Hemos alquilado un apartamento para diez días en Estepona y ha ido todo perfecto. La recepción a la llegada muy atentos y amables, de hecho nos han ayudado mucho. El apartamento en perfecto estado con todas las comodidades y muy limpio. Repetiremos.

El trato desde el primer día ha sido excelente. Nos hemos alojado en un apartamento en Estepona cerca del puerto y no podemos estar más contentos con su gestión.Muy buena comunicación y disposición a todo lo que hiciera falta. Son grandes profesionales y transmiten tranquilidad. No les doy 10 estrellas porque no las hay. Repetiré con ellos seguro en mis próximas vacaciones.

I would happily recommend Time in Spain to friends and family if they were looking to rent a home in the Estapona area. They were not only adaptable and helpful during the booking process, but really came to the fore when we discovered that when I booked I had forgotten to add that I was going to need two cots and a high chair. Come 5pm on our arrival day and after a call to the TIS team they arranged delivery of the required equipment all before bedtime! What's more without judgement over my error. The townhouse we stayed in was lovely, not issues throughout, but as always a company is best judged when things go awry - and in my case they delivered. Thank you Thomas, Martin, Emilio and others!

We booked 10 days in Estepona through booking.com not knowing they managed the property but from the first engagement they couldn’t have been more helpful. Where’s the 6 star button?

A stunning and quite perfect apartment We stayed here from 30 August 2025 for 9 wonderful nights. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Block 1 of the Puerto Paraiso complex, but high enough above the street traffic, restaurants and bars just across the road from the Port. The property is extremely well furnished and modern throughout. A spacious lounge/kitchen area with a large, comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table, plenty of worktops, cupboards, etc. There's just the 1 bathroom but, again, plenty of space for the huge walk in shower and long double sink. But the best part of all is the massive wrap around furnished terrace. When we were there, the sun was on the terrace from 8.30am until about 7.45 pm. But the L-shape layout means that there's always some part of the terrace that’s in the shade if that’s what you prefer. This particular apartment comes with an underground parking space within a locked garage. It’s pretty tight for manoeuvring but aided by my lovely wife's directions I parked eventually! Our arrangements for the keys, etc was through Time In Spain and their office is directly below the property, less than 3 minutes walk. They were extremely professional in their arrangements and also very helpful when we couldn’t quite work out the Aircon (which was actually very simple, efficient and quiet throughout our stay). 2 sets of keys were provided for us. The apartment is ideally situated, being just a 2 minute walk to 2 nearby supermarkets as well as the many bars and restaurants in the port area. Our own preference was to take a pretty flat 20 minute stroll along the promenade to the highlight of Estepona: it’s “old town” area. The apartment was also well located for the excellent, safe beach of Playa del Cristo where the water is relatively calm most of the time and perfect for swimming. From front door to the water’s edge, it’s about a 7 minute walk. Slightly easier heading down than coming back up the hill but we managed to do that round trip 2 or 3 times each day. Overall, we had yet another fantastic holiday in Estepona and I would highly recommend this particular apartment which ticked every single box!

We turned up with three out of four missing luggage. These guys went out of their way to assist in finding out where the bags were when they got to Malaga and then assisted in getting us back to Malaga the next day to get our luggage. They briefed the taxi driver who then helped at the airport. Also great advice on where to go, what to see and how best to get there around Estapona & Gibraltar. I will definitely use them again.

We hired a car; for a week; everything was perfect but, best of all was the precious ans spontaneous explanations about the places to visit and tips to have great moments; thanks a lot.

Unas vacaciones de 10. Si quieres un apartamento en Estepona a precio asequible y de calidad está es tu empresa , no dudes en contactar con ellos . Especialmente el apartamento "Nala" es espectacular tanto para una pareja como para 4 personas ya que tiene sofá cama. Apartamento precioso y limpio con cama muy cómoda y grande ,a destacar que tiene aira acondicionado tanto en la habitación como en el salón , el baño precioso la ducha impresionante,cocina grande con todos los utensilios correspondientes y nevera grande y con una gran terraza con salida a la piscina en una comunidad de apartamentos preciosa. Hasta los vecinos de al lado super majos. Los chicos desde el primer momento atentos y amables ,nos dimos cuenta de que ponía que había secador de pelo y no lo vimos pero no hubo problema se lo dijimos y nos proporciono uno nuevo a estrenar que tenían en la oficina para casos como ese. Nuestra experiencia con ellos a sido espectacular.

