I had an exceptional experience with Key Real Estate in Marbella. From the moment I reached out, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. They took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences, guiding me every step of the way in finding the perfect property.

For several years we have been renting villas in Marbella only with Key Real Estate. The most beautiful, clean villas in the best locations! Excellent service, fair prices. I obviously recommend!! They are always very welcome to every guest and every request.

Unfortunately, we cannot share a positive experience with Key Real Estate. Alarmingly, our experience was very similar to the review by Mat Madaness on Google – and in our case, even worse. We rented a house in El Paraiso (Marbella) through Key Real Estate for Christmas and New Year’s. Our contact person was Anna. Upon arriving at the property, we noticed that the heating throughout the house was turned up to the maximum, making it unbearably hot. Exhausted from our trip, we went to bed and left the balcony door slightly open to let in some fresh air. At around 4:00 a.m., we woke up to a horrifying scene: a burglar, masked and carrying a flashlight, was in our bedroom. He stole my watch right in front of us. This traumatic event has left a deep scar on our family, and our son has been in therapy ever since. The following morning, I confronted Anna about the break-in and wanted to contact the police. Shockingly, she advised against it, saying it would not help. After reading Mat’s review, her response now makes more sense to us. Additionally, the garage door was broken, so we had to park our car on the street for the first four days. On the second day, sunglasses were stolen from our car. Despite informing Key Real Estate, we received no compensation for this incident either. To process the shock of these events, we returned to Germany for a week and spent Christmas at home. Afterward, we were unjustly charged €1,500 from our deposit with the baseless claim that we had used the pool heating – which we absolutely did not. The explanation given was that they needed to “wait to see the electricity bill.” We have since hired a lawyer to take legal action against this unfair treatment. We strongly warn against using this agency and hope no other families have to go through such an ordeal. Мы провели на вилле 2 недели в начале октября. Вся наша большая семья чувствовала себя очень комфортно. Дети не выходили из чистого и ухоженного бассейна, который мы решили подогревать для максимального детского комфорта несмотря на теплую погоду. Территория виллы ухоженная и удобно обустроена. Кухня хорошо оборудована. Спасибо Key Real Estate за безотказную помощь по первому нашему запросу. Чистые полотенца, постельное белье, одеяла, подушки - все было. Вилла очень удобно расположена. Продуктовые магазины, аптека, спортивные клубы - все в досягаемости на машине 5 - 10 минут. Раке жилой и спокойный. 15 минут до Марбейи и приблизительно столько же до Эстепоны. Мы получили массу удовольствия и чудесно отдохнули. Большое спасибо!

Hello, I don’t recommend working with this agency. Anna talik who rent me a house that was stolen yesterday night. While we were sleeping. They took everything. She and the maid she recommended had the house keys. She doesn’t want to be helpful in any way with the National Spanish police. Neceser go through this realty agency.
