Wow what an estate agent. I'm super fussy and I can't deal with vague people. This agent replies when you contact them, agreed to a viewing and arrived on time and told me everything I needed to know about the property good points and bad points...paperwork was forthcoming also. This type of honesty and transparency seems rare in Spain. I wouldn't use any other agent. 5 stars and thank you !! 😊

Have to say very impressed with Mel and Phil at Rainbow ( having recently gone through the process in the UK on another property which was not as smooth) Everything with Rainbow and Mel in particular was very straight forward . I highly recommend this business along with Noelia Vrachnas (Abogada) . Put your trust in there guys !

Rainbow estates went over the mile for us while we were selling our apartment. Mel was brilliant at taking all the photos as well as finding a buyer in 2days, yes 2days they also helped with finding an amazing abogada for us to use as well as helping with the move back to the uk. I would definitely recommend them if you want a stress free transaction.

Having decided to sell our property and chatting with various agents, we were very much impressed when we met Carlos. Apart from being a charming gentleman, we received from him realistic, dispassionate and thoroughly professional advice which we took in it's entirety. The result was our property was sold the first day it was marketed and we were very happy with the price it achieved. Carlos also recommended a lawyer, Jon Sutton at De Cotta Law, to whom we gave power of attorney, as we live in the UK. The service provided by Carlos and Jon was exemplary and far exceded our expectations. We would highly recommend both Rainbow Realty and De Cotta Law. The sale completed within eight weeks and we were kept fully informed of progress at all times.

Friendly, helpful people, backed by years of experience and knowledge of the property market in the area. We both bought and sold through them, and both processes went well: reasonably quick and pain-free. I recently visited from outside the country to visit family. I instantly fell in love with Benalmadena and walked into the office of Rainbow Realty to see what properties were on the market. They were able to line up walk throughs in short notice within my price range. Once my property was selected, Rainbow Realty facilitated in helping me locate a lender, a favorable currency exchange, and a Lawyer to work on my behalf while I was out of the country. The entire process went flawlessly.

So glad I chose Rainbow Realty to handle the sale of my late uncle's apartment. I am sure that this is a crowded marketplace yet once I had been in touch with Phil and the team at Rainbow I found the service to be superb and certainly well above my expectations. Phil understood what our requirements were and was very professional and personable at the same time. Everything was taken care of without the need for any prompting and once we agreed a sale, the process went exactly to plan.

We listed our house in Benalmadena Pueblo for sale through Rainbow Realty in late February 2020. We found Phil and his team to be very professional and very easy to deal with. Despite accepting an offer in early March due to Covid we were only able to complete in September. However, Phil kept us fully updated throughout the process. Just by chance we were in Benalmadina Pueblo so stopped to look in the window After venturing inside for a chat we then viewed a few properties in the area. All good but not right for us. Phil then tells us of an ex rental that is coming on the market. Some issues to be tackled but with typical estate agent chat won’t cost much to fix. Long story short it’s almost finished my piggy bank is empty and we have a fantastic penthouse apartment overlooking the Costa and I have a friend in the village. All services and advise considered I have now recommended Rainbow to all friends who I know are looking for property. Local knowledge for all aspects of your journey to living here.
