I had very limited time to find a property in Torrevieja, 3 days, and Daniela arranged fully escorted viewings, picking us up at the hotel and dropping us back. She had lined up so many to view, including recognising bank Holidays and where would be the best place to start. I had a clear budget and Daniella stuck to that budget showing me beautiful properties, & on the first day I had 2 possibilities, and on the 2nd day, I found the perfect property on the first viewing. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly, courteous and great humour! Daniela went out of her way to get bus routes, showing beaches and shopping malls, and great restaurants. Daniela even did a great negotiation on price! No pressure selling, gave us time to reflect, then on the 3rd day escorting me to the notary, solicitors and everything was in place. There is a team approach, from Lisa getting straight in touch from my first enquiry, to being contacted by Sun currency. Such an easy well-organised process. If you're thinking of purchasing a property, use your dream home.

We visited many properties continually over a very intensive week prior to finding the place we eventually decided to purchase. Always kept us well informed and guided us through the complicated process of buying a holiday home. Without their guidance the process would have been very stressful and would have required us to spend a lot of time and money by having to be in Fuerteventura for a lot longer or having repeated visits. We found our ideal place on the first day of viewings and bought it. Fantastic advice and service.

Avoid at all costs! Paid deposit to stay in one of their rental properties for a week. Due to lockdowns associated with covid-19 we couldn’t stay. We were told we couldn’t have the deposit back and could rebook for another date. Sent them a list of available dates but never had a response despite repeated attempts. Eventually had a response this year(!) to be told we had to book something within the next couple of months. We explained we had a holiday booked for May half term already and could we book for the summer holidays. They would not allow this and said it was too long since we had paid the deposit for it to be refunded. I forwarded them the correspondence I had sent on many occasions asking for the deposit back or a new date, but they refused. **edit** I’ve emailed again as per the response from this review. The response remains the same. Do not part with any deposits. They don’t even comply with their own terms and conditions.

We have just purchased a property in Spain. Throughout the whole process the team have supported us on every step of the way. Even the scary parts- dealing with lawyers and banks were made simple thanks to the team. Esta empresa limpia apartamentos turísticos lo cual nose que manera tienen de limpiar que no paran de arrastrar muebles... lleban toda la mañana limpiando y venga arrastrar... sin respetar al vecindario que vivimos durante todo el año aquí. No son maneras, espero que tras leer este comentario pongan medidas, esto a sido en la zona de faro calaburras, somos también propietarios y este tipo de limpieza con arrastres no es normal.

Not impressed! Met with Marion at Your Dream Home Manchester Place in the sun this year. After keeping in touch since, and email correspondence in August. Marion, suggested a hotel to stay, so my wife booked it for her and one of my adult sons to visit this weekend, to view holiday homes. Arrangement was agreed for pick up Monday morning from the hotel, for two days of viewings. After not hearing anything else, my wife emailed Marion yesterday, to be told that there is a problem! no one is available to now do this, as you’re all at the latest exhibition in the UK! That is poor! Why agree to meet someone that’s booked annual leave, flights and a hotel, to let them come out when you’re not even going to be there! My wife has no choice now, but to contact other agents in the area, so it’s not a wasted trip!

