He is very knowledgeable and professional, pre-empts every question you might have and gives you answers to more you may not have thought about, before you even look at a property. Super Rude on the telefone, I was kindly calling to ask if it was possible to bring a thicker blanket because it is cold. As well as a heater because the heating was not warming fast enough. As well as no heating in the bathroom. Told me if I don't like it I can leave. Instead of just letting me know there was spare ones nordic ones... Very big disapointment in terms of service to the client.

Hello Sarah, You were informed of the other nordic quilts etc. Property clearly detailed as having aircon heating in all bedrooms and lounge areas as required by letting regulations. It was also explained to you that heating isn't instant and takes a short while to heat up. This wasn't sufficient for you. We don't put heating on before people arrive in order not to waste energy and create extra expense for both owners and tenants.

We have mandated Valeria of Genius Properties to manage our townhouse in Estepona 5 years ago and we have never looked back. As we are out of the country, it is very comforting for us to know that everything will be well taken care of; small repairs performed promptly, full inspection before and after tenants leave to ensure that all is in order and even recommendations on enhancements that help improving our place and making it more attractive for potential customers. Obviously, everything boils down to the occupancy rate and although the global market went through rough patches due to both the economic situation and the global pandemic, Valeria has done a very good job of attracting and retaining tenants for us. We had very good comments about Valeria from our customers and they are very happy to deal with her. Finally, we really appreciate the efforts of Genius Properties to accommodate us whenever we had special needs, such as shopping around for furniture and decorations, this is just one more reason why we intend to retain their services for times to come and we are very happy to recommend them. Thank you, Valeria and Genius Properties team.

Horrible trato a los clientes, no son claros y hacen operaciones sin que tú lo sepas. Estabamos a punto de comprar una casa, todo arreglado y vendieron la casa después de que estuvimos una semana entera intentando señalarla y cuando ya teníamos todo preparado y listo para pagar. No mueven ni un dedo para ayudarte y además te tratan fatal. Se pasan días sin contestar, no te ayudan ni trasladan tus mensajes a los propietarios. Sin duda no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Alejandro. Please see review above. As an example. You were told on numerous occasions what reservation deposit was required by the vendors and what conditions they would accept. You chose to ignore our profesional advice and take the advice of a third party. Result! Someone else reserved the property and purchased it and took our open and clear recommendations into consideration during the whole process. I wish you the best in your future endeavours. If I may be so bold as to offer you one last time my profesional advice. Take into consideration what your agent is telling you and act accordingly. Good luck..
