Acabamos de vender un chalet que teníamos en Estepona a través de Golden Properties y puedo decir que es la mejor agencia inmobiliaria que he tenido en mi vida . En especial David Luna , que nos ha llevado toda la gestión con los compradores ( un matrimonio inglés y su abogado ) , con la dificultad añadida que nosotros vivimos en Madrid . Vanaf het het eerste moment een fijn contact met Alain Fiddelers gehad. Vraagt duidelijk naar de wensen, luistert goed en komt ook zelf met ideeën en laat je ook andere huizen zien om de juiste keuze te kunnen maken. Is rustig niet pusherig. Goede begeleiding bij de verschillende projecten die we bezocht hebben. Ook bij oplevering was hij aanwezig bij de notaris wat ons een goed gevoel van interesse gaf. Ook nog bij ons in het appartement wezen kijken om te zien hoe het uiteindelijk geworden is. Ga zo door, de aankoop van een huis in Spanje is met jouw begeleiding superfijn geweest. Batyah was an exceptional estate agent in a really difficult and complicated property search. She found us a number of houses that we wouldn't have found/considered and two that we subsequently put offers on. The bottom line is that Nicole listens and delivers! I typically don’t post reviews so my review is a bit late. However, I wanted to share my experience working with Nicole as she is an exceptional realtor. My husband and I wanted to find our ideal spot along the coast somewhere in Spain. We had contacted a few realtors in different coastal regions and informed them of our requirements and preferences for a home. Nicole covered southwestern coastal areas including and around casares costs. Our search began around 2020. I went through hundreds of properties each week and sent the ones we were interested in viewing to respective agents. We also scheduled our flight to view the properties starting 2020 but things got a bit crazy with flights due to Covid-19…our flights got canceled 3 separate times… and many of the properties that we were interested in viewing also were no longer available… and most of the agents stop responding to my emails…but we didn’t give up and the flight in February 2022 came through and we arrived in Spain. At this point Nicole was the only one that kept in touch through this whole process… When we arrived, Nicole had 5 properties for us to view and said that she was saving the best one for last. All the properties were great, but OMG the last one she showed us was absolutely amazing! We fell in love with the property, the location, everything. Obviously we bought the property and our search was over! Nicole is an amazing realtor (intelligent, reliable, observant, attentive, personable, excellent communicator, hard working, etc.) that anyone searching for that perfect home would be lucky to have. I had the pleasure of working together with Alexandra Farrell, a real estate agent from Goldenproperties, to buy my first home in Spain Estepona. Nicole was amazing. Showed us lots of different properties. Took time to understand what we liked/didn’t like. Spent lots of time driving to viewing all whilst she was literally due to have her first baby. Even did a viewing on the bank holiday (with her husband driving in case she went into labour) . Very knowledgable, relaxed and responsive. Highly recommend. You don’t need loads of agents as they all have access to the same property (different to UK). Talk to Nicole before you pick your agent!

Nicole is the only person that I have been in contact with from GP, so I have no real experience of the company as a whole. Unlike many other agents, she listened to what we wanted, did not bombard me with information of properties that I did not want and then once we agreed to buy, diligently managed the process between the developer and my lawyer and kept me fully informed.