Having initially been contacted by Debbie Aspinall after our enquiry in 2023 looking to purchase an apartment on Atlantic Gardens, Corralejo, Fuerteventura, viewings were arranged at the complex for us during our visit in December 2023, we were accompanied on the viewings by your representative Shirina Ismail,. After agreeing our offer in the purchase of the property during January 2024, Shirina has personally handled all of our queries, liaising with Glex Solicitors upon our behalf & has been a pleasure to work with during the protracted 8 month purchase period.She has responded to our emails efficiently and without delay and at all times remained courteous and upbeat. It has been a delight to work with her on what for us has been a difficult journey due to unexpected ill health issues within our family. Shirina is an asset to the company and has a lovely manner, she has assisted us with a number of things and has excellent local knowledge and contacts she has been able to put us in touch with which has been a great help! I first started my property hunt by attending the A Place in the Sun live show in London in May and spoke with Lisa who went through the whole processing of buying abroad. I booked my flights to Corralejo, Fuerteventura and met up with the amazing Shirina in June to visit some properties. Shirina had expert knowledge of the island, showing us a variety of properties and the local area. Shirina really understood what we were looking and showed us the perfect property to which I ended up buying and completing in July. Shirina has provided world class customer service by answering all questions not too big (or stupid!) and has been very supportive for the whole process including helping me obtain a Spanish bank account. As someone who paid £450 odd pound to share a Benalmadena Villa with friends, supplied by your dream home, I feel I have to warn others about my experience and the experience we had as a group of 7. For reference, we spend over €4500 to stay there for 8 days. For €4500 you expect a few things. For me a holiday is where you relax and switch off. It’s hard to do that when you’re waking up to cockroaches in your bed, a mouldy and damp bathroom to wash in, cracked and dirty plates covered in insects and the smell of sewage from the drains when eating your breakfast. After a few days it becomes ridiculous and starts to wear you down. Moving on, there was one set of keys, for 7 of us, and with the front door being in disrepair, it took us a few days to find a system that worked for us. The keybox outside was very handy although the alarm system was always going off when we tried to open the door. I appreciate a pool is difficult to keep clean, when we arrived it was full of dead insects and soil from the wind. We asked if it could be cleaned but it took 2 full days to happen. We took to looking for pool cleaning equipment and we managed to find some in a locked cupboard with the washing machine. Great to have, but we weren’t told - 3 days of the pool wasted - again just annoying. As for location, the Benalmádena villa was in a good location. I enjoyed the short walk to the train station and old town. There was however German neighbour who took it upon himself to shout racist abuse at us on the first night - going as far to say as Britain has lost its way, that we should be ashamed of our country and that we should know better than to arrive late at night (our flight was delayed 4 hours) All these small factors stacked up to be quite a grim holiday for us. We were supposed to be celebrating turning 30 together. Normally I’d not leave a negative review, but when we left, we were charged €50 for a broken freezer drawer that wasn’t there when we arrived and €50 for a bin bag we ‘left’ that was a different colour to the ones we used when we stayed. We challenged this with photographs and we were ignored with the blame being put firmly back on us. 0/5 hygiene 2/5 location 0/5 customer service The Benalmádena villa had so much potential, and it’s a shame it’s fallen into the state it’s in now. I can say I will look to avoid this company going forward and you should check all reviews across all their sites before booking. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy what spain and specifically Benalmádena has to offer elsewhere. I’ve uploaded the photos they sent us so that no one else gets this dodgy freezer drawer charge. Take more pictures than we did and fight for any charges they put on you.

I’ve stayed in multiple rental properties in Europe and the USA and have never had a worse experience than with Your Dream Home. I paid €4500 to stay in a ‘luxury’ villa in Benalmadena and feel completely let down by the condition of the property and my experience in dealing with Your Dream Home. In the weeks running up to my visit I was alarmed by a number of reviews which had been left on various rental sites detailing issues with mould, cockroaches, insects and the overall cleanliness of the villa. I emailed Your Dream Home to clarify these and was assured that the issues would be resolved before my stay. I was especially concerned with the mould, as a member of my party suffers from asthma and this would be very detrimental to their health. Upon arrival I found that the mould had just been painted over badly and was still present on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was also a deeply unpleasant smell which lingered throughout the downstairs of the villa. There was a blatant insect problem, we found ants crawling all over the sinks, balcony doors and in the kitchen drawers. We nearly gassed ourselves spraying insect repellent one night on the ants. This problem had clearly been acknowledged by the hosts as there were insect traps all over the place but they had done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem properly. We also found multiple cockroaches and most of our party suffered from cockroach bites. Cockroaches are attracted to damp environments so the villa clearly has a mould/damp issue. The pool was absolutely filthy, never have I turned up to a property with a dirty pool. We were told Your Dream Home doesn't manage the pool cleaning and it would be two days before the pool cleaner could come. They passed this off as being not their problem but they are the hosts and I paid them to stay in the villa!! They even emailed me before my stay saying that if we didn’t shower before entering the pool we would be fined, but they think it’s ok not to provide a clean pool in the first place? In addition to this there were tiles missing within the pool which had just been left poolside. Also the grass area had multiple deposits of cat excrement which had clearly been there a while. There were multiple issues with the villa and Your Dream Home didn’t care enough to try and resolve these even though they knew about the issues. They made it out as if we were being pedantic and overreacting, even though there were other reviews saying the same thing as us. To add insult to injury we were fined for supposedly breaking a fridge drawer which when we sent photos and questioned they said it was actually a freezer drawer. Again a previous reviewer said they were also mysteriously charged for breaking a fridge drawer, sounds like a convenient way to take money from customers. We were also fined for leaving a rubbish bag, I was sent a photo of a different type of bag than was used in the villa. On leaving we ensured we left no rubbish but they fined us anyway. I have absolutely no faith in Your Dream Home, I wouldn’t rent a pedalo from them nevermind a property. They are in complete denial about the condition of the villa and lie, it’s clear the property we stayed in is there to make as much money as possible with the least amount of effort. I have posted screenshots of other reviews for the villa which corroborate what I have said so Your Dream Home can’t deny it, if you’ve already booked with this company don’t believe anything they say!!

