Tuvimos un trato excelente y buena predisposición de la señora Majrolein para encontrar el piso que queríamos. Pero al entrar al piso, era un desastre. Le faltaba muchisimo mantenimiento (solo nos habian dicho que le faltaba pintura y que estaba rota la cortina la cual iban a arreglar durante la estadía). 4 meses después, dejamos el piso y la cortina nunca se arreglo. No solo eso, si no que el encargado del piso, Fernando, entro a nuestra propiedad sin permiso para verificar la cortina. Había varias cosas rotas y la cocina no estaba equipada correctamente.

Hola Vidmante , It was not only you who wanted to see the apartment , other 4 customers were i was in contact with you , but what can be do if a owner went to Iran forgot to leave us behind the keys and when she finally told me it is ok for Monday the 10th to do the 5 viewings (you one of the customers ) she sends me a whatsApp tellig me that she is staying another week in Madrid . For me it has been as well a waist of time not only you but other 4 customers so we have decided not to work with that owner anymore since i talked with you on Monday we did decide not to publish that apartment anymore . I would urge anyone not to use this business. We are both 70 years old and arranged a meeting last Tuesday. After a 4 hour drive we met with an agent for a pre agreed meeting to view a property. On arrival we were told that we couldn’t see the property as the agent didn’t have the keys and the owner hadn’t responded to requests for access. The agent never even bothered to inform us and save us travelling down and booking a hotel as we couldn’t undertake a return journey on the same day. However on further investigation the agent discovered she had been contacting the wrong person ! So when she corrected her mistake the owner couldn’t meet at the property until the coming Sunday. All the agent could do was keep telling us she’s married to a lawyer as though she feared we were considering legal recourse! The agent provided a print out of the property and sent us on our way. Also beware the agents administering costs are quoted at €400 which is far and above what we’ve ever paid. I would recommend anyone to seriously consider other options if looking for a property . Unfortunately I don’t have a name for the agent but I have retained copies of all correspondence if required

I contacted this agency while looking for an apartment. I spoke with a woman, I think the owner or manager, and explained what I was looking for. She said they had “many apartments “. Subsequently she left me at least two voicemail WhatsApp messages, asking for the exact same information that we initially went over. I left two detailed replies. Beyond that she never contacted me with any potential apartments; zero, zilch, nada. So, what exactly was the point? My experience = worthless. UPDATE: Re: the owner’s reply; I don’t use my real name on social media or similar sites, dear. My experience, as described in my original comment, is truthful and accurate. The woman’s name is Marjoein Buete. Sound familiar?

Un trato asqueroso Llamo a esta inmobiliaria para hacer una consulta sobre un alquiler, no me quieren dar ninguna información, comenzaron a interrogarme, cuando yo dije que no quería dar ninguna información, hasta saber cuáles eran los requisitos, comenzaron a gritarme y tratarme mal. Dije que iba a poner una reclamación en su empresa, y colgué. Al minuto se dio la libertad de volver a llamarme otra persona sin identificarse diciéndome que me trató bien, cuando ella no había escuchado nada, y de nuevo volvió a gritarme a no dejarme hablar y a tratarme mal. Espero que nadie ni venda ni alquile aquí su vivienda, porque el trato al cliente es nefasto, la palabra asqueroso se queda corto la verdad.

Nuestra secretaria no estaba interrogándole además de eficiente y muy agradable con todo el mundo le estaba pidiendo sus garantías para que Vd. nos dijese un poco su perfil si vivía Vd. y trabaja aquí puesto que los apartamentos de temporada y según ley solo se pueden alquilar a personas con una duración de contrato de trabajo determinada que case con el periodo de alquiler de la vivienda . No solo tuvo Vd. la osadía de llamarle Subnormal , sino que cuando la gerente le llamó le llamó asimismo subnormal por haber contratado a una secretaria subnormal . Le dije en ese momento que no aceptaba un sólo insulto y le dije que esta conversación se había terminado . Pongo 1☆ porque 0 no puedo. Experiencia muy desagradable con Marjolein. Hemos contactado Benalsun Properties porque nos interesa un piso en su página web. Empezamos escribiendo un correo electrónico y depués por Whatsapp. Marjolein le pidió a mi marido que le llamara. Él intentó, sin éxito. Depués intentó ella y dejó un vocal. Como mi marido no podía, le envié yo un vocal. Entonces Marjolien me envió dos vocales desagradables, diciendio que eso no era posible, que no podía contestar a toda la familia y que solo podía llamarle una persona. Dijo: "Si llama el hermano, el hijo y toda la familia, yo me vuelvo loca". Tengo grabados los vocales, por si acaso, dicen que me estoy equivocando de agencia ! Estamos buscando una vivienda para comprarla y estamos en contacto con varias agencias, todas con personas simpáticas, agradables y con sentido comercial. Nunca hemos encontrado ese tipo de reacción tan desagradable. El piso lo pagamos y el servicio también, por lo que esperamos ser acogidos correctamente. Ahora aun si fuera interesante la vivienda y el precio no compraremos nada gestionado por esa gente ! Lo siento para el vendedor que les confió su vivienda para vender...

