Llevamos años veraneando con esta empresa, el trato por parte de lidia desde siempre ha sido de 10, tienen muchísimos apartamentos y todos perfectos. Yo seguiré iendo toda mi vida y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, aparte ya por la proximidad a la playa sin mover el coche, restaurantes, ocio etc. Siempre agradecidisimo a lidia y a todo su equipo, ya no existe gente tan profesional y seria.

I have stayed at various locations in Benalmádena with Benalcoast Properties and found the experience to be 5 star every single time . Easy navigation on the website to book , fantastic welcome on arrival , super clean apartments , nothing is ever too much trouble for Lidia and her team , not that there will be any issues , never had a problem at any apartment I've stayed at and I've been using the company since 2016 . Very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit , from sightseeing to where to eat and drink . A fantastic holiday experience and can't wait to stay again .

Apartamento de diez, con buena ubicación cerca de la playa, buenas vistas y tiendas. Al apartamento no le falta detalle y lo mejor ha sido el trato de la agencia. Sin duda recomendaré a mis familiares y amigos y será un lugar para volver el año que viene.

La verdad que he podido estar en algunos de sus apartamentos y solo puedo decir que están muy bien equipados, limpios y cerca de la playa, parque y zona de tiendas y chiringuitos. Por no hablar de él buen trato recibido por Lidia y de todo su equipo desde el principio hasta el final. Sin duda un lugar para estar cerca de el mar y poder descansar. Volveré una y otra vez sin duda alguna.

¡CUIDADO! Se intentan quedar con tu dinero de cualquier forma. Se quedan con los 200€ de fianza porque nos acusan de haber fumado dentro del apartamento. Según ellos olía al entrar los siguientes huéspedes (de ser cierto, que no lo es, lo hubiese olido la limpiadora y hubiese ventilado). Ninguno de los 5 huéspedes fumamos, además de haber dejado el apartamento limpio. Nos bloquean y no podemos hablar más con ellos.

Terrible experience with this company. Denied access to the apartment on a technical issue. Company would not work with us to find a resolution. Very poor communication. We arrived at the property and weren't able to stay as my husband who had booked the holiday as a treat wasn't staying with us. The company then put the apartment straight back out on booking.com and refused any form of refund including the cleaning free!! They didn't care that we'd arrived from the UK to Spain and had no one else to stay. We'd checked I'm online 2 days before but their staff hadn't realised there was an issue until we were in the plane. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS WE AND OTHERS HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE JUST OUT TO GET AS.MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE. See other reviews also as it's not just us who have had negative experiences with this company!!

We were highly recommended by a friend, to Benalcoast Properties for our family holiday, and they did not disappoint! We secured a brilliant last-minute deal. They organised two modern, lovely and air-conditioned apartments in Benal Beach for our group of eight, and the sea views from the huge balcony were absolutely amazing. The swimming pools in the complex were also amazing! The kitchens looked fantastic, with up-to-date appliances! The agent, Lidia, was very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommended!

update to the reply of benalcoastproperties: you should better think before you post cause nobody said that this my name!!There are also company names possible cause i dont think your real name is benalcoast, or? So in your case i would be very cautios what you are posting! Also the burning dish is a lie and was already there, so its very easy to claim this!!I paid 90€ for cleaning(you said normal cleaning), and you asked 100€ for deep cleaning, so where is the difference to my paid deposit? Whats really unprofessional is that you dont answer emails, whats app or phone calls. I was open to talk bout all but it seems you dont value any costumer care. I argued on day one already and emailed you, but no response and no reply. So now i understand your game. Afterwards you are claiming everything and dont pay any deposit back!!Good business idea but people should know this! !!Unfortunately very bad experience with this company. Although i booked several times it went worse and worse. They dont reply to emails and dont answer any whats app if you have questions which they dont fit them. They dont pay deposit back and dont answer why. unfortunately they became very arrogant and treat costumers not like costumers. If they dont improve their costumer service, i would avoid this company

