Direct Property Investments Inmobiliaria / Real Estate

2022: Great service, I spend a whole day with Mel and she was very helpful with a great knowledge about the area and market condition. 2025: Fast forward post delivery of my property, Mel helped a lot. She was above and beyond expectations.

Cian has been excellent with viewings, advice and generally being so easy to deal with. A credit to the company.

Mel was fantastic. Having spent time with other agents viewing quite a few unsuitable properties she understood almost immediately what type of apartment we were looking for and in one afternoon had found us two perfect apartments to choose from. She was very friendly and patient - Nothing was too much trouble.

We started looking online for a Spanish property at Christmas, Cian from DPI reached out to us and guided us through the process. We came to Spain in march, he had lined up 12 properties to view which best matched our criteria. Once we found the one we loved he did all the work, he asked the questions to the selling agent, negotiated us a price we were happy with and guided us to the lawyers who took on our purchase. It’s a very daunting process when you start looking to buy aboard but I can’t recommend this agency & Cian enough. He put me and my wife at ease from the moment we met him. Thanks

Can't thank Mel enough for her incredible support in helping me find the perfect place to live. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Without her dedication and expertise, this move would never have happened. Mel truly felt like a best friend throughout the journey—always approachable, understanding, and completely committed. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding, and her guidance was spot-on every step of the way from beginning to the end of the process. What really stood out was her customer service—second to none. She was always available, responding promptly and patiently to every question and concern. I felt genuinely cared for and supported in every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping people, Mel is the one to trust. Highly recommended! Thank you Mel. You are the best! 😊

Mel was fantastic from when she showed us around properties in July 2024 to when we came back & bought with her this January. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, helpful & professional & made the whole process quick & easy & even got us an amazing discount on the price!! I can’t thank her enough & wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, she knows the area inside out & is honest with you from the start. A big thank you from us

I’m so grateful to Mel from DPI for showing us the apartment that we ended up buying. From the moment we met her, she was warm, approachable and incredibly professional. She gave us the time and space to explore the property, answered all our questions honestly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her positive energy and calm presence made a big difference and thanks to her, we found a place that truly feels like home. Thank you, Mel!

Mel was helpful, patient and very informative in helping us choose the correct property in the area. She took her time and explained everything we needed to reach our decision. Thank you

DPI provided us with a really excellent service. Pernilla from DPI, was wonderful. She helped us identify the property that most suited our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Through Pernilla, the agency delivered everything they promised. We would highly recommend DPI.

I cannot praise DPI enough, and especially Cian who looked after us, he went above and beyond. An absolute gent. We have just purchased a Penthouse in Marbella, we were looked after by Cian, he spent months sending us different properties. But due to us being fussy it took us some time to find the one we really wanted. This was no hassle for Cian, he persevered and eventually found us our dream holiday home, nothing was too much for him! Not only did he find us our new apartment, he instructed a solicitor for us who dealt with everything, she was amazing, had all the utilities changed into our name, checked the property for debts, set up our Spanish bank account, covered absolutely everything and had us in within 6 weeks of having our offer accepted. I highly recommend DPI, I have bought many properties over the years and it has never been as smooth as this, and this is my first property abroad. DPI are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. If I buy again in the future I would not even consider going anywhere else, these guys are the best hands down. Thank you DPI and thank you Cian.

Tracy was fantastic. DPI was the right choice when it came to are property search. Tracy was out of this world. Tailored are search as the day went on. Can not fault her in anyway. We hope she becomes a friend when we are out in Spain. Thank you so much

After reading review of M ZD on DPI & especially agent Tracy Stratton-Smith I felt compelled to write a review myself as it was mentioned Tracy had behaved unethically with BOTH her clients using lies that caused a very unpleasant situation that led to a total loss of trust on BOTH sides, I am the other client & want to be very clear that at no point did Tracy lie or behave unethically, we pulled out of the sale due to feeling uncomfortable continuing with purchase due to the seller’s behaviour during meeting with our solicitor & also a couple of issues with building on terrace! Tracy met with us on day 1 of our visit & spent 4 long days driving us around to look at properties, she was friendly, welcoming & at all times highly professional, it took her no time at all to work out the type of property that would suit our needs & the area we would fall in love with & ultimately the property of our dreams, we can’t thank her enough & wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others!

