We have just bought a wonderful new home in Spain found for us by Villas and Fincas. Right from the start they were totally professional, constantly responsive and unfailingly helpful. This week we completed our move from the UK to our new home Finca El Encanto, Casares. This step to our new life would not have been possible without the amazing team at Villas and Fincas. Dass Villas&Fincas bei der Suche nach Gutachtern, Handwerkern, Anwälten und jeglicher Art von Experten unterstützt, ist nicht nur eine Selbstverständlichkeit für dieses Unternehmen, sondern man sieht es als absolut eigene Pflicht an, den Käufer und den Verkäufer bei allen nur denkbaren Fragen und Wünschen zu unterstützen. GROSSARTIG! Was aber unfassbar und gar nicht hoch genug bewertet werden kann ist die Tatsache, dass diese Unterstützung nicht mit der Unterschrift unter dem Kaufvertrag endet. Selbstverständlich steht Villas&Fincas auch nach dem Kauf/ Verkauf mit Rat und Tat den Parteien zu Seite. Wir möchten an dieser Stelle ganz besonders ANITA danken, die für uns den gesamten Prozess des Kaufs zu einer großen Freude gemacht hat (auch wenn wir bei unserem Haus mit Sicherheit nicht die einfachste, rechtliche Situation hatten ;-)). ANITA ist einfach toll!!!! Wir freuen uns jetzt sehr darauf, möglichst viel Zeit in unserer neuen Cortijo in der Nähe von Casares zu verbringen. UND: wer jetzt glaubt, dass dieser Bericht nicht echt und gefaked ist, weil er so positiv ist, dem können wir nur sagen: hätten wir auch geglaubt wenn wir das gelesen hätten...aber...wir haben Villas&Fincas (und Anita) erlebt und wir können nur sagen, dass es keinen besseren "Makler" gibt, wenn man sich seinen Traum von einer Immobilie "on the countryside" verwirklichen möchte. Reeds jaren droomden we van een huis in Ronda. Bij iedere vakantie contacteerden we Villas & Fincas om enkele, soms meerdere huizen te gaan bezoeken. Telkens nam Oscar ons mee met evenveel enthousiasme en professioneel advies. En eindelijk, na vier jaar en na véle bezoeken, hebben we onze droomfinca gevonden. Achteraf werden we bovendien enorm goed begeleid door Oscar en Anita, zowel bij het nemen van de juiste juridische stappen voor de aankoop, alsook bij het practisch regelen van alles wat er bij komt kijken wanneer men een huis aankoopt. We zijn hen heel erg dankbaar en aan wie een aankoop van een onroerend goed in Andalucía overweegt , bevelen we hen ten zeerste aan.

Ongeveer een jaar geleden hebben wij onze prachtige villa gekocht via Oscar en Anita van Villas & Fincas. Dit verliep allemaal goed en zeer professioneel. Maar juist de kracht van Oscar en Anita is dat zij ook daarna zeer betrokken bleven én blijven bij de voortgang van ons huis en ons enorm hebben geholpen om hier te settelen. Bijzonder integere mensen, professionals om mee te werken en mensen op wie je altijd terug kan vallen wanneer je vragen hebt. Absolute aanrader wanneer je van plan bent om hier een huis te kopen.
