Jules and Adelin are exceptional professionals—patient, reliable, and truly committed to helping their clients. They were actually the first agency to take the time to show me several properties, and their dedication never wavered. Jules and Adelin are not just great agents; they are also outstanding mediators between buyers and sellers. I put in an offer on one of their listings, and although the seller didn’t accept it—even with my detailed explanation—I felt the agency handled everything with grace and professionalism. I genuinely feel sorry that I couldn’t move forward and give them the commission they truly deserved. Mooie locatie midden in Busot. Heel vriendelijk personeel die ons goed hebben rondgeleid en van informatie voorzien. Je krijgt snel antwoord via email. Geven eerlijke informatie over de legaliteit en andere zaken van de objecten. We komen snel terug om verder te zoeken!

I would highly recommend their services. David took us to several properties on two occasions and Kate helped with coordinating the details. Both are friendly and courteous. Rural coast heeft mij mooie panden laten zien en bleef info zenden gepast op mijn verlanglijstje. Er waren panden bij die gezien de renovatie kosten te hoog geprijst waren en andere die omwille van de goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor mijn neus verkocht zijn omdat iemand anders na een verlaagd bod van mij een hoger bod deed, waardoor ik niet getwijfeld heb de vraagprijs te aanvaarden indien ik het geschikte pand vond via hun niet aflatende hulp. Nadien werden alle documenten voor notaris vakkundig in orde gemaakt en werd ik bijgestaan om bank cheque te regelen en uitleg en vertaling van de akte bij de notaris. Dankjewel, Karl

Fantastic service! They sold our house in 2 weeks to a lovely Belgium couple. The whole process was smooth, and the photos they took were so impressive, and looked great online. We were updated on a regular basis vía a WhatsApp group, where you could ask them any questions, and always get a answer. All the staff are very friendly and Roxana was brilliant. We have no intention of moving again ever😉 but if we did, I would certainly use Rural Coast.

Rural Coast sold our property in Busot for us. We are very satisfied and happy with their services. Special thanks to Kate Hepworth for her supprt - when the going gets though, Kate gets thougher 😉. We have gotten to know Rural Coast as professional, thrustworthy, knowledgeable and very devoted to get the deal done. Excellent language skills which made the frequent contacts very easy. Overall an excellent experience. We can recommend them to everybody who wishes to sell, or buy in the region.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the most professional staff in Rural Coast, they went above and beyond for us when we viewed properties. They have helped us with every step along the way explaining everything in great detail. When we deciced on our ideal property they helped us from start to finish keeping regular contact. Kate who has shown previous properties to our inlaws and provided excellent video of various properties that we wanted to see as due to COVID we couldnt travel. 5 stars all the way from start to the very swift finish.

We had been in the process of selling our villa, via other agents without success, when we came into contact with Ruralcoast. They advised us that they should be able to sell our villa and it should only be a matter of a couple of months. Like the advert says “They do exactly what it says on the tin”. We agreed to the sale after some two months and completed the sale on 13th April. Mi marido que es francés vendió su casa y Antonio y su inmobiliaria (rural costa) se desentendieron en todo momento cuando surgieron problemas con el comprador, sólo estuvieron para cobrar su comisión, y perdimos bastante dinero en abogados y gestores, no nos ayudaron ni apoyaron pero si aparecieron para cobrar la totalidad de su comisión que era mucha el día de la firma. El comprador también francés quedó muy descontento con esta inmobiliaria pues lo hablamos en la firma. No la recomendamos para nada.

Gracias Mayte por haber dejado su comentario. Realmente lamentamos el escuchar que nuestro servicio no haya alcanzado sus expectativas. Nos ha sorprendido su comentario dado que no encaja en absoluto con nuestra política de trabajo ni con la personalidad de ninguno de los miembros de nuestro equipo. Nuestra prioridad en todo momento es ofrecer un servicio impecable y que nuestros clientes queden totalmente satisfechos. En una ocasión Stephane nos comentó lo contento que estaba por las numerosas visitas que recibió de nuestra parte y por lo implicado que estuvimos en todo el proceso de venta. A demás conseguimos ahorrarle costes en la instalación obligatoria del depósito de oxidación total. Lamentamos no poder evitar los trámites y costes necesarios para regularizar su propiedad dado que no dependen de nosotros. Para tratar este asunto personalmente y resolver cualquier duda, nos pondremos en contacto con Stephane. Muchas gracias de nuevo.

