Mi experiencia con "Alegra Estates" ha sido excelente. Alquilamos un apartamento durante una semana en Estepona. El inmueble era impecable, respecto a equipación, mobiliario, menaje... todo estaba en perfectas condiciones, la plaza de parking muy cómoda. La gestión fue muy profesional y eficaz ante cualquier imprevisto. La estancia resultó muy agradable. Sin duda, repetiré con ellos en el futuro. My experience with Alegra Estates was excellent. We rented an apartment in Estepona for a week. The property was impeccable in terms of equipment, furniture, and household items—everything was in perfect condition, and the parking space was very convenient. The management was highly professional and efficient when handling any unforeseen situation. Our stay was very pleasant, and without a doubt, I will book with them again in the future.

Llevamos tres años en Estepona en un apartamento gestionado por la agencia Alegra y solo puedo tener buenas palabras. Atención inmejorable, el apartamento con todo lo necesario para una gran estancia y el sitio de los mejores en los que me he alojado en la playa del Cristo, con unas maravillosas vistas. Totalmente recomendable esta Agencia.

We rented a holiday apartment through Alegra Estates in Estepona at the beginning of the summer, and it was the best experience we’ve had as a family. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location. What really stood out was the service. Abbey and Robyn were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail made everything stress-free from check-in to check-out. While we were there, we also explored the idea of buying a property in Estepona, and fortunately Alegra Estates has a dedicated sales team as well. Andrew was fantastic. Honest, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Thanks to him, we found our dream holiday home! Highly recommend this family-run business if you’re looking to rent or buy in Estepona. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t go through anyone else.

Alegra Estates were, from the start to the end of our holiday, a pleasure to deal with. Joy and her team went out of their way to help answer my questions before our stay and during our holiday at one of their properties-Alcazaba Beach, Estepona (a glorious apartment!) they were so helpful. Everything at the apartment was great, and with lovely weather and the beach right next to the urbanisation, my husband and I were super-happy. The price was right and the quality faultless. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht und befindet sich im oberen Teil des Gebäudeabschnitts, sie ist genau wie auf den Bildern, hat große Fensterfronten und einen großen Balkon mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln, ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, auch im Winter warm, modern, sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe wurde problemlos und freundlich von der Agentur abgewickelt.

We had a wonderful stay in Estepona, in the lovely apartment overlooking the beach. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay and have already booked for the summer. Joy and the team at Alegra Estates are friendly, efficient and so helpful. Also english speaking which is such a bonus! Cannot recommend them enough!

Meget dejlig og velindrettet lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt. Grunden til den manglende stjerne er, at der manglede en del i køkkenet, så det var besværligt, selv at lave mad. Det ville også være skønt med en parasol. Rigtig god service omkring booking og kommunikation. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Stayed at Apartment for 10days end September. Was impressed by images on Airbnb and wasn’t disappointed, location and outlook of apartment can only be described as stunning. Great communication and picking up of keys and directions to office and complex faultless. There is everything you need for restful holiday in the apartment and kitchen utensils and crockery are obviously recent purchases and matched with adequate numbers for use. Property was spotlessly clean upon arrival and bed we used extremely comfortable. Showers , although over bath , were powerful and always plenty hot water. If you would like to wake up to the sound of waves lapping on the shore then this is the one for you .

Estuvimos una semana en un dúplex en Estepona y la estancia fue estupenda. Apartamento totalmente equipado y muy bien ubicado , a tan solo 5 min de la playa del Cristo y a unos 20 min andando del centro. La comunicación con Alegra muy fluida. Volveríamos a elegir este alojamiento sin duda.

Wonderful house. All 3 separate apartment were unique. All modern and everything you needed was available. There was towels for the beach, parasol table and chairs. A couple of maintenance issues which we got a prompt response to. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

As always, we had a super time in beautiful Estepona. Our apartment was just beautiful, comfortable, bright and had an incredible sea view. It was lovely and cool in the morning, so could enjoy breakfast and lunch on the balcony and then enjoy the evening sun for drinks later on. It was always nice and quiet in the apartment throughout the day and night. The pool was a good size and never too busy. Lots of places to sun-bathe under the shade of the very well maintained gardens. Then for us beach lovers, the best bit was, we only had to go down a few steps from the pool to enter the beach, which has something for all age groups. We will definitely return. Joy and her team at Alegra are so helpful, are there for any advice etc. which is so important when you are away from home, a 5 star service. We cannot wait for our return trip in the Autumn.

A fabulous experience. Excellent communication in English from staff at Alegra Estates before and on our arrival. El Faro in Estepona is a spotlessly clean apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with everything you could possibly need for a holiday - even swimming towels! The balcony is a decent enough size, excellent views across the harbour and marina out to sea, Gibraltar and the African coast visible on clearer days. The bullring can be seen to the right from the balcony. There is a swimming pool with lifeguard in attendance during certain hours. Beach literally a few minutes walk. Easy strolls along the esplanade, or further along to the shops and old town. Plenty of places to eat down in the marina, along the beach or in the town. The Wednesday market is worth a visit and also the Sunday market in the Marina. There is plenty to do around Estepona, including jet skiing, parasailing etc. for the more adventurous. If you have transport, there are some lovely places further afield. Many thanks to Abbey, Joy and Staff at Alegra Estates for such a warm and friendly welcome, also for allowing us to store our luggage in the office on our last day, much appreciated :)

Andrew from Alegra Estates was a great help to us in finding suitable long-term rented accommodation in Estepona. He knows the area extremely well and even chauffeured us around to view various locations ! Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a rental or to purchase a property in or around Estepona.