My stay at this so-called "dream home" turned out to be my worst nightmare. Not only did the property management scam me with fines for issues that were not my fault, but the rental itself was in horrendous condition. Firstly, the fridge was a disaster. Despite their claims of having replaced a broken drawer, the freezer drawer was still a mess. To make matters worse, they accused me of leaving rubbish, including dangerous broken wine cups, which was not the case. There were only three intact wine cups in the entire villa, and they seem to have confused rubbish bags from other areas. The mould situation was unbearable. They promised a mould-free environment, but it reappeared almost immediately after our arrival. Their excuse was that it was cleaned before we arrived, but it's clear they didn't do a thorough job. This is especially frustrating given that they were aware of my friend's health issues related to mould. Cockroaches and ants were rampant. Despite their assurances that everything was cleaned meticulously, we found insects in every corner of the house. Their excuse that these pests are common in warm areas is unacceptable – proper pest control measures should have been in place. The pool was another disappointment. It was filled with leaves and debris, and their response was that it was the responsibility of a separate maintenance company. This lack of coordination and accountability is just another example of their poor management. In summary, this "dream home" was a complete scam. The property was in terrible condition, and the management's excuses for the various issues were laughable. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation. Save your money and avoid this nightmare at all costs.

THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! We were long-term tenants and it was exhausting having to deal with the team in Fuengirola, even for the most simplest of tasks. The property developed a fault with the toilet and plumbing system and was not fit to be let - they turned 1 call out into 4 visits which they would have charged the landlord for simply because they forgot or hoped we would just leave it, and after that the issue was still not resolved. Their solution was to just not use it but accept that the toilet would fill the apartment with faeces on occasion or to leave the property with 6 weeks to go in high season - which was not a viable option. After several weeks of complaining and them arguing with us they finally gave us a rightful discount simply so that we didn't report them to the authorities, and accepted that after their arguing leaving was not a viable option anyway. One person in particular was proven to be a liar in emails and really is just a nasty person to deal with, it came to a point where I refused to see them in person without someone else present due to my first encounter. The same person has also given the company 5 stars themself so another example of deceit and cover-ups. A bunch of cowboys and all in all an unreliable company - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

1. Nie przedstawiając dowodów poza nieostrym zdjęciem jakiejś plastikowej części lodówki firma przywłaszczyła sobie część mojego depozytu. Nie odpisuje na moją korespondencję. 2. Nielegalnie przetrzymywano mój depozyt - dom oddałem 27.07 - depozyt (nie cały) odzyskałem 10.08. 3. Opis obiektu to kłamstwo. Dom ma 4 łazienki + jedną toaletę. Dwie sypialnie są w piwnicy. 4. Obiekt przez cały nasz pobyt poważny problem z mrówkami. 5. Mimo że wyraźnie o to pytałem na terenie obiektu pojawił się niezapowiedziany pracownik, bardzo przestraszył nasze dzieci bo osobną bramką dostał się do strefy basenu.

