My friends and I stayed at a very nice home managed by Nordica. The place was everything we wanted and more. It's even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Juan was great to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. The location was perfect, with the sea only steps away. Highly recommend and would book this again.

We have stayed in many Nordica Villas and Villa Bailey is the best so far! Its spacious and elegant design was perfect for our family holiday. The view from the terrace across the swimming pool and into the valley was spectacular both at day and night. I’ve been to Marbella with my family four times now. The town itself isn’t really our vibe – we’re not there for the glitz and glamour – but what keeps us coming back is the place we stay (Albatross Hill) and the top-notch service from Nordica. A friend first recommended Nordica to me with some solid advice: “Don’t try to save a few quid hunting for a deal – just book with these guys and you won’t regret it.” He was spot on. It’s honestly the best decision I’ve made for our trips. One year we went with friends who decided to find their own rental. Big mistake – broken AC and an unhelpful landlord made their holiday pretty miserable. Meanwhile, our experience with Nordica was, as always, smooth and stress-free. They’re super responsive, check-in and check-out are easy, the apartments are always super clean, and the whole team is friendly and professional. Can’t fault them – highly recommend!

Firstly have to say how amazing Karolina at Nordica has been during our 3 week stay. She was so helpful and always at the end of the phone- amazing communication. My family and I used Nordica for our vacation in Marbella on July 25th (this follows my husband’s earlier review). Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of traumatic from day one. We arrived to find a house that was clearly not ready for guests: no batteries in the external alarm remote, no hot running water, burst pipes, broken safes, and multiple leaks. On our very first night, our home was robbed—something we later realized had been planned. This was supposed to be a premium rental, yet the condition of the property was unacceptable and unsafe. After our ordeal, Nordica sent us a single formal email in reply to our email, and then “closed the case,” deciding they had done all they could. Since then, they have stopped responding altogether. Every time we tried to raise issues following our stay, their approach was to deflect responsibility—blaming the property owner, congratulating themselves on “reactive solutions,” and avoiding any accountability as the managing agency. A professional company should ensure a property is safe, functional, and guest-ready. Instead, Nordica failed on all counts and then distanced themselves from responsibility. Their lack of customer service, ownership, and genuine concern for guests is shocking for a family-run business. This was a horrible experience, and we would never use Nordica again. Until we feel properly acknowledged and compensated for our losses, we will continue to share our negative experience so that others are aware. This is a commercially focused organisation, they will deflect to avoid any commercial liability not caring how their brand is tarnished.

La urbanización es muy tranquila. La casa está perfectamente equipada y es bastante fresca, apenas tuvimos que usar el aire acondicionado. El balcón tiene unas bonitas vistas, al igual que la piscina.

Serious Safety Concerns – Strongly Discourage Staying at Casa Rainbow (Villa Rainbow) with Nordica Marbella We stayed at Casa Rainbow (Villa Rainbow) through Nordica Marbella from July 24, 2025, to August 3, 2025, and had an extremely distressing experience that not only ruined our vacation but raised serious safety concerns. On the very first night of our stay, we were robbed while sleeping in the house with our children. The robbers specifically targeted a loose window door to enter. What makes this even more alarming is that this was our first night, and we were the first tenants in the house – raising the question of whether this was a carefully planned burglary or an inside job. Here are some critical issues we discovered: 1. Non-functional security systems – The exterior alarm key had no battery. We only discovered this when security came the next day. 2. Broken safes – Both safes in the house were not working. One had to be taken away to be repaired, leaving us with no secure place for valuables. 3. Bedroom and bathroom doors – Some bathroom doors could not lock properly, while others got jammed. None of the bedroom doors had functional locks, leaving the entire house unsecured. 4. Owner’s personal belongings left behind – Several rooms still contained the owner’s clothes, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. 5. Router mysteriously disconnected – We had a baby monitor in the room, and the router was disconnected during the break-in. More than $50,000 worth of goods were stolen, including jewelry, watches, wallets, and a professional camera. Strangely, none of the house’s items – including furniture or paintings – were taken. Only our personal belongings were stolen. With these safety concerns, this property is essentially a robber’s paradise. The fact that this break-in happened while families were sleeping is beyond unacceptable. In addition to the robbery, we spent a significant portion of our vacation dealing with major maintenance problems that Nordica was negligent in addressing prior to our arrival: • No hot running water – the boiler had to be repaired on our 2nd day. • Water pipe for the fridge burst twice during our stay. • Washing machine was not working and had to be repaired days into our trip. • Sink near the pool (marketed as a value-add) was leaking and needed repairs. • Light bulbs leading to the basement did not work, forcing us to walk in complete darkness at night. The property was clearly not ready or secure for tenants. What was even more disappointing was Nordica’s response. They did not appear to fully understand the severity of the event or the trauma our family went through. Their focus seemed more on minimizing their legal liability rather than taking meaningful accountability. While they eventually provided a night guard for the rest of our stay (after initially asking us to split the cost), there was no refund or meaningful compensation. In hindsight, using a platform like Airbnb – which offers stronger support and guest protections – would have been a far safer choice. This experience has not only discouraged us from renting any property managed by Nordica but has also made us reconsider visiting Spain altogether. We hope this review serves as a serious warning to anyone considering staying at Casa Rainbow (Villa Rainbow) or booking through Nordica Marbella. Your safety and peace of mind are worth more than the risk.