Just browsing but interesting stuff

Fantastic service, highly recommended. George the owner, found us our dream beach house in Estepona and secured it for us at a fantastic price. We couldn't be happier with our property and DPI were really helpful throughout the purchase process and beyond. Excellent knowledge of the area and really helpful. Thanks guys...

Tracy was just amazing giving so much of her time and energy.

We have been looking for our flat in Andalusia for a long time until we met Mel who offered at least 6 perfect flats which complied exactly with our requirements. We had chosen one and the deal was closed very quickly including all formalities, also thanks to her. We most appreciate that she keeps in touch and helps us when we are struggling with some aspects of life in a foreign country.

I made an appointment to view some properties and before this happened Mel from Dpi reached out to me to understand what i was looking for in my property seach. I felt Mel had a clear understanding of my requirements. She was very professional but personal in the views. I put a offer on a property and within hours it was secured..she talked me through the process. The follow up after buying the property was excellent and she also recommended a good places for furniture. I highly recommend this company and thank you Mel for your help.

Danke Mel, für die Vermittlung unseres tollen Apartments 😘😘😘 Tolle Arbeit

I am so happy with DPI who were very helpful in assisting us with our property search. I saw a property and after making enquiries Mel was instrumental in ensuring we got an appointment for a family member to look round in our absence, we then decided to fly out for a second viewing and again Mel helped organise our apt. We loved the apartment and decided to purchase it. Mel and the team at DPI were really great, Thank you 😊 (1 year on we are loving our apartment)

A top class service from beginning to end of our journey in finding a dream vacation home. Always ready to help, guide and answer any questions even long after we have bought our penthouse through Mel. So, top notch after sales service as well. Very happy and highly recommed agency.

Used DPI to buy my home in Costa Del Sol. Arranged a whole day of viewings for me given I was visiting from the UK. When I chose the apartment I wanted they recommended a lawyer and the whole transaction was completed in about 8 weeks. Fantastic organisation to deal with best on the Costa.

A huge huge Thank you to Mel in DPI, for finding me my dream home. From the frist contact they were nothing but amazing, they personalised my needs. There was nothing that Mel wouldnt do for me, even taking me to sign for my home and staying with me throughout the process. I cant rate this company high enough.

Highly recommended agency at Costa del Sol: nice contacts, quick responses and interesting properties -> many thanks to Mel, Tracy and Petra!!

Very straightforward to deal with. I felt comfortable and never too pressured. They managed to recommend a competent lawyer who worked for a fix price rather than 1% of the property price....saved nearly a thousand euros.

Not worth your time contacting this company. Sent an email beginning of Jan and did get a response from Nick Moon but since that initial response nothing else from him or anyone else. Chased them twice more with emails but nothing!!

Decided to go with the team at DPI when searching for a property in Bahia de Casares. I really cannot fault anyone we dealt with, especially Mel. Knowledgeable and responsive, the whole viewing, securing and completion process was a dream. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Enquiry submitted online in respect of a property in the Estepona region. Quick response from Gert within the DPI Team to understand my situation & needs. We happened to be in the region at the time & were happy to receive a call from George White, owner at DPI. At short notice, George was able to identify a few properties we may be able to view in order to provide us with an insight at the start of our search. He was kind enough to arrange six viewings & kindly gave us a personal tour, not only of the properties, but the different areas. Although we will need to commit further time to our search, we found the initial engagement excellent and this together with George’s local connections, knowledge & expertise will certainly give us confidence as our search for the right property continues. Thanks George & Team.

I would advise you to go somewhere else........staff really don't know what they are talking about......

Mostly fake adds, selected 6 adds from their website not even once was available, misleading...

find your website very shambolic. when i called and asked your agent for property they told me that is sold. i tried another two and the answer was same. basically you want to hook the client with property that doesnt exist in the market. whole website is a sham. 11000 properties???????????

Tracy and the team were absolutely great! Professional, responsive, knowledgable yet patient, friendly and helpful every step of the way. It's the best treatment me and my wife have received from an realstate agency to this day. No rushing, no trying to make money on you, no showing you old or non relevant properties first, etc... just quality service. We are certainly coming back whenever we will need help in the future. Thank you Tracy.

Profesjonalnie

Polite, helpful and professional. Can highly recommend DPI.

Excellent Real Estate company covering the Costa del Sol