Fantástico apartamento en Benalmádena con todo lo necesario para pasar una vacaciones inolvidables. Todo perfecto, según lo acordado y el apartamento mejor que en las fotos. La Tv una maravilla, el balcón con vistas a la piscina para comer y cenar en la gloria,el olato de ducha muy hermoso.Volveremos a repetir sin duda

Du premier jour au dernier, tout était impeccable, les personnes qui nous ont accueillis, et tous le processus d'accès à l'appartement. l'emplacement et l'appartement sont irrésistibles, la plage est à deux pas, les piscines et toboggans top. une seule proposition, si je peut me permettre, elle sera pour le propriétaire pour qu'il mette à la disposition des occupants, deux chaises de plage et un parasol. Merci encore une fois pour cette belle et inoubliable expérience.

We went as a family of 6 to an apartment at Arroyo de la miel and I have to say... it was everything we had hoped for. The apartment is gated with shared garden and only 5 minutes walk from Benalmadena train station which is handy for travel from Malaga, Airport, Torremolinos, and Fuengirola . Trains are reliable,frequent and relatively cheap. We were met at the apartment by Jesús after a quick call to tell him we had landed at Malaga. He is a very polite, well mannered and helpful man. He showed us the keys for the gate and door and walked us through the apartment. It is on the 2nd floor and has a lift which worked flawlessly. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and they are a fair size. There are 2 bathrooms with walk in showers, both very modern. The lounge is a good size with satellite tv and also the owner has left access to Netflix etc so plenty of English speaking channels to keep you entertained if you decide to stay in. In the lounge is a corner suite/ sofa bed. Very comfortable and converting into bed is so easy! There is a dining set and also patio furniture outside on the balcony. There is air con in lounge and the 2 bedrooms which worked great in the 40 degree heat. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped. There are plenty of local cafes, bars and restaurants close by. The balcony looks onto the plaza/ square and we were lucky enough that there was a fair from Thursday to Monday with bands, kids rides, fair grub etc.. free entertainment. The cable car up the mountain is 2 minute walk. As is 1 of the stops for the hop on/ hop off tour bus. The port/ sea front is around a 20 minute brisk walk with a lovely walk through a park and down to the marina. All in all... great time had by us all and definitely be going back. Encantados con nuestras vacaciones,nos fuimos súper contentos a casa el apartamento coincidía con las descripciones,apartamento super limpio,la cercanía a la playa,supermercados,cajeros,tiendas de todo tipo,restaurantes,todo a mano y el pueblo súper bonito y excelente la ubicación lo encontramos súper rápido,muchas gracias a todos tanto chicas como chicos que nos atendisteis sois muy amables y serviciales todos sin duda repetiremos un saludo!!

Un verdadero acierto para las vacaciones contratar con Benalcoast properties, tanto Lidia como su equipo han atendido a toda duda o inconveniente para que el resultado sea una estancia de 10, la mejor relación calidad-precio en la zona. El verano que viene repetimos con ellos seguro.

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment in Pueblo Evita...apartment has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay...free WiFi...two tvs...one a Smart tv...Netflix etc and five or six English channels ..radio and music...YouTube etc....full working kitchen....lovely personal touches by owner....less of a hotel feel...more homely...super comfy queen bed....staff at Benalcoast Properties easy to contact and checking in smooth process....just received my security deposit back....no issues whatsoever...thanks once again...Ali Piper...

