Where should I start? I cannot tell you how happy I am with Sara's services from start to finish ..and beyond. From the beginning she listened to my requests and guided me towards my dream house. Whenever I was falling in love with a house she would do her own research to make sure it was legal and that nothing was hidden or fishy (welcome to Spain where YOU need someone who knows her stuff , the law etc..) and if it was what I was really looking for. She would tell me when I should not buy (I had other agents and they all push you to buy, not Sara! ) She is always making sure it is at your advantage. Sarah was responsible in selling our beautiful property in Valtocado a peaceful and scenic area 5 KLM’s from Mijas. In October 2021. I bought a property via Sara in September 2020 in Mijas between Malaga and Marbella. Right from the beginning she was extremely helpful with identifying the right property, negotiation with the previous owner, involvement of a lawyer to get the best advice as a German in Spain. Everything worked very well and full of trust. And afterwards she helped to find the right people for renovation including new bathrooms, Electricity, Painting etc. she negotiated for us with the community that we can store our airconditioning system outside. She recommended shops and dealers for furnitures and she even organized someone to clean our property regularly. Everything was perfect and we still believe that she is like a friend. I sold a four bedroom property with stables in Alora in July this year. Sara was the agent and was excellent in every way. She was constantly in contact , a first class negotiator . Nous avons acheté mi avril 2022 un appartement à Benalmadena (La Capellania) grâce à Sara. Suivi extrêmement rapide du dossier. Elle nous a conseillé et mis en contact avec un avocat francophone. Toujours à l’écoute, Sara a répondu rapidement à nos questions et demande même si ça ne dépendait pas d’elle directement. Elle a même pris le temps de nous remettre les clés de notre bien un jour férié. Grâce à elle, les serrures étaient changées 2 jours la prise en main de l’apparemment. Je la recommande à 100 %.