We spent the month of July at Andalucía Garden Club and loved it. Elin looked after us from start to finish and was super helpful. The apartment itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. The location is excellent too, with shops and restaurants within a short, easy walk. Would happily stay again!

For our family summer vacation 2025, we went back to Spain this year and entrusted Nordica Marbella to help us find the right place to stay. This is the 4th time we use them and as always they everything was arranged perfectly. We arrived in the middle of the night, but the key was available as per instructions. Coming to the apartment, everything was perfectly clean and prepared for us, including a small welcome basket. We could go straight to sleep without any worries. This time we did not have any issues that needed attention. But during our previous stays, whenever there has been an issue (like locking the key inside the apartment) Nordica has always responded immediately and helped to find a solution. Our favorite is Juan, but all the Nordica staff we have interacted with over the years are always friendly, supportive and responsive. We will for sure use Nordica Marbella for our next visit and can highly recommend them to anybody else.

We rented a very nice appartement in Nueva Andalucia. The service from Nordica Marbella was very good all the way from our initial questions, reservation, payment, check in and check out. We will use them again for our next vacation.

I don’t often post feedback but I must make an exception here. I have been a client of Nodica for many years and have never had any issues. The service is first class and all the properties are of a high standard only. As a family we will not hesitate to continue to use Nordica and a huge congratulations to all of the team, especially Elena for all of their hard work!

Avoid this agency!!! Terrible experience with the real estate agency Nordica. 3 years ago we signed a long-term contract for renting an apartment, the first contract was for 11 months, which means a long-term lease. After 11 months, we renewed the contract for another 11 months. According to all laws, the first contract was already considered a 5-year lease. Our agent was Minerva. Since the owner changed his mind in the meantime and wanted to sell the apartment, he wanted to throw us out of the apartment overnight. Minerva from Nordica helped him a lot with this, pretending that the contract was only short-term. Later, Minerva tried to increase the rental price by 50%, despite the law, which only allows this by 3% per year. Because of all this, we had to hire a lawyer to explain to Minerva what a long-term contract even means, and that as tenants we have the right to stay in the apartment for up to 5 years and that the price should not increase by the amount she proposed to us. Because later the owner of the apartment started threatening us and using criminal acts, such as turning off the electricity and sending an agency to our door for forced eviction, despite paying all the costs and rent regularly, as well as all possible humiliations and insistence, we had to call the police several times because of all this. On top of everything, Minerva just backed away and didn't want to hear about anything, because we as clients were worth nothing to her. Her goal was only for us to leave the apartment, despite all the rights we had as tenants. The boss of the agency didn't care about us either, because he only saw more money if the apartment was sold and we, as clients, were not profitable enough for him. In short, a terrible experience with the Nordica agency, a completely disrespectful attitude towards customers and my suggestion is to avoid this agency as much as possible!

My wife and I, joined by our Vizsla dog Nelson, just completed a two months stay at a lovely apartment located in Aldea Blanca, a wonderful neighbourhood in Nueva Andalucia.From our first encounter with Nordica we felt very well taken care of, from the assistance we received in making the selection for the most suitable accommodation to the timely and professional follow-up dealing with the contractual issues. During our near perfect stay, the (very)few "mishaps" were immediately, professionally and friendly dealt with. The same approach we now experience when wrapping up the final details of our stay. And over these two months, nothing we asked for was too much; in short we were made very welcome by all members of staff we came into contact with, most frequently with Elin Rosen who went out of her way to ensure we would thoroughly enjoy our stay which we did, so "mission accomplished"!! My partner and me have been staying at Aldea Blanca for our annual visit to Spain every year, with few exceptions, for 25 years. We have enjoyed happy memories there and have stayed at many different apartments which we have tended to book directly with the owners. This year we decided to use Nordica for the first time and we we’re not disappointed. Elin Rosen was our point of contact from an early fact finding stage through to eventual booking and a wonderful holiday. She was knowledgeable and the ultimate professional maintaining regular contact and always being friendly and helpful. She has a ‘no problem’ approach which came in handy when I made what I thought was a major payment error but which she resolved quickly with no fuss. We will definitely use Nordica again in future and would have no reservations in recommending them to friends and family.