Be careful this company is a scammer and the owner is a lier. I wish I had read the reviews before booking with them. We stayed 1.5 months in the unit managed by Benalcost via Airbnb. The signs of poor management and unprofessionalism came up from the start. The keys weren't available, because the team never checked  the spam for our documents. The unit's floor was dusty, BUT, we never complained about these small things, because we came with a positive attitude and I erased it from my memory even when the Benalcost team followed up with us about any issues. Three weeks before the end of our vacation, the AC stopped working, the Lidia's response just amazed me: "It was checked and cleaned at the beginning of the season". !!!!! She suggested that it is fine because the area temperature is 24C', showing a zero degree of care for the family with a small kid not used to the Spanish climate. I literally had to convince her that it is intolerable to stay in the unit, because, even with the temperature of 24C' there is no air circulation from the outside.Icing on the cake, they claimed from us payment for damages, additional cleaning and left garbage. False accusations!!! We didn't even know that the fridge shelf was broken. Someone left toddler toys before our vacation booking and accused us of it. They took pictures of old washroom tiles accusing that it is dirty without even providing chemicals to support a basic cleaning. The balcony had a bunch of heavy construction buckets, surprisingly they didn't accuse us of leaving those. Some cleaners entered the unit after our checkout and submitted false pictures that don't belong to the unit. Looks like they choose visitors and pin on them expenses to stuff their own pockets.Conclusion, it is up to you to book with them or not, but as soon as you see Benalcost properties keep in mind, they are dishonest firm, whose malicious behaviour and actions will make you unhappy.My advice, before you enter the rented unit, take a bunch of pictures and videos in case they chase after you. P.S. the screenshot from airbnb messaging proves the lying character of this company. They like to threaten clients

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lidia was extremely helpful every step of the way pre-booking and whilst we were there. She organised a photo of our family for my elderly parents to help them feel at home and it was so much appreciated. The location is superb, right in the heart of the marina with so many options walking east & west of the marina along the promenade. The balcony was beautiful, very peaceful for relaxing and watching the boats go in and out. The roof top terrace and pool area was superb. Although the pool wasn't open, the views from up there and the cool breeze felt when I stood watching the world go by were amazing. We would love to return to this apartment. For what it is, it is incredible value for money. Thank you Lidia! Barry

Please avoid this place at any cost! the moisture and humidity smell really leads to very bad smell! their house if full of ants & disgusting cockroach! The sad part is that the fist days you wont be able to see them as they might use some pesticides but after few days they start to appear and never go away! The irony is that you pay Euro 90 only for cleaning to have it clean the fist day the rest of the days you have to pay more to have it clean. Even after you are out from their house they would bother you to pay more for cleaning as they have a cleaning lady told them you left the room in mess simply they want more money, they just put a garbage on table and say this garbage is yours hahaha they are ajoke.

This company is absolutely shocking. They couldn’t find my reservation , the fridge was broken. Leads were exposed. Tv had no channels. The front door was broken. When I complained they told me to leave, luckily I managed to book somewhere else. The neighbour of the property also said they are known for being a terrible company. I have since spoken to 4 other people who say they will never book using this company again, absolutely shocking. This company cancelled my booking if I had not had the money to find somewhere else I would have essentially be homeless on holiday. I am looking at taking this further ana was the lady who was rude on the telephone to begin with, she did apologise but after everything this company did I would never use them again and will do my best to let others know exactly what they are like also.

Always great service from Lidia,Ana and the team. If there's a problem, they fix it,if there's a question, they answer it. Would recommend to anyone.

The horrible experience with the owner of the company Lydia. Highly unprofessional way of interaction with clients. Unacceptance of own mistakes and mishaps. Showed unwillingness to fix the major issues in the unit that caused me and my husband discomfort. In addition, wanted to pin on us some previously broken stuff, but our luck we recorded and photographed all the evidence. The reviews of previous visitors helped a lot what we could encounter. N.B. what a skillful lier! Made up some stupid story about a worker. Why would you expose that info about your company at all! What a pattern: all negative reviews are false. Grow up and take responsibility for your unprofessional behavior!

Hemos pasado una buena semana en un apartamento precioso, me gustaría darle las gracias al equipo por la atención que me ofrecieron en todo momento y preocuparse por el estado de mi hijo que se puso malito y todos los días me preguntaban por el. Apartment was nice and clean. But the online- booking was difficult and insecure. The agency didn't use 3D Secure for credit cards. Also the office were hard to find inside the building in benal beach! Took a long time to get the keys. Finally they didn't payed back the deposit. For no reason! The credit institute had to do a charge back, to get our money. Very disappointing