We have just purchased our first holiday home and we used Your Dream Home. I contacted them at the start of our journey and enquired about all the necessary steps to purchase a place abroad and they were brilliant from start to finish. We dealt with Laura through the majority of the process, we even went to A place in the sun at Birmingham NEC and met up with Laura and her team to discuss things further. Laura is brilliant and was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. As and when we saw a place we liked the look of, we emailed it straight over to Laura who compiled a list of our criteria. We flew over to Spain in February 2023 for a week, Laura recommended a couple of hotels to stay in. Then we were greeted with Maria who picked us up from the hotel, an absolute star she was. She took us round the area's we had been looking at. We went to see about 12-15 properties over 3 days and on the last day we found our dream holiday home. Maria and Laura helped us in the right direction with the Spanish lawyers/ notary's/ acquiring our NIE numbers/ bank accounts etc and this really put us at ease because as we were doing this for the first time, it was quite daunting as you don't want to miss anything out. Completion took around 8 weeks which is fast. All in all, Great service, always kept us informed every step of the way. I will be using Your dream home again when we get our next property abroad.

Recently purchased a property through Your dream home. We dealt with Chris who was fabulous. Not only did he take time to show us relevant properties that we were interested in but he took us the areas and showed us bars, restaurants, shops to enable us to have a full picture of the area we would be holidaying in. Not reliable, not professional. I am not happy with their service as a buyer in Costa Del Sol! They have kept illegally my reservation money of €6000, for one year. They are cheat and not trustworthy . Never use this company as there are so many other reliable property agents in Costa Del Sol.

Estuvimos hospedados a comienzos del pasado septiembre en un apartamento en Los Pacos de esta inmobiliaria Your Dream Home, que mentían directamente en la descripción de Airbnb diciendo que la lavadora estaba incluida en la cocina. Llegamos al apartamento y no hay lavadora, sólo en un cuarto de lavadoras comunitario... Lo vergonzoso es que quisimos comunicar nuestra queja y mandamos un correo, al que esta gente no reaccionó en ningún momento. Muy lamentable.

Muy complicado que te confirmen la reserva que he transferido a su cuenta. No contestan correos, te dicen que te devuelven la llamada y nada. Espero que no tengamos problemas cuando lleguemos al apartamento en 2 semanas...

Fuyez à toute vitesse, Louise l'agent immobilier charmante mais une fois que vous avez signé vous oublie totalement. Je n'ai même pas pu visiter l'appartement une seconde fois. Madame était trop occupée et d'autres personnes soit disant voulaient également réserver (j'ai appris plus tard à mes dépends que cet appartement était en vente depuis plus de 8 mois insalubre avec d'énormes travaux à réaliser. Vous êtes pris au piège, vous faîtes confiance. A la signature chez le notaire elle m'a conseillée un entrepreneur, grossière erreur encore une fois il m'a demandé de verser 60% des travaux n'a même pas fait le 10éme du travail et est parti en me laissant dans les gravats sans fenêtre, sans porte. J'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent ne faîtes pas comme moi c'est trop dur !

Been waiting for a refund for 9 days now. Constantly fobbed off by Tracey who tells you every day that the money has been transferred. Pathetic service, the worst I have ever had. Do not book with this company, absolute cowboy service, cannot believe a word that they say.

Not happy with these as they don’t reply to e mails and don’t return phone calls. They have left us wandering what is going on as their communication skills are poor. I have tried to be patient and polite and yet they are not being professional in their customer service skills. I would welcome a call from the managing director to discuss a good way forward?

We purchased our property from Your Dream Home and as part of the sale agreement there were areas of responsibility by Your Dream Home There was many items that should have been pointed out to us on viewing / buying the property:- - Dampness in Cupboards - Canopies not operational - Rear Door entries not secure - Unsafe Electrics The above is just a few of the issues, therefore, a very bad experience and costly experience in relation to our purchase. No-one wants to accept any or part responsibility and I just feel as though the shutters have been pulled down on the whole experience and any communication from me is just being ignored and not acknowledged. When purchasing from a Company, check everything works and if all the windows and doors are open then close them and use your nose.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Zoe at your dream home for making buying my dream property in Spain a joy. Zoe really listened to what I was looking for and showed me some amazing properties over the 2 day period. She was fiendly, professional and very knowledgeable on the area and the process. I never felt pressured and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. we booked a year in advance because we were coming from 3 different countries and 4 generations to live in the villa we reserved. we had ordered a catering service for the villa and celebrated the 50th anniversary of my parents. we had carefully chosen the villa as a few did work from home other family andhad a toddler. Se wanted for all to have their own facilities separately from the main house. we were really happy to find such accommodation. The day before arrival we will be informed that the villa is not available. you can imagine what panic I had because I was responsible for it. of course, we no longer got at that price a kind of villa with a separate wing where the child could be at peace and the other had peace of mind at work. We had to choose from a few options that were nowhere near as fancy and practical as our booked villa. we decided to take the villa and the family with children went to the hotel which was a taxi ride away as all the nearby hotels were booked. vacation was ok but nothing like we planned. It was not nice to be separated. We were not able to cook breakfast together and before dinner the family with baby had to go back so they could put The baby to sleep. They promised us a refund in September and we still haven’t received it. they stopped responding to messages after using all possible explanations why the refund doesn't appear in our account

