I totally recommend Alicia Navarro Garrido at Marco Properties. It took less than a week to sell our property. There was no heavy sales push. Everything was explained fully and we were given time to think about our options.The photos were excellent. The service from Alicia was second to none. Alicia was always available to answer any queries and help us with the selling process. We had our full asking price offer within a week and proceeded to a very smooth completion just over a month later. We would definitely use Marco Properties again. A totally professional estate agency unlike experiences we’ve had in the past.

PRZESTRZEGAM !!! Jedno z gorszych doświadczeń zakupowych jakie miałem kiedykolwiek. Zdecydowałem się na zakup nieruchomości z ich oferty. Podpisałem umowę rezerwacyjną, umowę przedwstępną jak również wpłaciłem 10% zaliczki. W ciągu 3 tygodniu trzech tygodni załatwiłem kredyt w banku Sabadell, otrzymując oficjalną zgodę banku na finansowanie. Mimo to agencja odstąpiła od umowy sprzedaży nie zwracając podwójnej wartości wpłaconej opłaty rezerwacyjnej ( do czego obligowała ich podpisana umowa rezerwacyjna ). Agencja nie umie się zachować z twarzą w obliczu zaistnienia problemu. Właściciel agencji - Pan Marco- był bardzo arogancki względem nas. Uznał że nie ma problemu, poblokwał nasze numery telefonów na Whats APP. Kazał rozwiązywać problem z właścicielem nieruchomości ( jego Klient ), z którym nigdy nie mieliśmy kontaktu. Sprawa zejdzie się w sądzie i będziemy dochodzić naszych praw. Chętnie udzielę bardziej szczegółowych informacji co do naszej transakcji w korespondencji prywatnej. ZDECYDOWANIE UWAŻAJCIE !!!

Hola Sr Patrick, tenemos copias de las transferencias realizadas a su cuenta y de no habernos quedado con un solo céntimo suyo. Su proceder ha sido de lo peor, entrando en una propiedad sin permiso, y destrozando con su mala actitud cualquier viabilidad de llevar a buen fin la compra de la vivienda. Ha sido la verdad un cliente que no recomendamos nadie. Es totalmente falso lo que dice en su reseña pero no esperábamos conociéndole que fuera a ser de otra forma. Second time I have used this company and what a seamless experience! I was being told 6months+ to sell my property, I quickly knew it would never be this long as they lined up multiple viewings in no time. Sold my property for 50% more than I bought it for 3 years earlier……it sold in around 8-10 weeks…. Krystal was absolutely superb and consistent and prompt with all communications. We recently exchanged on our apartment in Casares Costa. Marco was by far the most helpful estate agent we had met in Spain since our viewings from march this year. He was always on hand to give us advice and shared information on legal procedures and who to contact. We have visited Spain a few times since making an offer on our property and Marco was more than happy to meet us whilst over to see the property which was amazing. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Marco Properties, vertreten durch Kristel. Kristel arbeitet absolut professionell, ist immer erreichbar, flexibel und sehr freundlich. Hola Melania, siento que haya tenido una mala experiencia con nosotros, pero es política de la empresa no dar ubicaciones de donde están las viviendas hasta que no tenemos la cita concertada y registrado el cliente con la propiedad. Si hiciéramos esto, cualquiera se podría ir directamente a la propiedad y registrarla, y cuesta muchísimo trabajo, listar propiedades, para que esto pueda pasar, lamentablemente no todo el mundo es bueno, y hay que tener cuidado con estas cosas, y es verdad que pagan justos por pecadores. Intentamos siempre ayudar a nuestros clientes, antes, durante y después de la venta y es por eso que tenemos tan buenas reseñas. En toda mi trayectoria, es la primera queja que tenemos una queja por no dar la dirección en 23 años que llevamos trabajando y lo que nos podemos hacer es trabajar como a usted le guste, si no, como a nosotros nos interese. Lamento la verdad su proceder poniéndonos una mala reseña. Creo que debería entonces usted ponerle la mala reseña a todas la inmobiliarias de España. En fin, hubiera estado con nosotros en buenas manos. Sin otro particular, Marco Rodríguez, Director de Marco Properties.

We have used Marco Properties to buy property and for ongoing maintenance services. Marco and his team have been incredibly supportive any time we have needed help. Nothing is too much for them. In recent stormy weather, they were proactive in ensuring that an electrician came to us quickly when we lost power, with Marco checking in person that wi-fi and heating had been restored. Recomand cu toată increderea. Am căutat sa cumpărăm un apartament și după mult timp pierdut cu diverse alte agentii imobiliare din Marbella, întâmplător am intrat si in sediul Marco Proprieties. După doua zile mi-au găsit exact apartamentul pe care il cautam și m-au consiliat pe toată durata desfasurarii tranzactiei. Prin agenție am cunoscut și avocatul care s-a ocupat de aboutbsut toate amanuntele legale. Super profesoniști, agentii forte binevoitori și cu maxima disponibilitate. Ondanks dat Kristel van Marco Properties wist dat we ook in gesprek waren over een woning bij een andere makelaar. Is ze ons blijven helpen en adviseren om de juiste keuze te maken. Geen enkel moment hebben wij het gevoel gehad dat Kristel uit eigen belang handelde maar zich voor 100 procent is blijven inzetten voor ons belang. I have never felt able to recommend a real estate agency before but Marco Property Services has been exemplary. Everyone has been professional, friendly and welcoming. They listened to what I said and did not waste time showing me property that was totally inappropriate (as happens with most agents). The whole process was dealt with correctly and quickly and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for property in this area.

very poor service at ending rental period. Paid deposit at their office but no one bothers if the owner does not want to pay it back. Quick money makers without a heart for the business. Would never hire through them again.
