We rented an apartment in Costa del Sol during the time we were looking for an apartment to buy. We contacted several real estate agents and looked at numerous apartments in different areas of Costa del Sol. When we got in touch with Stephen Lahiri at Lucas Fox he stood out among the agents, as very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly understood what we were looking for and showed us relevant apartments in different areas. Stephen also took us around in the different neighbourhoods and showed and told us about its facilities, such as stores, restaurants etc. It was very helpful to get his extensive knowledge about properties and different communities based on his experience after living in the area for so long. He was not a pushy sales person and we felt we could comfortably discuss the pros and cons with the properties as well as the areas with him. Together with Stephen, we looked at quite a few apartments and he was always very patient, easy-going and also prepared to show us new ones without delay. When we found the apartment we really liked he helped us all the way through the buying process and was very protective about our rights and concerned for a proper and correct process, including referring us to a first-rate lawyer.

Great service especially Stephen Lahiri from Lucas Fox Marbella.Due to our very short stay, planned viewings on a Sunday which was virtually impossible. Professional handling from their office when we bought our apartment & has arranged everything from renovations to lawyers etc.

I was searching for a property in the Marbella area and so contacted Stephen at Lucas Fox. He got a detailed list of what I was looking for and sent me a number of properties, both off-plan and already built. We then spent a couple of calls talking through the wish-list. We spent a full day looking in the area at various properties and developments. Stephen helpfully talked about the different areas and their pros and cons, and it was great to get his years of knowledge downloaded to me in the car. At no point was he pushy and he was a helpful sounding board. When it came to the process of buying he introduced me to a great solicitor and made sure that I was protected at every point. I'm now looking forward to my house being completed in Estepona, and Stephen will most definitely be invited around for an Estrella or two!
