We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, staff were incredibly welcoming. They allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance, and right on the sea front. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Villa. Was perfect for a hen do we had there over a long weekend. Location was brilliant super close to everything. Karim was also super helpful and so friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend, and would stay there again!

The most beautifully appointed perfectly positioned apartment for our family holiday in Marbella. Exceeded all our expectations. Ideally located on the Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus - perfect for exploring the most amazing beach bars and restaurants along this strip. Supermarket literally across the road catered for all the basics. The apartment exceptionally well kitted out with everything that was needed. Housekeeper too was fabulous. Host went above and beyond in responding to all our questions promptly. A most fantastic stay. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Nosotros alquilamos un apartamento el mes de julio y todo genial, la vivienda se encontraba impoluta, la entrada y la salida fueron muy sencillas gracias a Karim, estuvo atento a nosotras en todo momento y dándonos sugerencias durante la estancia. Tuvimos un fallo eléctrico y Karim en cuestión de una hora lo tenía resuelto ya que llamaron a un electricista de urgencia. El año que viene repetiremos sin duda

We rented a villa from 8.08.2022-22.08.2022 and got ROBBED 15.08 at 5:03 am in the morning. The garden door was broken. The company did not react and came after beeing asked by us in the late afternoon. The door NOT replaced during our remaining week in the house. Two ROLEX were stolen (13.000€ each) and blocked internationally. One security guard came after two days because we asked for. Alarm is installed but NOT activated by the company. No clients assistance at all.... for that kind of villas a very poor service! Be aware of this!

Hi Emeric, I hope you're well. We are all aware that the incident that occurred is highly inconvenient and unfortunate. As you well know, the complex is gated and has 24-hr security, CCTV cameras all around, numberplate readers, and only 1 entry/exit, furthermore 200metres away from the urbanisation you have the local police station and the guardia civil (military spanish police on that same access road to the urbanisation), so its fair to say its very safe. In 13 years there has never been a problem, however despite all the above 2 houses (incl. yours were affected that same night), burglaries are common nature in high season, and it has been extremely unlucky that this has occurred in this complex and during your stay. However, you cannot possibly say that you weren't assisted by us, or that we offered you poor service. Thats a blatant lie, so lets clarify a few things here: 1) The incident occurred on August 15th, as soon as you called us, we went up in person and took immediate action, I sent a locksmith to fix the forced lock, and I have the invoice to prove it. 2) That same day, we placed private security in your garden every single remaining night from 00:00-06:00, at our cost, we were NOT obliged but rather we did this as a gesture of good will and for the peace of mind of you and your family. We did it with much pleasure, as we always go the extra mile for our guests. I also have the invoice for this, so please dont lie, as you did in all your previous reviews. 3) Your stay was 2 weeks, this happened right after the first week, I offered you alternative accomodation, or to refund you as I understood after the incident you may want to change house, you rejected this option and decided to stay at the villa. Why? 4) We assisted you during your whole stay, I tried my best with the home insurance to try and cover you, but it wasn't possible. Your own insurance should cover you on this, ask any insurance company, thats how it works. 5) Furthermore, your father threatened me and spoke to me in a very rude manner, we didn't appreciate this, but I was patient and showed understanding, given that after these incidents tensions are high, so I let that slide and remained assisting you, many others would have ceased helping you after this. 6) After your checkout, all you have done is write negative, disrespectful comments, and outright lies on every single platform we have, even though you rented through airbnb. You've taken this personal and are trying to defamate us. For the tenth time, allow me to repeat that we are very upset this happened during your stay, but if 2 police stations, the complex´s security guards and all the surveillance equipment within the complex was unable to prevent this, im not sure what you expect from us? We did everything in our hands to help you and your family, and out every possible effort to provide you with tranquility and peace of mind, which is exactly why you stayed an extra week at the villa. Your comments are just one bad comment in an ocean of 5* reviews. We are superhosts, all our reviews and feedback are excellent across all platforms, and believe me this is only achievable by going the extra mile and taking care of our guests as if they were family, which is exactly what we did with and for you. You took it personal and it appears you blame us, when in reality this is something completely out of our hands. Your attitude has been appalling and leaves much to be desired. Again, its a shame this happened, but you cant say that we gave a bad service or that we didn't assist you, we have invoices, proof of our communication and deep down you know this very well. Either way, theres no point repeating this over and over again on 3 different platforms. We wish you and your family all the best.