Buenas tardes Silvana , En el nombre de Benalsun Properties y en el mío propio por favor entienda que tenemos un flujo importante de llamadas, whatsaapps y correos y si algún comercial está hablando con Vd. y le envía links de propiedades , a veces nos pasa que nos piden que hablemos con la madre , el marido , el hijo o la cuñada lo cual entorpece la rapidez en la asistencia .Nos exigen contestar en el acto o llamar a familiares y a veces por mucho flujo de trabajo nos demoramos 24 horas en contestar . Marjolein was very rude. She used the word "impossible" for our rental needs because we had 2 hairless sphynx cats. Even though I expressed that we had 2 cats via WhatsApp, she didn't read the message and wasted hours of my time on a pointless office visit. The next day I found a solution on my own. I found a 3 bed 2 bath for 1000/month long term who were fine with cats with extra deposit. Look on your own, and avoid the agent fee!

Hello Nicole I am sorry to have dissapointed you but there is a big demand of rentals and owners prefers no pets , no sinkers , no children …. Difficult situation as they can choose the profile . We try to find the best profile for our owners and 2 cats in a a small apartment is not their priority .sorry Nicole we could not fultfhill in this ocassin your need

The agency helped us with finding an apartment in Fuengirola. All of the correspondence was done via WhatsApp and Emails as we were not in the country. Ramin is amazing. We decided to move to Benalmadena, and I reached out to him for advice on finding a property. Don’t waste your time! My husband and I have just wasted 2 hours that we’ll never get back. We walked to the offices to speak to an agent in person about long term rental, we were extremely flexible regarding location and had a fairly healthy budget to play with. Arrived at the same time as another couple who went first. Their business was complete within 10 minutes however they continued to chitchat for a further 20 minutes at which stage my husband and I left (they might still be chatting for all we know!!)

Good morning Annette , We apologize we couldnt help you aerlier but as you was i was alone , the secretary is ill this week and one my colleagues was on a business trip for 14 days arriving back today , so it is not the same when we are 3 people in the office to be able to attend than only 1 person . We use to plan it better but we couldnt help ouir secretary is ill , so believe me it has been stressfull for me as well . I highly recommend this agency. We were moving to Spain and Marjolein helped us find the perfect place for us. Since we had to do everything from a distance, she would send us photos and videos. We arrived in Spain and close on our place the next day. She went above and beyond every step of the way.

I can definitely recommend the Benalsun Properties agency. Ms. Marjolein really knows her stuff. I have worked with many real estate agencies and Benalsun is at the forefront. We had great and quick contact throughout the process, and I received precise and comprehensive answers to all my questions. Thanks to this, I felt confident and safe, despite the fact that the Spanish real estate market has been foreign to me so far. I have rented a great apartment with my roomie, we are two danish girls. We don’t speak Spanish so it was so great that Ramin speaks English and also translated our contract for us, so we can understand everything. It all went smoothly and fast, so i can really recommend Benalsun and Ramin! :)

The people af Benalsun Properties are so nice! First we visited them in their office, where they were willing to spend a lot of time explaining us how the market works in Spain. This agency is a joke. As much as they seem to have an interesting portfolio, they actually don't have the time or possibility to let you visit the properties. It's been 3 weeks that I've requested to visit 2 places. After several phone calls and a visit at their office I went to a more serious an professional agency... If you own a property, there are many other professionals that can take care of you. I gave 1 star because apparently it isn't possible to rate them with 0... but that's really what they deserve
