Christian was so great to work with. I randomly walked into his office in Manilva because he was the only realtor open on a Spanish holiday. We were from the U.S. passing through and hoped to look at a couple of homes while we were in town. He was very friendly and professional and was able to offer a lot of insight into the area as someone from another country himself, which I found especially important. He showed us around four homes that he thought would fit our requirements. We loved a home he showed us so much that we bought it. He was very patient and answered all our questions over WhatsApp from America so we didn't have to pay phone charges. We have recently completed the purchase of our first holiday home, in the town of Duquesa. We were recommended to Serneholt Estates by a friend who had purchased a similar property. Jamie Lloyd-Cox was our point of contact .He assessed our particular requirements . He understood really well ,what was important to us and provided us with a number of possible property options. We arranged a visit to Duquesa from the Uk to view a number of potential homes. Jamies knowledge of the area and support was extremely helpful ! My husband and I came out to manilva in February. We met up with Jamie who took us round some carefully selected properties that met our requirements… it is now 13th June (3 months later) and we are sat on our balcony in our new home in Benalmadena!!!! Hej, Hade jag kunde välja fler stjärnor så hade jag gjort. Av en slump för över 1,5år sedan kom jag i kontakt med Eva och hon började maila olika objekt och tag fram bra underlag och lyssnade in vad jag önskade för typ av objekt. Pandemin gjorde det inte möjligt att resa ner men hon fortsatte svara på frågor hela tiden och tillslut kunde jag åka ner och kolla på flera lägenheter och hittade drömmen. Jag har sett att folk då och då frågar om tips på bra mäklare här nere på södra Solkusten i Spanien och då ska jag be att få starkt rekommendera Serneholt Estate i Manilva, ( 10 mil söder om Malaga) som är lätta att hitta i hamnen Puerto de la Duquesa. Köpte min bostad via dem hösten 2019. Det var så tryggt att ta hjälp svensktalande mäklare, som förutom tålamodet att utan att pusha, guidade mig till min drömbostad. Sedan var det otroligt värdefullt att via dem få kontakt med en närliggande advokatbyrå med en svensktalande jurist. Bredvid Serneholt ligger Brunos biluthyrning, där också skrivspråket är svenska (det talade ordet är skånska) som har perfekt service där bilen väntar och kan lämnas vid Malaga flygplats. Mitt tips är att börja med att kontakta Serneholt eftersom de i det Spanska mäklarsystemet kan visa och förmedla andra byråers fastighetsojekt!