Amazing Estate Agency. From our initial meeting, Nordica in the form of Anna-Lena, Juan-Antonio & Vedran, has proved to be the very best Estate Agency we have ever dealt with. We selected Nordica in view of its Scandinavian market connections & had our 1st offer within 24 hours; before the apartment even went on the market. (In fact it never did go on the market). We agreed the final improved price & signed the initial Reservation Contract around 10 days later; and completion within 3 months. In that time Vedran was our main contact & he was always available & responded to virtually everything almost immediately - he even replied at 22:00 hrs one evening so I asked if he had his computer attached to him permanently. To say we are happy with the whole process would be an understatement BUT none of this would have been achieved so efficiently & in such a caring way if it wasn’t for the incredible people at Nordica. A great big THANK YOU once again guys, you are the best.

We rented a property from Nordica Marbella for 2 weeks in Marbella in July 2023. We were very satisfied with the high level of customer service provided by Karolina and can only recommend this agency, and especially Karolina who systematically responded to any query within minutes, even out of office hours. First of all, the communication with Karolina and the Nordica team ahead of booking was exceptional. Open and available, they answer every question you may have. Upon arrival, it was so easy to pick up the keys from their drop box, even if arriving after hours. The flat itself was incredible. Brand spanking new, with 3 lovely rooms, 2 modern bathrooms and fantastic communal areas, whether it be the sitting room, open plan kitchen with a 6 person dining table, the balcony or, best of all, the roof terrace with seating, sunbeds and a summer kitchen with bbq, fridge, sink and dishwasher. The air conditioning worked a treat throughout. The location is superb, with several restaurants and bars within a one minute walk and the beach and more upmarket venues are a 10 minutes drive away. The communal pool is clean and always has sunbeds available. There is also secured parking onsite. Honestly, the flat is superb. But the service from Karolina tops it all off as you feel there is someone close who can help and answer any questions at a moment’s notice (even on weekends!). Would highly recommend!

The apartments were very clean, the location was perfect, it had alot of utilities within walking distance, and the costumer service was easy, quick, and helpful. We had a great time. Money well spent.

The apartment was just like the pictures shown in thier website and had all the basic amenities. Check in and Check out was very smooth. Karolina from the office was great and replies promptly. Har hyrt lägenhet genom Nordica ett par gånger och de levererar på ett utmärkt och trovärdigt sätt. Lägenheten var väldigt ren, sängarna bäddat och klart. Dusch handdukar låg på sängarna som det i bland gör på hotellrum. En välkomskorg med lite gott och blandat stod på bordet. Något som jag gillade skarpt var att de försett köket med ett lite diskset med diskmedel och torktrasa. Kaffekapslarna till kaffemaskinen var inte helt fel heller. Just returned from a fabulous holiday spent with my family in Aldea Blanca Nueva Andalusia. The three bedroom apartment was perfect and beautifully decorated. The apartment was within easy walking distance of bars, coffee shops and restaurants….supermarket was five minutes walk away and the centre of Puerto 15 minutes. Karolina and Elin from Nordica could not do enough to ensure we had a smooth check in and nothing was too much trouble as I was travelling with my 2 year old granddaughter. Queries via email were replied to promptly. Very professional team and I would highly recommend this company having used others within Puerto Banus

I have been using Nordica for hoiday rentals for over a decade (as have my parents/siblings) as they offer not only unbeatable value but 5* service, too. The staff are always helpful and eager to please and any questions you have before or even during your stay are answered quickly and professionally. By way of an example, we have just returned from a recent trip and there was a problem with one of the window locks - a maintenance man was there fixing it within a couple of hours of the email being sent. From the moment we arrived it was the perfect family holiday thanks to Elin at Nordica - we have a toodler so Elin checked in with us as to what we needed before arrival. Cot, matress, pillow, high chair stair gates were all provided and fitted at the location. The house was on the beach front and was absolutely spotless clean - could not recommend Nordica enough 😄

Another beautiful holiday apartment organised via Nordica (Elin) First class service from start to finish. The staff are so efficient at Nordica, especially Elin who goes out of her way to deliver a high quality service. We’ve recently been negotiating a longer, winter stay and Elin has been so supportive throughout our deliberations, negotiating with the apartment owners on our behalf before we eventually decided on a suitable location / apartment (sorry Elin, we got there in the end) As it stands, we have made a further two bookings with Nordica and plan several more in the future. Best Rental company in Nueva Andalucia

Phone number in Google is wrong, this company is not able to do even that right, what else can I expect from them? Nothing good IMO.

An absolute disaster. Nórdica Invest don't even got their phone number right in Google. I called and an angry particular sent me to the hell. Of course I looked for a more serious company.

Bad attitude. They think they are the only company on the coast. Success is a terrible teacher.

Family run and owned business. The only luxury property rental service in Nueva Andalucia. Exceptional customer service, exceptional staff. Complete Property management services, outstanding service.
