Duquesa Living Real Estate

From our first meeting to the closing day, Chris was an absolute star. What truly sets him apart is his proactive and diligent communication. He was always one step ahead, anticipating potential issues and working tirelessly to resolve them before we even had a chance to worry. Chris is not only a consummate professional, but he is also incredibly caring, making us feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and are so grateful for his dedication.

Great support, always available and willing to help you through the process with any questions doubts or issues. It has been a total pleasure to work with Chris. Thanks a lot!!

Chris es un extraordinario profesional con un gran conocimiento del mercado y de todos los agentes que influyen. Sin duda, recomiendo contar con su intermediación

Chris from Duquesa Real Estate has been excellent from start to finish . We Sold our apartment after the very first viewing which we were thrilled about . We registered our apartment in the beginning of February and was all done an dusted by end of March. He has provided great communication through out and excellent advice and guidance for a hassle free sale. We would 100% recommend Chris and his team.

Chris is a real estate agent who truly gets involved. He’s hands-on, proactive, and adds real value throughout the entire purchase process. A reliable partner who goes the extra mile.

Chris, went way above and beyond what we expected of an Estate Agent. We highly recommend him!

Chris is an amazing agent. He did wonderful videos and pictures of our successful home. We closed in 45 days from offer all due to his efforts.

Best estate agent in the area! Chris sold our apartment when no one else could, during lockdown too! Always goes above and beyond, time and time again, would definitely use again. Such a lovely guy too. 5stars not enough!

Just sold our apartment Chris was very friendly and very helpful and on the ball start to finish only took a month to sell. I would definitely use him again.

We had a great experience with Chris & Chanty when buying our new home in Duquesa, Spain. From start to finish they made the process seamless and took a lot of stress out of the situation. There was no hard sell and nothing but good advice. We would highly recommend them

We had the pleasure to work with Chanty and Chris. They helped us to manage the property very well but also to sell it very fast and hassle free. They have been very professional and kind at the same time. Highly recommended!

We worked with Chanty & Chris to totally refurbish an apartment we purchased during lockdown to make it a gorgeous holiday home that we could rent out. From respraying the kitchen cabinetry to installing a glass balcony, furnishing the entire 2-bed and installing Wi-Fi, they were incredible. Extremely professional and lovely to work with, we couldn't have done it without them. Would 100% recommend.

What a dreamy experience working with this professional team! Chris is an absolute delight and couldn't do enough to help us throughout the whole process. They got our gorgeous apartment sold in a very short time and handled everything as we are in the UK. Chris contacted me every day and I felt in such safe hands and could relax and let him do his job. In such a tricky and unsettled climate they not only got it sold, but for a great price! Cannot recommend them enough!! Thanks guys!! One very happy client!

Chris at Duquesa Living is so helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the local area and useful contacts. He is also very responsive to our needs and gets back to us really quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Duquesa Living.

Have been dealing with Chantal and Chris for many years. Always very helpful. Nothing is a problem for them. Very supportive. Can't say enough. Many thanks to you both.
