi familia con el trato y con la venta de nuestro piso, personas honestas y profesionales, Bruno , German , y la señora de la oficina muy amables todos , recomiendo encarecidamente esta inmobiliaria!!! Absolutely useless. I message 3 times with my contact details on Idealista. I can see the messages have been read. But I have ZERO contact. Hopeless and go bankrupt

Quedé encantada con todo el equipo de Inmoestar. Son muy amables y honestos, y venden los pisos bastante rápido , los recomiendo totalmente!!!

Muy mal. Precios desorbitados, muy por encima del de mercado. Tienen a la venta pisos por 100.000€ en los peores barrios de la ciudad... Inmobiliaria pensada para engañar extranjeros EDIT Debido a la amenaza me veo obligado a responder. En primer lugar el precio también puede ser un motivo para poner una reseña , no sólo el servicio. Si por ejemplo voy a una cafetería y me cobran 7€ por un café estoy en mi libertad de decirlo aunque el servicio sea bueno. Una cosa no quita la otra. Obviamente el precio no es el único factor (hay más ) pero también puede serlo. Les invito a mirar las reseñas de otros comercios (hoteles, restaurantes...) para que vean como hay muchas reseñas que también califican el precio no sólo el servicio. Por otro lado, me pregunto a cuánta gente habrán presionado mediante amenazas para que borren comentarios... Si todos los comercios aplicaran estas políticas , ¿Qué credibilidad tendrían las reseñas y opiniones de la gente? ¿Cómo sabemos si nos podemos fiar de un comercio que amenaza a la mínima con denunciar?

I purchased several flats in various cities in Spain, and I must say that Inmoestar is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. I had the unfortunate experience of working with them on two separate occasions, and they managed to mess up both of them. During the first encounter, I sent a message to the agent a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, informing him that I would be five minutes late. He casually mentioned that he wasn't planning on attending our appointment at all, as the owner of the flat had gone on vacation days before and hadn't provided him with the keys. It was extremely unprofessional of him not to notify me in advance, and he seemed completely unconcerned about wasting my time. He could have canceled our appointment well in advance, but he chose not to do so. To somewhat compensate for their unprofessional behavior, the agent contacted me about a month later (on a Thursday afternoon) with a supposedly exclusive offer in Alicante. He claimed that they were presenting this exceptional deal to previous clients before listing the flat online. However, I later discovered that the flat was also listed on Idealista, so his claim was a lie. The property interested me, but since I live in Barcelona, I had to fly to Alicante specifically to visit it. I explicitly told the agent, "I am purchasing flight tickets, and I will be there next Monday. I can arrive in Alicante around 13:00. I am coming solely to view this flat, so please understand my level of commitment. I expect the same level of dedication from you. Please confirm that you won't show the flat to other buyers. If you plan to do so, I will not come." He assured me, "No problem, I will honor my word and not show the flat to anyone else. You will be the first to visit it." However, dealing with Inmoestar, their "no problem" actually meant "HUGE PROBLEM." On the following Monday, just 15 minutes before our meeting, the agent rescheduled our visit from 13:00 to 17:00. When we finally met at 17:00, he didn't have the keys to the flat, and he couldn't even contact the owner. It was the end of August, and Alicante was scorching at nearly 40 degrees Celsius. We ended up waiting for over an hour and a half until the owner arrived with the keys, displaying an extremely unpleasant mood. Despite the inconvenience, the flat appeared satisfactory, and we made an offer. However, the day after submitting our offer, the agent regretfully informed us that they couldn't sell the flat due to an outstanding debt associated with it. We proposed taking on the debt, the agent probably didn't expect us to skip his cheap excuse and simply disappeared, abruptly ending the conversation and never answering our calls again. I was furious, but unfortunately, there is no feasible way to report their deceitful behavior. I traveled all the way from Barcelona to Alicante solely because they enticed me with this "special deal." However, it's highly likely that the flat had already been sold just before my visit, and they lacked a legitimate excuse for such unprofessional conduct. If you value your time and money, I implore you to steer clear of this agency. They are nothing more than amateurs.

I got a fast answer from Enrique concerning the flat I liked. First he tried to put my interest into the different, way worse object. After I refused, he promised to show me the apartment I chose, but after he just disappeared and never answer me again. I don't know what is this - bad intention or leak of the professionalism, but anyway I would rather not deal with this agency.

Totalmente recomendables. Son honestos y 100 % transparentes. Estoy muy contento con ellos. Primero traté con Bruno y es una persona muy amable y atenta. Después se unió también Germán. Ambos son personas con empatia y en las que se puede confiar para tomar decisiones tan importantes como la compra, venta o alquiler de una propiedad.

Aconsejo a cualquier persona,tanto para vender como para comprar algún inmueble que antes de tomar una decisión pasen por esta inmobiliaria.A mí me atendió Bruno,persona de trato educadisimo y excelente profesional.Estuvo en todo momento implicado en mis necesidades ,orientándome de manera sensata y sin falsas promesas.En fin todo un acierto y por supuesto ( mi operación salió tal y como estaba prevista)lo aconsejo 100%.Tanto mi mujer como yo quedamos plenamente satisfechos.
