Terra Meridiana - Real Estate Costa del Sol

We can only speak very highly about the friendly and professional way Borja and the team went about selling our house. Borja presented our house highlighting its strengths and kept us informed about viewings. We are very satisfied customers of Terra Meridiana.

Very friendly and most important effective and efficient. We would recommend as a very good estate agent. We bought and sold through Terra Meridiana.

We thoroughly recommend Terra Meridiana. Sandra was with us every step of the way during our house purchase, which was not always straightforward. She kept us fully updated, making sure that we knew exactly what was going on and went the extra mile to help us settle into our new home. She was happy to recommend tradesmen, and even bought us a "welcome" bottle of wine. Excellent!

Great service. Alba is a fab estate agent.

Very happy with the professionalism of Terra Meridiana. Sale process was transparent. Their estimate on the price and market was spot on. Highly recommend.

We have used the services of Terra Meridiana on three ooccasions and have consistently found everyone to be professional, knowledgeable and totally trustworthy. It would be difficult to speak too highly of the founder, Adam Neale, and his team who were indefatigable in finding exactly the right property for us. Eileen Hoyle April 2023

The only agents in estepona I would use! 😍

Great service, correct answers. Adam has an in depth knowledge of the real estate market. Regarding spanish tax/laws I received a correct answer.

We have just completed our purchase with Terra Meridiana. Was great to be listened to and not bombarded with unsuitable properties. The whole process was professional and wonderful. Don't go anywhere else

Excellent company to work with. Liz

Adam did a fantastic job, if you wish to purchase a property in Spain, look no further.

I am finally writing this long overdue review for Alba Woodard and Terra Meridiana. Alba has been amazing since the day we met a few years back and has since become a close friend. Alba is an extremely knowledgeable agent and super relaxed and friendly. She has helped me not just look for a dream home but also with personal matters unrelated to the property world. This wonderful agency can be found in the old town on Calle Caridad and is run by Adam Neale (who writes for The Olive Press newspaper and others due to the levels of his knowledge and experience) so if you're passing then pop in and say hello to either Adam or Alba or another member of the super team and rest assured they will do all the rest and more ! Thank-you so much for all your help guys and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Adam dealt with my query with lightening speed and fully resolved my issue within an hour or two of my initial call. Very professional approach. I thoroughly recommend Terra Meridiana!

Terra Meridiana is one of the top real estate agencies on the coast today. I used their services to sell a small property, and the team was both helpful and professional. They gave good, honest advice and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell on the Costa del Sol.

One of the best real estate agencies on the coast. Professional, reliable and trustworthy. They have a very good understanding of the real estate market in the area. I would definitely recommend working with them!

Adam just helped me find an answer to a pressing real estate tax minutia issue, that was nevertheless a big problem for me. I found his site online using search terms related to the problem. I called the number shown, and he was right there, kind and courteous, and asked me to write an email with the details. He consulted the lawyer he works with and had my answer in an email the next morning. It’s heartening to know that there people who will take their time to do a good deed and a very helpful thing!

I can for 100% recomand this agency for a safe bay, and the crew is most helpful bouth during the bay and so much important after, in other wourlds you will not be disaponted about the service, thanks Lars

Good day, With Terra Meridiana Real Estate Agency I communicate for several years and always both in Work and in Communication saw only professionalism and Positive. Agency helped me to sell a very good object on the first line of the sea. After sales support, I have a personal relationship with Theodora, who is a very wonderful, nice person and she is Russian speaking person. With Respect. Grigory.

Отличная компания! Помогли купить дом, о котором мы мечтали, никаких лишних просмотров, только то что подходит под наши требования. Но и после покупки постоянно помогают, консультируют. Тем более что Теодора, руководитель фирмы хорошо говорит по-русски.

We have been using Terra Meridiana for at least ten years or more. Can not recommend highly enough. They have helped us buy & sell numerous properties until we eventually found our forever dream home! That could all change tomorrow though & if we decided to move again our first call would be to Adam or Sandra of Terra Meridiana. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to service.

We have purchased an apartment in Estepona via this agency. They spent a lot of time with us showing many different options based on our parameters. It is always different to see the property yourself. They were very fair, helped us with legal stuff and they are helping us even after the sale with furnishing and fixing some stuff. I can really recommend them if you are looking for apartment in Costa del Sol.

excellent aproach, professionalism, speed, willingness

Purchasing a Villa is a daunting experience, for this reason I cannot put into words our gratitude to Sandra, It would be fair to say Sandra goes above and beyond her call of duty, which makes her a very special lady. Sandra is both a credit to the company and her profession, and we are so grateful for all her help ensuring we had a trouble free experience. We are proud to call Sandra our friend.

The team at Terra Meridiana provide in my opinion the best estate agency service in Estepona. They are knowledgeable , helpful and honourable.

This Spanish (Estepona) Estate Agents are the real deal! They searched with our brief until they found our dream property and then, remember we were buying a property in a foreign country, really helped with the purchasing process, with money transfer and legal services, the whole process was completed in a few weeks and was so easy! Since our purchase and completion, they have continued to assist us with finding us excellent workmen / trade people! Terra Meridiana were professional, friendly and the only thing we wish, they had branches in the UK! We recommend TM whole heartedly! Greg & Caroline Welch

Myself and my wife bought an apartment near Puerto Banus through Terra Meridiana in 2011. All our dealing with Adam or Theodora have been very satisfactory. They are both extremely professional in their jobs. Adam showed us several apartments before we decided on one. All were in line with our specifications and none were a waste of time. After we bought the property we engaged Theodora to look after it for us. She visits regularly, and sorts out any problems, broadband or phone not working etc. Also she can find good cleaners if required.. We have no hesitation in recommending Terra Meridiana. Kind regards James Smith

I have used the services of Terra Meridiana ( Estepona ) a few times in the past few years and I can say that it is a very reliable real estate. The owners and also the staff working there are lovely people and very professional; with years of knowledge about Costa del Sol. I was lucky to have them looking after my business. I felt in really good hands.

Bought an apartment through Adam and Sandra of Terra Meridiana, and they were fantastic, from beginning to end. So helpful, they made it very easy and were always available. Since purchasing, they have carried on looking after us via Theodora in aftersales. Highly recommended. Lovely people to do business with.

Adam and his team are incredibly down to earth. All the staff have lived in the area most of their lives, and the local knowledge shows. There is none of the usual "Real Estate Sales Pitch". They simply listened to what I wanted in terms of property requirements, location and price, and showed me properties accordingly. We ended up buying a lovely house a few streets back from the beach, in Estepona. We couldn't be more happier with the service Terra Meridiana provided us. They were professional and courteous, and went out of their way to find our dream property.
