If I could give Lidia & her family at Future Homes 6 stars i would!! Last week I purchased my beautiful apartment in Estepona through them & 3 years ago I purchased my country finca in Casares with them. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Future Homes again if I ever decided to sell. It’s very hard to find an honest, caring and genuine estate agent here on the coast but with Future Homes I not only found all of the above but more. They are kind, considerate, friendly and they go the extra mile . Nothing is too much trouble . From the bottom of my heart ‘THANK YOU’ Victoria, Lidia & Family. I couldn’t have done it without you . In March this year I bought an apartment in the same block as Future Homes. From the first contact – with Martyna – to the assistance provided after the purchase was concluded, Alicia, Lidia and Martyna have been of tremendous support, and Victoria a source of much insight into the property market. In particular, I appreciated the lack of a ‘hard sell’ by Future Homes – quite the contrary, in fact. I can only compliment the team for the manner in which the purchase was handled and would certainly work with them again.

We have used the team at Future Homes to sell two properties and also to purchase our current family home and have been so impressed with their professionalism and quality of their communications on each occasion. Dealing with Victoria, Alicia, Lydia and Martyna is always refreshingly relaxed and organised and sets you at ease at what can otherwise be a stressful time. I wouldn't use another estate agency and would (and do) highly recommend them.

Una empresa extremadamente profesional y humana. Estuvimos buscando un apartamento durante medio año, tratando, por ello, con muchos tipos de inmobiliarias y agentes. De todas ellas destaca, sin lugar a dudas, la seriedad y honestidad de esta empresa. Desde el principio nos facilitó amplia información de todas las características y condiciones de la vivienda de manera totalmente objetiva. Y una vez que les trasladamos nuestra firme voluntad por adquirirla, confiaron en nuestra palabra y, a pesar de no haber firmado ni ingresado la reserva, no permitieron más visitas con más ofertas. Todo ello hay que unirlo a un trato personal realmente insuperable. Se amoldaron, sin poner trabas, para poder atendernos cuando no podíamos realizar las gestiones personalmente. Nos facilitaron todos los contactos precisos y eficaces que les pedimos para cuestiones de intendencia. Se preocuparon el mismo día de la compra por que todo estuviera perfecto. We would like to say a very special thank you to Alicia who was our main point of contact. However it would be remiss of us to not mention Lidia, Martina and of course Victoria who ably supported Alicia in enabling us to purchase our 'future home'. Many people will be familiar with daytime TV programmes which suggest that all you need to do is view 3 properties, sleep on any decision overnight, make an offer over breakfast, have it accepted in a couple of minutes leaving time to down a celebratory glass of fresh orange juice as the programme credits roll. From our experience, the process of buying is definitely much faster than in the UK but it certainly isn't that straightforward. Hence we are very grateful for the professionalism, dedication and support given to us. Future Homes specialise in Estepona and after listening to what we wanted, Alicia used her exceptional local knowledge to narrow down our initial list of properties to a focussed few. It's not over when you have an offer accepted. In many ways it's just the beginning and it was a huge benefit to be guided through the 'Spanish Way' even to the point of being accompanied to the Notary's office for the final signing and handover of the property. Without hesitation we fully recommend Future Homes to prospective expat buyers of any nationality. Whether you are experienced in buying overseas or not, Future Homes have the knowledge, experience and wide range of contacts to help ensure that everything goes smoothly for you with the least amount of stress or drama. If you are thinking about buying in southern Spain you MUST give Future Homes a call you will feel at home and you will be looked after extremely well. Nothing is too much trouble and the stress of buying a property abroad will be eased.

I have bought and sold over 15 properties in my life but never have I received the pre and post completion service provided by Future Homes. Little did I realise when I viewed that not only was I buying an apartment but also making new friends too! If anyone asked me for a recommendation I would not hesitate to put these guys forward. From Alicia and the viewing, Victoria and her wise advice to finally the lovely Martyna who held my hand when dealing with everything from connecting the water to finding an electrician! It makes a refreshing change to meet a company that enjoy what they do and clearly aren't just in it for the money but because they are passionate about what they do and want to make sure all parties are happy before, during and after the keys are handed over.