They are really professional in what they're doing. We managed to sell our house despite all the COVID limitations and with a reasonable price. In other circumstances I'm sure we'd do it much quicker and in higher price. I'm very happy with the collaboration process - all the relevant information moved promptly and the right potentional customers came to see the properties. We are really happy with all the services offered by the Rural Coast team. They all offered such personal & attentive services, & they are even still helping us months after buying our home. I can highly recommend RuralCoast Properties. If you present your property well(hide all that junk!) and ask a fair price, David’s photographic skills will bring out the best in your home. Tim, the sales agent we dealt with, was extremely helpful and understanding, ensuring we didn’t feel pressured by our buyers demand to move in ASAP, having sold our lovely home within two days. Surely a record for the present housing market in Spain. A big thank you!

We didn’t mean to buy a second house in beautiful Aigues, we just unexpectedly fell in love with one we were viewing with friends ! Unfortunately we couldn’t keep two houses in the village so then challenged you to sell our lovely original home there quickly and you did just that. We met Rural Coast - Kate and David about 18 months ago for a viewing. Their professionalism and attentiveness was quite refreshing. We were finding it difficult to find the right home for us and decided we wanted Rural coast to help us along the way. They were extremely patient and quite obviously understood the importance of getting it right. Many viewings and 18 months later 'success'. Considering we were in the UK most of the time communication was excellent. They were knowledgable about the area, the workings of the town halls and most importantly the buying process. Once we settle into our new life in the sun we would like to invest in another property and without doubt will be using Rural coast again. Well done to all at Rural Coast - keep up the good work

We can’t thank Kate and her colleague Maria enough for all their hard work in helping us make a dream come true. They made the process of purchasing our property (and everything else we needed) a very stress free experience, which was very important to us as we were still in England during this time. We find that all our Brit buyers very sensibly take independent legal advise and we are very pleased that they do. We try to encourage our buyers of other nationalities to also do the same thing and as there are lawyers available who speak all different languages now we really feel it is something that all buyers should do, with no exception!

I knew it was going to be complicated for me to sell my property (which was actually my grandmother’s property) as I knew nothing about the Spanish market and I was starting a new job and didn’t have time to think about and deal with the sale of the property. I am so glad that I found RuralCoast and their exclusive service. They produced top quality photos for the property and carried out all the viewings with no fuss or hassle to us. They helped me so much, even doing things that had nothing to do with selling the property; they spoke to our gardener for us, they searched all over the house for the car papers that we had lost when we didn’t have time to go to the property ourselves to look for them... We couldn’t have done it without them. It makes absolute sense that, to provide this level of service, they need to be sure that they will be paid in the end. I am so pleased that we used their service and didn’t waste years like we see some of our neighbours have done. RuralCoast sold our property in just 7 months from start to finish. Nous avons vendu notre propriété à Busot avec Rural Coast et tout s'est incroyablement bien passé, notre propriété a été vendue très rapidement (je crois 5 semaines) sans aucun problème . Kate et David sont de vrais professionnels et ils nous ont aidé jusqu'au bout dans toutes les démarches et toujours à notre entière satisfaction. Par la suite , nous nous sommes encore adressés à eux pour l'achat de notre appartement et encore très rapidement et à notre entière satisfaction.Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette agence immobilière .

Kate was a big help to us, both when we were looking to buy a property in Busot and also when we needed somewhere to rent whilst the property was being renovated. Her professional and friendly manner and her knowledge of the area gave us the reassurance that Busot was the right choice for us. We had been looking for a house for quite a while and honestly we were a bit lost. But when we found Rural Coast it looked like they truly understood what we needed, they gave us advice on the type of property that was adapted to our price range, plus they made us discover the area of La Font, which completely corresponds to what we were looking for. Beach, quiet but still close to amenities and the city. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks for everything Kate and David.

I really do wish I'd found Rural Coast earlier. The three estate agents I'd had before were all a total waste of time. Rural Coast have excellent promotional material, including an impressive 360 degree video, and they brought a steady stream of prospective buyers to the house. David (best pronounced the Spanish way) and Kate have the drive and energy needed and I wish them well for what I'm sure will be a successful future.

He realizado la compra de un Chalet con RC y estoy muy contento con el servicio y atención que me han ofrecido. He tratado principalmente con David, que ha sido muy atento y profesional. Siempre ha estado dispuesto a ayudar con todo el proceso, y lo que es muy importante, una vez realizada la firma ha seguido a disposición para pequeñas cosas que han surgido. Muchas agencias se desentienden de ti como cliente una vez que firmas, y ha sido grata sorpresa ver que este no ha sido el caso con RC. Recomiendo plenamente a Rural Coast.