The apartment on arrival was spotlessly clean. I have used Lidia's services for several years and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar menos ,al principio para cerrar el alquiler todo fue muy rápido ,contestaban al instante ;una vez pagado le mandabas mensajes y correos y fueron ignorados con éxito . El DNI enviado por varias direcciones y teléfonos y aún estoy esperando que me pongan recibido . A la mañana de ayer me acerqué a su oficina para ver si se podía alargar la salida aunque fuese con coste obviamente,y la mujer “mayor” entrando a la derecha sin apenas dejarte hablar no ,no ,antes de las 10 hay que salir . Ya no es a las 10 sino antes jejeje ,un espectáculo el trato de verdad … hasta que no confirmas con el pago la reserva como que la hora de salida cuesta verla ,cuidado !! Luego por 75€ de limpieza en un studio 4x4 te dicen quitar sábanas,tirar basura ,y fregar platos … pues la verdad es que ganas no me dan de hacerlo ,más bien por las formas que recibí ayer . Lo más importante, 2 camas ,NOOOO ,es una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama horrible ,quizá la de la agencia debería probarlo y ver qué ofrece a sus clientes . Te tumbas y son montañas entre el lumbar,las piernas ,riñones ,fatal . Y lo último , espero no se te derrame nada porque tienen una fregona…que o eres una persona de 1 metro o entre el sofá cama y la fregona tienes que ir urgentemente al fisioterapeuta después de estos días de “vacaciones” Habitación 102 (primera planta)

El apartamento es precioso 🥰 Todo súper limpio, muy bien cuidados los detalles, me encantó el trato por parte de la empresa que nos hizo la gestión son muy profesionales y atentos, es la tercera vez que voy pero nunca me acorde de publicar esta merecida reseña, seguiremos eligiendo esta empresa para cuando visitemos Benalmádena 😁

I would like to thank Ana and the team for making my stay exceptional! The apartment is great from all points of view : location, facilities, size, amneties. It is very practical, as in the same complex you get a gym, great pools with eating area and games area, shops, supermarket. Inside the apartment you can find washing machine, fully prepared kitchen, iron and ironing board, board games, great internet connection, 2 AC’s. Also, this place is very close to the highway, if you wish to visit by car the surrounding cities. Thr only thing to be mindful of, depending on the season, there might be noise in the hallways as there are many tourists with children. But the nights are peaceful and quiet. The team at Benalcoast Properties made me feel at home and they are very kind, polite and extremely helpful with recommendations! Thank you!

We love lidia and her team, lidia went out of her way to help us when we were stuck at the start of covid-19 in March and helped us with new boarding passes ect, helping to calm my wife and me. The apartment was fantastic as usual with no hidden costs or extra for aircon unlike other agents We have stayed several times in the past and booked for later in the year and next year It's a 10 out of 10 from us

So disappointed, upto paying the balance! My thoughts was what a great team! Unfortunately not, curtains taken down on our 3rd week of 8, alas still no curtains. Toilet smells so much couldn't invite people back

Unos auténticos ladrones se quedan con la señal de tu reserve sin darte explicaciones te mandan una simple foto de algún desperfectos que se inventan y se quedan con tu señal recomiendo que no alquilen ningún apartamento si esta empresa esta de por medio unos sinvergüenzas

Muy mal trato por parte de Lidia, por los comentarios esperábamos otra cosa. No se pudo en contacto con nosotros en ningún momento, siempre éramos nosotros los que teníamos que estar pendientes de preguntarle todo. El día de la entrega de llaves nos tenía que recibir ella y no lo hizo, nos mandó a una persona que no se dedica a eso y nos explicó nada. Y encima tuvimos que abandonar el apartamento dos horas antes de la hora prevista porque se equivocó en la hora de salida. No lo recomiendo

Estuvimos mi familia y yo en un apartamento en benalbeach y estuvo todo genial.Gracias a Lidia nos hizo pasar unos días estupendos...el apartamento genial, limpio y en primera línea de playa.Muchas gracias a Lidia por su atención.Da gusto encontrarse con unos grandes profesionales...lo hacen todo más fácil y q realmente desconectes en tus vacaciones.... volvería a confiar en ellos con los ojos cerrados.
