Emil has been fantastic from start to finish, we first met in August 24 , and showed My Wife and I round a selection of properties, as none were suitable, he kept me informed of new projects coming to the market, Emil sent over extensive videos which enabled us to take the decision to come back to view the shortlist of properties, we have placed a reservation on a amazing property he found in Horezonte Village in Mijas , his experience and dedication enabled us to buy right at the beginning of the project so we were able to choose the best unit for our needs , can’t recommend Emil enough

Very profesional service, that I can definitely recommend. When you are buying a home you want to make sure everything is going well and that everything is verified before you make a deal. Sonia made my transaction really smooth. She informed me before about all conditions, was honest form the beginning, giving very quick responses and help with all documentation I needed for a bank. Auch nach 3 Jahren bekomme ich Werbemails und eine DSGVO scheint es für das Unternehmen nicht zu geben. ------------ Tenga cuidado con la información personal. He solicitado varias veces que se eliminen mis datos y no se ha hecho nada. Incluso después de 3 años recibo correos electrónicos publicitarios y no parece haber un RGPD para la empresa.

Tijdens onze zoektocht naar een appartement werden wij voor dit kantoor begeleid door mijnheer Bono Stoyanov. Veruit de beste makelaar van al diegenen met wie we appartementen bezochten. Mijnheer Stoyanov was altijd correct, voorkomend, goed op de hoogte van de omgeving in dewelke het goed zich bevond, om ons zo goed mogelijk bij te staan in onze zoektocht. Alle lof,en we kunnen hem absoluut aanbevelen alsmede het kantoor Engel & Volkers.

Our real estate agent from E&V, Iulia Hoinaru, has been very professional. She filtered the clients in order to only get visits from realistic potential buyers and the apartment was sold quickly at the price we are happy with.

Good personal service until moving into rental house. During first night, we found the house to have serious mold and fungus problem, in addition to a long list of technical defects. We cancelled contract after 1 night and moved to hotel, when we got severe respiratory problems. The house was nowhere near a liveable standard. The agency can not have inspected the house prior to listing and none of the problems was informed when we asked if any issues before signing. 14 days after our immediate cancellation, the agency have still not replied our request for cancellation and return of fees. Not what we expected from a professional agency. 2 weeks have again passed since their reply that they would contact me shortly. But nothing happens. Poor follow and lack of reliability. 2 months later still no feedback or will to provide solution.. Not a serious agency.

From the moment I submitted my request for information about a couple of properties, until we went to Benalmadena to see them , Iulia showed great professionalism and commitment. During this process , she kept in constant contact with me , helping me to put a portfolio together. Her advice was sincere ; she tried to answer all our questions and she made us feel like we were in good hands. I would not hesitate to ask for her support if I ever needed it again .

Vendieron mi apartamento de Torremolinos en muy poco tiempo y fueron extraordinariamente eficaces y respetuosos. El agente que nos atendió, Juan Martín, fue un profesional exquisito, atento, capaz de escuchar y poner de acuerdo a ambas partes. Su capacidad de diálogo hizo posible que la venta se cerrara en un tiempo récord y con satisfacción por ambas partes. Tanto es así, que yo he pasado el contacto a unos amigos. De verdad que da gusto encontrar gente tan bien preparada para hacer su trabajo.

Empezando por el cuidado diseño de la oficina; la presentación del producto; la calidad del mismo y la profesionalidad e interés de los trabajadores. Hay muchas inmobiliarias, pero si buscas empezar con buen pie tu búsqueda de una propiedad en la Costa del Sol o vender tu vivienda, este es el sitio. Calidad, buen gusto y profesionalidad.
