Ze hebben van bij het begin van de aankoop alles, maar dan ook alles, voor mij geregeld: contact met notaris, openen van een rekening, verbouwing, installeren nieuw meubilair, zorgen voor internet… Momenteel verhuur ik het appartement en daar zorgen zij ook voor. Ze zijn steeds bereikbaar en de communicatie verloopt perfect. Beter kan echt niet!

I have bought two houses through this estate agency. What makes Casafirst stand out from the myriad of agencies in Spain is the care and attention given to their customers. Nothing is too much trouble for Rebecca who runs the company - including picking you up from the airport to be driven to a selection of properties. Brilliant estate agency, so patient & understanding of our needs. We both sold & bought a villa using Casa First & we could not have wished for more, Really professional approach to every thing they did for us & continue to be a source of really sensible practical advice.

We used Casa first to sell our villa in June this year Photographs and listing was very good and a great video which finally sold the villa Friendly and helpful throughout. Convenient location to a very up and coming area of Estepona and based on one of the best established urbanisations.

Unfortunately I must rate them really low, they are friendly and seem very helpful and nice at first, but unfortunately there were a lot of lies, misinformation and hidden facts and once the contract was signed, communication almost stopped entirely. Casa First was not our main contact for the purchase, but they were the ones with all the details for the apartment we finally bought. Please be careful, tripple check the given information and do not take their word for it! Sorry for this negative feedback but we are in dispute since our purchase over 2 month ago due to all their lies and lack of information, only one of the smaller items they promised was actually handled, we keep on waiting for replies from them and the contacts given by them who where supposed to solve the bigger issues never heard of them... we are very disappointed and feel betrayed all the way.
