My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in a house managed by La Heredia. The house was very clean, well maintained and decorated. La Heredia was very responsive and helpful. The Internet speed was very good. We will stay there again next time we are in the area.

Ok small community, but not much to see. If you like living closes to the one next door and be able to hear everything, then it’s perfect. Can’t really see why it’s so popular. To far away from everything for us. The house was fine, but could really use a proper cleaning, the were hair from dogs alle over . We will not go back.

This is the second year my husband and I have rented a house in La Heredia, and once again, we are extremely satisfied. The views are absolutely stunning, and we’re already planning to return next year. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being able to work remotely and feel like you're on holiday, this is the perfect spot. It offers tranquility, breathtaking sunsets, and a quiet atmosphere—yet it’s still conveniently close to city centers. Highly recommended!

My family have been visiting La Heredia for over 20 years now and it is our go to place. La Heredia is a beautiful relaxing complex which is well maintained and secure. It is only a short drive (10 minutes) to the coast. . The choice of villa rentals is superb through La Heredia Estates and the staff there are really helpful and make the booking very easy. The lovely village has the benefit of The Heredian Bar, a cafe, a butcher and soon to be Italian Restaurant. Views from the village are fantastic out over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar. The two pools are great. I highly recommend La Heredia Estates to finding you the perfect holiday. The property we stayed in PL2 was a three bedroom house bedrooms ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious lounge and dining area were lovely. Great wi-fi . The outdoor area is fantastic and very spacious with its own good size pool. If you have children the illuminated pool area is quite easily secured. Plenty of sunbeds and sedating areas as well.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2ten Mal mit unserem Team in der Casa Siel und waren wieder sehr begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit Jarmila im vorhin, während unseres Aufenthalts und im Nachhinein lief reibunglos. Das Haus ist eines der wenigen, die so eine starke Preis-Leistung haben. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer und das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Helpful, friendly people who are very knowledgeable.

We have rented several properties at the beautiful La Heredia over the past 8 years. The village is charming with cobbled streets and different coloured properties. It's has its own bar ‘The Heredian’ (owner very welcoming), butchers and deli! Hopefully someone will come along and reopen the restaurant there soon too. Two communal pools, though we always rent a villa with one. Small supermarket and couple of restaurants located 2 minute drive down the hill. We absolutely love visiting here and can’t wait to return.

Vi leide et sjarmerende hus i La Heredia (p2) med et lite basseng for 4 uker i sommer og hadde en fint opphold, stedet er like sjarmerende som vi trodde. Vi visste at det ikke var supermoderne men det hadde alt vi trengte og sengene var gode. Jarmila i La Heredia real Estate ga oss super service :-) og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Husene er supersjarmerende, det blomstrer overalt, veldig rent og fint i gatene med gartnere som hele tiden rydder og ordner, trygt område med vakt 24/7 og veldig stille område som var utrolig deilig og avslappende. Nybakt brød og boller fra bakeren hver dag, var et pluss at man hadde det rett nedenfor huset og barna kunne gå å kjøpe is. Det var også en slakter der, en liten bar og 2 større felles basseng for område. Nydelig utsikt, og kort vei til supermarked og en 10 ca min å kjøre til Puerto Banus/San Pedro. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

We rented a beautiful house in La Heredia for a family holiday for 7 nights. The house had 6 bedrooms and there was more than enough room for all 12 of us. We enjoyed the most spectacular views of the sea and surrounding areas from early morning until late in the evening. The village was very neat and well kept with a good atmosphere. Jarmila was very helpful and welcoming and assisted us with any help we asked for.

I’ve been renting a house in this paradise for summer vacation for eight years. My acquaintance with La Heredia started with their website. There you can find all information and detailed description of the property and immediately contact the office. The office staff always responds quickly to any request and is attentive to their clients. A few words about this beautiful place: I’m sure that there is no place more beautiful on the entire coast of the Costa del Sol than la Heredia. This is a truly unique retreat with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea with a true Andalusian flavor. Adore and highly recommend.

We stayed for 8 nights. On the whole totally underwhelming. Patio furniture was at the end of its life, the table was so old and twisted it was quite tricky to put glasses or cups down without the threat of them spilling. Tatty BBQ not cleaned since last used, hosepipe just left in the way and the whole area could have done with sprucing up especially as I assume this is the start of the season! (May) The sun blinds had seen better days and were very hard to move in and out. Inside, Internet service was very poor to start with but an engineer came out and managed to get it from 4Mb to 120Mb. We ended up mirroring our phone screens to the good size TV as there didn't seem to be any TV service (Henry from la Heredia couldn't find any service either! ). In the kitchen, cooker hood didn't work (when questioned the owner admitted it was broken!), a number of the kitchen cabinet doors wouldn't close properly. In the sitting area was a large and comfortable sofa but with a note that said 'please no shoes , sand or food and drink as this is expensive Italian suede' - in a holiday home that is a very stupid choice..... Overall then, very expensive, poor value for money, could be nice but the owners need to spend a little money on it.

We rented a house first time in La Heredia and need to say: it is as beautiful and charming as in pictures! Very charming and nice atmosphere and what a views! I'm absolutely sure that we will come back!

They are lovely people who live in La Heredia as well as have their business there, so they know the locality inside out. They are not pushy in their approach, which is so refreshing, and they are genuine business people who are genuinely interested in doing business, and a pleasure to know socially too
