Sofia was really fantastic ! She listened well to what we were looking for and helped us select an appropriate number of apartments to view. She guided us on a highly efficient tour of the candidate apartments and stayed diligently within our budget and our must-haves. Several repeated visits resulted in our final choice and the purchase was completed yesterday. We have purchased (and sold) our homes in several countries during our working years. Sofia stands out as the best real estate agent we ever had. Amor Alcazar has also been very kind, knowlegable and helpful in support of preparation of the purchase and continues to be very important for the management of our apartment in the future. These 2 people are the key reason why we never even considered contacting other companies.

Не могу сказать, что продажа была простой, некоторое время пришлось ожидать того самого, заветного покупателя, но ребята из Enova Estates справились на 100 баллов. Даже помогли нам сделать предпродажный ремонт (нам не пришлось даже приезжать ради этого). Спасибо Enova Estates, будем обращаться к Вам ещё!

Durante el pasado mes de agosto de 2022, alquilé a través de VRBO.com, un apartamento en Residencial Duquesa, FASE, gestionado por ENOVA durante 1 semana y su servicio fue bastante deficiente. El apartamento no estaba mal, aunque tenía algunos desperfectos serios (las duchas sujetas con cinta americana, alguna puerta no cerraba por estar desencajada, falto de menaje y el disponible algo sucio...) aunque quizás esto sea responsabilidad del propietario y no de la inmobiliaria. En cuanto al servicio de ENOVA, no me incluyeron copia de la llave de la urbanización, por lo que tuve que acceder a la misma por el parking hasta 2 días despues de mi entrada. Además, el termo electrico para el agua caliente se rompió y no mandaron ningún técnico a repararlo por lo que desde 2 días antes de mi salida, nos quedamos sin agua caliente en el apartamento. No creo que repitiese un alquiler sobre una propiedad gestionada por esta inmobiliaria.

It is a trustworthy family business, very friendly and reliable. I have to say we had the most amazing service from Enova Estates and in particular Sofia who was with us every step of the way throughout our property purchase and afterwards too! In fact several months after, we are still in contact and both Sofia and Amor in the office have continued to help us with queries and advice. The service they offer was very personal but also very professional and they got to know us and our needs. We felt that Sofia always had our best interests at heart and she certainly went above and beyond the call of duty, especially when we had issues arriving to pick up the keys after the purchase of the property! Sofia liaised with our solicitor and was key in sorting everything out through to the signing of all the legal documents. Once we had purchased the property they have still been there to advise on utilities and help us set up WIFI etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for both the sale and purchase of a property.

Proffsiga och serviceminded ingenting är omöjligt. Otroligt bra service även efter avslutad bostadsaffär när man behöver hjälp av tillsyn på bostaden eller något annat som man inte kan sköta hemifrån. Det beste med Enova er den fantastiske gjengen som jobber der. De ikke bare bistår og hjelper deg med å kjøpe , de yter også en service som vi har satt stor pris på. Hjelpen de gir deg med alt som man trenger å få ordnet når man er blitt lykkelig eier av et ferie paradis, og de gangene ting går i stykker. For oss kan jeg enkelt å greit ikke få takket de nok. Vi snakker ikke spansk og det er ikke alltid enkelt med engelsk.Hva skulle vi ha gjort under Corona perioden, ? Da vi i 18 mnd ikke kom oss ned til Spania? Da sendte de en video av leiligheten slik at vi selv kunne se at alt var i orden. Det er den servicen du faktisk trenger og ikke alltid tenker på før problemet er der, de løser. Tanja, Bjørn og Mari har virkelig stått på for oss i vår kjøpsprosess. Vi har, beklagelig vis, ikke fått kjøpt bolig enda, men kommer tilbake i oktober til ny runde med visninger.
