The worst agency in Arroyo de La Miel. Please avoid them. Because of that agency we ended with tenants who will not pay rent and leave our property in Benalmadena even though their 5 year contract is over. We’ve wasted thousands of pounds/euros in solicitor fees and the bill keeps going as the unwanted tenants are still there.

Highly recommend Apartsol Properties. I purchased a property through this company and they made it so easy. Ian helped me through the entire process and introduced me to a fantastic fluent English speaking lawyer who had also practiced English Law which was extremely helpful. Ian even personally drove me to the notary for signing of all legal documents. We feel extremely grateful being English buying a property in a country that we havs no knowledge of the law and do not speak Spanish. Very honest and helpful team. We still use Apartsol for other advice and the lovely Gema even books gardeners and other handymen as and when required for us. Thank you Ian, Miguel and the team at Apartsol for making everything so easy for us.

Dieser Anbieter hat eine nette Fassade aber wenn es darum geht den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen dann kommen einfach keine Resultate. Sehr Betonung auf sehr schlechte Beratung. Achtung auf die Wohnung 403 im Agata Gebäude an der Avenida Gamonal 2 in benalmadena. Kaputer Kleiderschrank, verstopfte Abflüsse, Abgenutze Duschschläuche, Duschbox die absolut nicht reibungslos funktionieren und noch vieles mehr. Bilder als Beweismittel habe ich auch. Ich war in vielen Wohnungen z.b. Mallorca oder in Mailand deshalb nicht ganz unerfahren. Und dieser Anbieter und speziell die Wohnung die ich gekriegt habe ist das Hinterletze!! Und für all diese Umstände habe ich nicht mal ein Preisnachlass noch ein Sorry bekommen.