Chris Clarke has name like Superman and that’s exactly what he is! We were lucky when decided to let him be our adviser when searching for our dream place. He not only helped us to find amazing place for very good value but stayed with us even after the deal was signed. He spent his weekend with us to show us the best furniture shops and when our 15-year-old boiler refused to cooperate, he just sat to his car and came to replace it by himself. Thanks to him and his Your Dream Home colleagues we can rest assured that even if we are not in Spain personally, there is someone whom we can fully trust and who will help us to solve any issues if needed.

Although other things are occupying our attention I feel the need to put on record my appreciation for the effort and skill in selling my property in a very short space in time by Zoe Garcia. Having used yourdreamhomes in the past I had no hesitation in using you again. We have been dealing with Your Dream Home since we've had our apartment in Fuengirola for nearly 3 years now and can honestly say they are professional at all times.

Fantastic service and a real professional attitude.

Terrible experience with this company. We were long-term tenants and it was exhausting having to deal with the team in Fuengirola, even for the most simple of tasks. The property developed a fault with the toilet and plumbing system and was not fit to be let - they managed to turn 1 call out into 4 visits which no doubt they have charged the landlord for. Their solution was to just not use it but accept that the toilet would fill the apartment with sewage on occasion or to leave the property and try to find alternative accommodation 6 weeks from high season - which was not a viable option. After complaining and them arguing with us they finally gave us a rightful discount, and accepted leaving was not a viable option. One man in particular was very difficult to deal with, he always has to have the last word and is generally unprofessional. The same person who has given his own company (this one) 5 stars (the review on here 7 months ago...) so another example of deceit. A bunch of cowboys and all in all an unreliable and difficult company to deal with. ******* In response to the below reply******* 1. There was nothing prompt about the way things were dealt with, they were erratic at best. 2. You did not compensate us, you refunded money for a service that was not provided i.e. apartment no longer fit for purpose. 3. A google review is there to help others make a decision based on users experience. It is 'professional' and this has already been 'resolved' by way of us leaving the property and not recommending you to anyone else. 4. My wife has had to block you on email because you have sent snotty unprofessional emails to her because you always have to have the last word. Take your own advice to be 'PROFESSIONAL'.

Made an appointment to see a property for sale, they emailed me the morning of the appt to confirm. When I turn up ' Oh the one you've come for is sold, why don't you browse our book of other properties . When I find one in the book it turns out that one is already sold too! Have they actually got anything on their books that is available to buy? Complete waste of time!

Dreadful experience, largely due to fact that the agent (I can’t even remember her name) didn’t listen to a word I said prior to us meeting, and spent our entire day viewing unsuitable properties, none of which were what I asked for, and the rest of the time telling me how bad this agency and that agency are. A complete waster of my time and extremely unprofessional.

Time wasters. I inquired about a property, arranged to go to the office, and then go to view the property, but it wasn't actually available.

I purchased my property through this company and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only did they find the property but they have contacts for renovations, banking , lawyers (which are highly reputable), Rental agents and even helping with Spanish taxes. I would highly recommend.

Beware. Friendly to your face but not to be trusted. Unprofessional. I certainly would not recommend this company and wish that I had spoken to other people, as I have now, before dealing with them. If you find a property which they are selling, check and check again ... They do not have your interests at heart only their own.
