Hidden issues with their property renovations – be careful. Some of the properties they sell have been “renovated” by them, but the quality of the work is extremely poor. At first glance, everything looks fine, but after a short time, serious problems start appearing—plumbing issues, electrical faults, and structural defects that were covered up with cosmetic fixes. If you’re considering buying from them, make sure to have an independent expert inspect everything thoroughly. What looks like a good deal at first can turn into a costly nightmare

Be very cautious when dealing with this company. We reserved a property and made a deposit to a supposed lawyer recommended by them. After conducting due diligence, which raised serious concerns, we requested our deposit back. Communication stopped, and later we were told the money had been passed to the seller, making it impossible to recover. Additionally, after researching further, we noticed many of their reviews seem questionable, and we’ve heard similar concerning experiences from others. Do your own thorough research before engaging with them.

Der CEO von Real Deal Estates Bilal Buyuk ist ein in Deutschland geborener Deutsch-Türke, der seit einigen Jahren im Raum Marbella Grundstücke , Häuser und Wohnungen vermakelt .Ich lernte ihn vor wenigen Wochen in Marbella kennen.
