Contacted the Spanish estate agent to view properties on the Costa del sol, their agent Paul Henderson met us at the airport and was with us on every step of our property search. Eventually finding us our dream holiday home in Sabinillas. Paul is an exceptional guy, not just working tirelessly to achieve that aim, but couldn’t do enough for us, nothing and I mean nothing was to much trouble for him, Paul is an absolute credit to your organisation, we will miss his company when we return to the U.K, thank you Paul from both of us, it was an absolute pleasure.

We first come here last October, 2017. From the moment we enter thru the door we receive a big welcome and smile from Gem at the welcome desk, minutes later she directed to an agent who speak English, his name is John, we were out of the door looking available properties within half hour. John is very knowledgeable of his job and the city of Estepona. Properties not available were show to us next day. He help us all the way, from finding to paying and getting keys within 3 month. We are from USA and he found us a lawyer and money service thru SmartMoney for fundings and wiretransfer . What a pleasure. Trusted, loyal, sincere. Awful company to deal with. They took our deposit for a property and told us that it was reserved until my house was sold a few months later. They then contacted us several days after to tell us that someone else was interested and that if we didn't have all of the money to hand over before the other family, we would lose the house. It resulted in us losing the house as well as over €1,000 in currency exchange fees. Never.....again!
