Very, very glad I found Daniel to sell my property on the costa. I had an old property that was extremely difficult to sell due to countless administrative setbacks. Nothing is too much trouble for Daniel who has gone to great lengths to get to know us and understand our requirements. He made sure that we asked the right questions when looking into purchasing a property and that we felt good about the sale of our place and the differences in property sales/purchase here in Spain and the U.S. We really trust him! We often asked him questions that we would not have asked someone that we lacked trust with. We knew he'd give us his best experienced answer and that is worth a lot. We also liked that he knows a lot of other realtors and people in remodeling, attorneys, etc. This was so helpful for him to be able to help us find the right fit for us in these other areas. We like that he is part of an organization or cooperative that among many realtors. This helped get our listing out to many people. Daniel brought good clients in for negotiating the sale of our property. Obviously, we are very satisfied with Daniel. He goes above and beyond! Daniel took over my Property in Feb'18. I had put it on the market 3 years previously but it failed to sell. The difference between the initial Agents I used and Daniel was huge. I was advised by Agents 3 years ago to sell as soon as an offer was made, hence lining the Agents pockets with their commission immediately. I never got this from Daniel. I had a couple of offers but Daniel advised ne on more than one occasion to wait, that I will get my price. We had a first class service from Daniel and his company. There was great attention to detail and we were constantly kept informed of progress and given feedback on every viewing. Soon after we put the property on the market we had a water leak in the kitchen and was informed by a neighbor that water was coming from our apartment. We were in the U.K. and the only person who had a key was Daniel who immediately went and sorted the problem out and cleaned up the water. This saved me getting the next plane over. He also sent photos of the damage and liaised with president and community administrators, who were both useless, to get the matter resolved.
