Two months ago we acquired a property in Casares del Mar with the support of Dream Costa. Gracia and César helped us throughout the entire process. At the beginning they took the time to understand the characteristics of our ideal beach house, they searched for properties meeting as many as possible of our wishes and recorded for us detailed videos to make a first pass without having to visit physically the properties. Then, once we found the right property, they facilitated multiple visits and solved all questions we had. When we made the decision to make an offer, they relied on their knowledge of the former owner to helped us reaching a fair agreement on the acquisition terms. Even after selling the house they kept helping us with details related to changing keys, water contract, etcetera. All in all, great people and great professionals in whom you can trust before, during and after the acquisition of your home. Highly recommended.

We met Cesar when we requested a viewing of an apartment in La Duquesa this summer (July 2024). He responded and arranged the viewing within hours of my request, he also asked us about our criteria and arranged for multiple viewings of other properties to meet our requirements. We found the perfect place after just 3 properties - he did a superb job negotiating a great price for us (even after the price was agreed he managed to get another 2.5K down the next day!). Since we weren't in Spain, he was really helpful to go back to the property and take additional photos and videos for us. A few days before completion he also reached out in case there was anything else we needed - and on the day of completion he went to the property just to check it was all still in good condition before the final contract was signed. We highly recommend Dream Costa and especially Cesar if you are looking for a property, super reliable, really friendly, easy going, doesn't put on a 'hard sell' but really listens and tries to find the right place for you.. thank you!

With so many real estate agents here in the south of Spain, it’s hard to stand out. However, Dream Costa do exactly that. They listened to what was important and quickly found me the perfect home. Not only that, they were able to connect me with the right people I needed to get the purchase completed. They have been professional from the very start, responsive and beyond. We purchased an apartment from Dream Costa this year which we absolutely love. Dream Costa were really responsive to our requests and lined up the viewings really quickly. They lined up viewings one after another and we saw a range of properties that matched our search criteria. Once we had found the perfect apartment (about the 5th we saw that day) they helped us liase with solicitors and the vendors and we completed the purchase within a month. I first made contact with Cesar Dream Costa in February 2022 and expressed an interest in an apartment in Casares Pueblo. I left a message and Cesar was quick to reply with useful information and genuine interest in my needs and wants. At the same time I contacted 3 other agents. Having lined up several viewings I flew to Malaga to start the search for my dream property. Having met 3 agents and viewed several properties I chose, the, one! Or should I say theproperty chose me. Cesar was there every step of the way with impartial, honest guidance and advise. It was surprisingly easy. No hard sell, he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice.
