Nick provided us with excellent service throughout the whole process from finding to completion of our beautiful home.He was amazing in his knowledge and guidance throughout and continues to help and advise us.

Highly recommend Melrose properties, based on the Estepona harbour front. Nicolas was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us. He is very knowledgeable about the area and dedicated to find you the dream property. Most important he is a genuinely nice person and not in the slightest pushy. We trust him with all our property searches. Thank you so much for all your hard work, determination and handholding.

Melrose Properties is fantastic the staff is always so friendly and helpful with all things we need. From construction to furniture and curtains. Can really recommend them:)

Kompetenter toller Immobilienmakler.

Never had a better experience, buying property made easy and fun at the same time

We used Melrose Properties to sell our apartment near Estepona port. They have been very professional and friendly in our dealings with them, achieving an unexpectedly high price. We woul recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying. Clinton and Margaret Fitzpatrick

I would highly recommend Nicolas at Melrose properties. Nicolas has an extensive knowledge of the area and spent a lot of time with us over the course of a few days showing us around different parts of Estepona which was our preferred area. Nicolas behaved in a professional but relaxed manner so at no point did we feel pressured at all and he showed great patience towards us as I'm the first to say we are not easily pleased! Nicolas offered us lots of good honest advice and information on the buying process which really put our minds at ease. Having spent time getting to know our requirements a little better Nicolas recommended we view a house that he thought we would like ..and he was right! Our offer was accepted and so our new journey began . We were kept informed throughout the whole process with Nicolas always readily available to help with any doubts or to answer any of our probably endless questions Thank you Nicolas for finding us our dream home that makes us smile every time we walk through the front door we can't thank you enough!

Good help and and all as agreed. Very quick sale and good followup after. They also gave good counselling on practical issues regarding specific challenges for us as foreign sellers.

Totalmente recomendables.

Determined to buy a beautiful apartment, we headed to Estepona, but after around 20 viewings with different real estate agents, we walked disillusioned to the harbor to have a cup of coffee and process our disappointment. Once there, we came across the real estate office “Melrose”, where we started talking to agent Nicolas von Herberstein, who took the time to truly understand our interests and needs. What an exceptionally pleasant office this is. They give you complete freedom without pushing you in any direction, and they showed us an apartment in a location that was exactly what we had envisioned. We bought it, and both before, during, and even after the purchase, they supported, helped, and advised us in an absolutely fantastic way. Nicolas, you even once accepted a package for us by rushing to our apartment while we were already at the airport. A big thank you to Nicolas and also to the owner Carl for your kindness, helpfulness, and empathetic way of understanding us. You truly exceeded all our expectations. We are so happy we ended up with you. Hats off to your team. Wishing you continued success with your real estate business! Sincerely, from a very happy and proud buyer, Prisca van Diggelen

I found Karl to be an honest and knowledgeable man and very happy to help throughout the whole buying process

I would recommend Melrose to anyone looking for a reputable, professional and friendly estate agent who really seems to care about putting their clients first. We’ve been looking for a property in Estepona for a while and other agents weren’t as dedicated as Melrose to find us our perfect property. Nicholas worked tirelessly to find us exactly what we were looking for, he was always on hand to answer any questions within minutes of messaging him! He quickly found us somewhere to buy where others had failed. Melrose also recommended a lawyer to handle our purchase who has proved to be very efficient and friendly. I would advise anyone who’s serious about buying or selling a property to use Melrose, you won’t be disappointed.

We initially found them by walking past and ultimately were referred to Melrose by Julia's artisan shop in Estepona, we got in touch and Carl and Nicolas immediately went @ work for us. Their energy and dedication in making you acquainted with Estepona and find out about your personal wishes, is amazing. Nicolas an Carl are always available and respond without delay to all requests you may have and work very proactively in getting you what you are looking for. The added value lies in their local contacts (lawyers, builders, shops) and ability and dedication to do just about everything, even after a property is bought, like refurbishing, furnishing etc. We personally can 100% recommend getting in touch with Melrose for your purchases, sales and projects and find out for yourself their level of professionalism and dedication. DO!! have a look at their portfolio or offer yours to be added and find out for yourself.

Looking for an apartment in Estepona Port, I was recommended to contact Melrose. They have an ideal location easy to find centrally in the Port. They took me to a variety of locations in the port area. I fell for one fully renovated apartment with a beautiful view over the port and the Mediterranean. Melrose assisted me in getting professional legal support, and other matters with regard to the Municipality and practical consultancy towards the co ownership. The employees are very proffecional and friendly, I absolutely recommend Melrose if you are looking for a place to buy or sell in this region.

Very professional and friendly. I received really great advice. 10/10 recommend.

Melrose as a Superb team who helped us find, purchase and support through the process, I could not recommend this team highly enough, made buying in Spain ease,

I am pleased to provide a reference for Karl Elschner, who has been instrumental in my real estate transactions through Melrose Properties. Over the years, Karl has helped me buy and sell five properties, and I can confidently say that his persistence and determination have been key factors in my successful acquisitions, including at least two properties that I might not have secured without his unwavering support. Karl exemplifies the strong work ethic that Melrose Properties is known for, and his professionalism and dedication to customer service have consistently impressed me. It is no surprise that the company has thrived for nearly half a century, as their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Karl Elschner and Melrose Properties for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate partner.

Simply the best. Very friendly and competent. Excellent support even after the purchase.

Dennis Gilson - I was interested in selling my home in Estepona and I was given excellent advice and guidance, particularly by a gentlemen called Karl who was extremely helpful. There was no exaggeration or pushing. Highly recommended.

I called to Melrose properties a few times and all the staff were very helpful , friendly and professional to deal with. I felt very welcomed . They went out of their way to show me some properties.