Haben gerade vier Wochen im Apartment Makai verbracht . Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub , bis auf das Bett .Das war so hart , das ich Nachts aufstehen musste , wegen der Rückenschmerzen . Und obwohl mir ein Topper zugesagt wurde , habe ich bis zum Abreisetag darauf gewartet . Mit der Reinigung in den ersten zwei Wochen hat es auch nicht geklappt . Ab der dritten Woche klappte es dann besser . Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten , weil sie uns sehr gefallen hat . Sie besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer , hat eine wunderbare Küche und einen sehr großen Balkon . Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar . Und jeden Tag den Blick in den Hafen .Unbezahlbar !

Allô Here are a few lines to summarize our stay in one of the apartments managed by Time in Spain. My wife and I are seasoned travelers, young retired professionals who have traveled extensively, we are used to long-term rentals in different countries. We spent 3 months in their apartments in Torremolinos, but before describing it to you, I would like to emphasize our relationship with the staff of the agency, but more particularly with its owner David, as well as with Martin. David was a remarkable host throughout our stay, he is attentive, and very responsive to solving the little glitches in our daily lives. On this I would like to philosophize a little, especially about us foreign visitors. I sincerely believe that the notion of the paying customer is often a reason to excessively criticize the place where we are going to spend some time, often on vacation, and sometimes as for us, to escape our winters which have become too hard or too long. We have the unfortunate habit of comparing our houses, how they are built, our habits, our ways of living, and so on, it is so easy to denigrate something, often for insignificant junk, which in our own homes would not be subject to any comments. This simply because we have paid and we are the customers. In fact, without having to lower our expectations and accept mediocrity, we should see the overall picture, and understand that the agency despite its good will, is just like us, subject to the unpredictable, and should be judged largely only on reactions and resolution of problems and/or circumstances sometimes beyond their control. That said, I strongly recommend the Time in Spain agency, for their professionalism and for their experience in the multi-Services field which is undeniable, the agency is managed by passionate, respectful and above all highly qualified individuals, but just humans, just like us ! The Torremolinos apartment, in our opinion, is the best equipped apartment we have lived in during our numerous trips, at the cutting edge of technology, comfortable, very safe, and extremely clean. Ideal for those who want to be in the action !! Close to all the attractions, bars, restaurants and the vibrant life that Torremolinos can offer. Sincerely Michel Lorent

We’ve rented an apartment here for 5 weeks. 1st impressions aren’t good. Either the cleaners need sacking or the person who checks them does. The air con units have recently been changed & after 3 weeks the old ones are still on the terrace even after telling the office staff. The area looks like a scrapyard even after I’ve swept, mopped & moved a bucket of broken tiles from the work area. One of the bathrooms stinks & there’s no cleaning products to even try & sort it, the whole place needed mopping after we moved in, the kitchen sink plug filter was absolutely manky & I had to clean that too. A dried up sandwich in the fridge, dirty cupboard…. There’s 2 outside lamps on the terrace, one had a bulb out but luckily I found one in a drawer so I changed it. Not my job? Who knows? In general this place needs a good scrub & a lick of paint & a new cleaning company. Otherwise… perfect location, comfy beds & sofas, clean linen & towels. We’ve booked a place around the corner with this company for 8 weeks next year, booked before we came here & it needs to be a vast improvement. Almost forgot. All the showers heads (both bathrooms) were in need of cleaning & were partially blocked with limescale which I (me) cleaned with a pointed instrument. Yes, each & every hole in the shower heads. So no, would I heck book this place again.

Myself and my daughter’s family rented an apartment from them here are our comments 1/ not met at the apartment but an office 2/ difficult to find the apartment the parking spot and the actual door as their instructions are all wrong ! 3/ apartment not clean toilet had poo stains, taps in both bathrooms dirty, shower doors dirty they’ve never heard of anti cal obviously shower sink was full of hair and dirt 4/ kitchen drainer sticky dirty cupboards inside with hair and food oven was full of food bits toaster had crumbs in it. empty plastic bottles in the kitchen front door didn’t lock properly … other than that good location we initially called the office and spoke to Thomas who said he would handle it, in fact he did zero my husband went to the office to find out what was going to be done about it. lazy lot no idea how to handle changeovers. We live in Jávea costa blanca and know what the standard should be and this was not up to it

Ahora bien, si la realidad cumple con mis expectativas, serán unas vacaciones estupendas. Haré una actualización después de las vacaciones 😊

I found these guys to be extremely helpful and most of all available in person whenever I needed them. Having an actual person locally is something that that’s valuable for a renter.
