We recently purchased a property via Lucrecia Mora and we cannot recommend highly enough the Professional service extended to us. There was many complications during the purchase process, not least travel restrictions due to CVID-19, but throughout the negotiations she acted with due diligence, professionalism and friendliness. We would not deal with any other agent on the Costa del Sol in the future be it for selling or another purchase - her knowledge both legally and locally is outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Lucrecia and Rosa when renting my property out. I can honestly say it was a stress free experience - all my expectations were met in full and the company attended to all matters from lease preparation, inventory, utility transfers in a professional manner. They then continued after everything was signed to ensure the tenants were happy and settled into their new home. I do fully recommend them as conscientious and very professional in their approach.

I am writing this review which is my very first on Google because I found Quality Properties to be more than just another realtor. They cared about my purchase just as much as I did. I found compassion and not just another realtor pushing to make a sale. I did not feel any pressure nor obligation as they took time to show me properties. These are the realtors I highly recommend. After all, when purchasing a property, I want someone who has knowledge of my investment at the time and in the foreseeable future, someone who is not annoyed if I cannot decide on a property and someone who made me feel as though my purchase was just as important as if it were their own purchase.
